The Space:

This stylish house is in great condition and offers plenty of amenities for a large group. The location is perfect on Main Street but down the street from "downtown". It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a kitchen, separate dining room to seat 6, spacious living room w/a 50" Flat Screen TV, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom off the kitchen. The second floor contains 4 bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is a full bath at the end of the hallway. 32"-40" flat screen TV's in all bed rooms. The house is equipped with the highest speed internet offered (400mbps) and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

Downtown Main Street is just down the road where you will find restaurants and nightlife, gives CENTER FIELD an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

CENTER FIELD is centrally located between both baseball camps.
