Sometimes we all need an extra holiday! So many extras included with this home! The home is stocked with Keurig coffee pods, tea, hot chocolate, regular coffee and filters.

The beds have highly rated mattress’s, higher thread count sheets, and pillows for your comfort. Please see pictures.

The Washer and dryer are newer front loading commercial capacity units with quick wash/dry available, basic detergent available.

There is basic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available if needed.

The Kitchen has all newer modern appliances, and most basic cooking utensils including: silverware, cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, pizza pan, noodle strainer, spatulas, mixer, etc:)

The home is an amazing place to stay for families coming to town or workers who want a nice place to relax.

Approximately 1800 sq ft to use between the 1650 sq ft home and 150 sq ft of additional outdoor space to relax in the garage or back porch.

Amazing Backyard with a standard charcoal grill stored in the garage. PLEASE only use grill outdoors and not in porch/garage to avoid smoke/heat damage.

Driveway can park up to 4 medium sized cars/trucks.

The pet fee (minimum $100+tax per pet) $50+taxes per day per pet, $250+taxes a week, or $500+taxes a month. Only dogs are permitted. Only 1 pet allowed. Any more than 1 pet must be approved by host before booking. There is still an additional $100 cleaning fee per cleaning schedule for service/ESA as the extra cleaning type needed to prevent allergies, hair, sheets, couches etc. required for future guests. Additional Fee may occur if excessive shedding/pet fur is left after departure. Pet rules are pretty standard: If left in the home without adult supervision the pet must be crated, all pets must be flea treated and well groomed, no pets on the furniture or bedding (you are welcome to bring sheets if needed to cover furniture), all pet related items inside and outside the home must be cleaned up before leaving, easy standard stuff:)
