L'emplacement idyllique au cœur de la jetée de Narragansett constitue un cadre idéal pour une fête de mariage, un anniversaire ou une réunion d'amis et / ou de famille. Ce fabuleux victorien est à distance de marche de la plage de la ville de Narragansett et de la célèbre digue de Narragansett. Également situé à proximité est le shopping, les restaurants et un théâtre communautaire local. Cette maison dispose de 5 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bain avec parquet et beau mobilier de style ancien partout.

À l'arrière, profitez d'une terrasse gracieuse hors de la cuisine et d'une cour privée avec balançoire pour les enfants. Vous pourrez profiter de la douche extérieure fermée pratique au milieu d'un chemin de jardin naturel et d'arbres matures offrant un ombrage de la chaleur de la journée. Un porche de style méridional invite à se détendre dans des chaises berçantes et à "se détendre".

Narraganset est une belle ville qui a quelque chose pour tout le monde. Avec de nombreuses plages au choix - Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach et Salty Brine State Beach sont tous à une courte distance en voiture. Narragansett est proche du ferry de Block Island, ce qui en fait une belle excursion d'une journée. Sortez les homards du bateau en Galilée! Providence, Newport, Mohegan Sun Casino et Foxwoods Casino se trouvent également à proximité.

Pretty house, even nicer inside and very comfortable and a short walk to everywhere!

Ate breakfast every day at the Crazy Burger 2 blocks away. 5min back home, 5min to the water, couldn’t be better!

Comfortable home for extended family

Our group ranged from grandparents to young adults to toddlers. Several great beaches within minutes in the car and 20 min walk from town beach. Fun things to do within walking distance. Dining room and deck perfect for group meals. Great stay.

Family Vacation

Yearly we look at different areas to travel for our family vacation. This year we wanted RI, It has been a lot of years since we were there. We found this lovely house close to the beaches and area attractions. it is a peaceful area and we enjoyed everything that was offered to us. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a great place to be in RI.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in Narragansett. It was a 7 minute drive to the beautiful Scarborough State Beach and a 15 minute walk to the Narragansett Pier. The house was perfectly located for shopping, food and mini golf yet felt far enough away to be a quiet and relaxing vacation. The front porch was ideal for morning coffee and the back deck perfect for reading or playing cards.This 5 bedroom house was great for our family of 9

A perfect week in Narragansett!

Our family loved our week at 30 Gibson! Although you can't walk to the beach with chairs and coolers the house is in a great location and an easy walk to the pier and local restaurants. The house is roomy and had enough space for 3 couples and kids. The kids loved the backyard and the central air was an amazing surprise. We would definitely return.

We had a great stay in Rhode Island. The house was as listed. There was an issue with the stove/oven upon arrival but the host was on it and quickly set up a fix. They were proactive and responsive.

Lovely Stay

We had a great time at 30 Gibson. Property is on the older side and could use some paint, updated finishes, and some attention paid to the condition of the deck, but this did not stop us from thoroughly enjoying our stay. All beds were VERY comfortable. The location was perfect. And there were some unexpected features we didn't know we would have that really made our stay even better - there was an upright piano! We are a family of musicians, so this was an exciting surprise. We also loved the chalkboard in the breakfast nook. We drew pictures at the start of every day reflecting what we were going to do that day.

Great location. Lawns, front porch and rear deck very enjoyable. Floor plan, house layout, very good. Could use some TLC. AC / heat system on simultaneously; one stove burner not working; pocket door for downstairs half bath off tract. Provisioning weak - only condiment was salt. Might return.

Wonderful!

This home is a perfect family house for the summer. The house is sunny, spacious, well-appointed, uncluttered and super clean. It is very well-located being near the restaurants in the Boon Street neighbourhood and minutes from the sea wall. Very peaceful neighbourhood which you can enjoy from the generous front and back porches. Unique highlights include old world Narragansett architecture with modern conveniences, fantastic outdoor shower, sunny kitchen and eating space, and good sized rooms and common space for you and your family to enjoy your time together. In addition, the rental manager was very responsive to the very few items that needed fixing during our stay. Amazing! Thank you!

Great Stay once the glitches were addressed

When we checked into the property it had not been cleaned. Narragansett Properties immediately worked to rectify the situation. There was a communication error between the owner & property managers. It was a great place to stay for ten people, 5 adults and 5 children. Walking distance to ocean walk and town. Quiet neighborhood except when the lawn mowing and leaf blowers were running which is often in the early morning. I would rent again knowing that the property managers are responsive.

great neighborhood, very nice house

Having grown up in RI, you can't beat a summer week in Narragansett. The house was clean and mostly well equipped. The only suggestions I have are that the back deck needs an overhaul and you really can't go barefoot for fear of splinters. Some of the walls and trim in the house are worn and could use a bit of spruce up. Also - I know this is a nit but it was a pain - there were no oven mitts so it was a little risky taking things in and out of the oven. Other than that, plenty of space, good appliances, and I would definitely rent there again if I had the chance!

Loved the house

Overall it was fabulous. Lots of space for my family. Two problems were screen door going out to deck was detached from door so could not leave door open. The bedroom directly opposite master bedroom was very warm and had no ceiling fan

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay on Gibson Avenue! The house was charming and very clean. Easy walk to the seawall and restaurants. Loved having beach passes to Town Beach. We all enjoyed our mornings with coffee and tea on the front porch. We would definitely book again!

Great family spot!

Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids. Nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyable walk to the pier and quick drives to the beaches.

Large clean house; Great Location.

House was large, clean and consistent with the photos we viewed before renting. Back and front porch were great for hanging out after a long day on the beach. Location is its best feature. Just blocks from the Coast Guard House and Town Beach (4 passes included with rental) and a short drive to Scarborough Beach, Roger Wheeler Beach and Galilee (ferry to block Island). Completely enjoyed our week and would absolutely reccomend this rental.

Great time in Narragansett!

We spent a girls weekend here and loved it! The house perfectly fit 10 of us and was a great location to quickly travel to Newport or just hang out around the house. Would not hesitate to recommend and stay again!

Just what we were looking for

Sitting down to write this review, I looked over the past reviews and I have to say that Sarah B. captured it perfectly, it really is the perfect family house for the summer. The house is exactly as it appears in the pictures and is very clean. We felt like we were at home rather in a vacation rental, it is just lovely. The property managers were exceedingly polite and super responsive. Easy walk to Crazy Burger, the Gnarly Donut, and tasty clam shack/ ice cream. You can also walk to the beach, but we generally pulled our car around to drop off/ pick up people which worked well for us. Thank you for the four beach passes and thank you for a lovely week. We will definitely return!

Perfect home

Great for 2 families. Large bright and clean. Piano was a plus. Quiet location bike ride to pier or park. Swing set and nice backyard. Just be sure kids are quiet by 8pm to not disturb the neighbors. Beautiful front porch for morning coffee or evening cocktails. We had a great time!!
