Tree Island House à Ventnor

Une maison de trois chambres colorées double histoire. Lumineuse et aérée avec des vues de dessus arbres. Entouré d'un beau jardin et une immense cour arrière clôturée avec grande pelouse.
Bien adapté aux familles ou deux couples, avec une séparation à l'étage / bas.
Situé sur une petite voie sans, un loisir 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Ventnor baie abritée et à 5 minutes de marche rapide à un magasin et une bouteille boutique générale sympathique.
Ou 5 minutes en voiture de frapper 5 breakes de qualité différents, de la main droite et à gauche. Sans parler de la 5 minutes voie rapide vers l'île Circuit Philip.

Super Relaxing Getaway

Absolutely love this house. Second Summer staying here. So quiet and close to many beautiful beaches. Love the upstairs, downstairs living arrangement and the gorgeous trees fluttering around when relaxing on the top deck. Bliss!

Our stay at Ventnor Treehouse

Loved our time staying at the Treehouse. Short stroll down to the beach. Gave us time to relax and reconnect as a family. Spent many a day sitting on the deck and enjoying the peace and tranquillity within the trees. Our host was always prompt in responding to an questions. We hope to return to this hideaway in Ventnor.

Love the tree house

My 11tear old daughter and I stayed at the tree house. We love how it was so clean and user friendly. We all so liked how the top and bottom of the tree house was separated, it gave us both space. My daughter didn’t like the no wifi but I definitely did. Was a lovely break away for my daughter and I. The managers for the property are fabulous and couldn’t do more for me. I will 100% be back to the tree house

Like a tree house

We stayed 4 weeks and we enjoyed every bit of it. The highlight is by far the wildlife in the trees at night: you feel like you're in a tree house and can get close to all the birds, possums and other animals. We had the pleasure to spot echidna roaming around, as well as wallabies; the kids absolutely love it. The house is comfortable with the separation between upstairs and downstairs really useful, especially when you're staying with friends, and is well appointed with everything you need to have a nice and comfortable stay. We enjoyed walking to the really nice beach and watching the sunsets from there; the kids are tons of fun playing in the garden and the decking area is a great entertainer with the BBQ and all, and well protected from wind and rain. We had to work from there for a week and had no issues with communications; the 5G (yes 5G) from Telstra worked perfectly and enabled videoconferences with videos without any issues on the deck outside. We'd highly recommend this house for a stay in Phillip Island.

If you like mice, ants and very uncomfortable furniture, this is the place for you.

We appreciated that the property allowed our small frenchies to stay. The photos of the property are deceptive. The lounge furniture was very uncomfortable. Ended up sitting on a dining chair whenever we were home. Queen bed very uncomfortable. Mice were running around the house on the wooden floors at night and in our wardrobe. Reported it to the owners and told to put down mice traps. Reported thousands of black and brown ants throughout the house. Told to put down bait for them too. Didn’t bc we have dogs. The washing machine power point fell out and ants crawled out continuously. Reported to owner. No rectification. There was evidence of wood rot in the balcony wood, nails were protruding on some of the wooden floor slats and there were no nails connecting the verandah railings between posts. TV reception was very poor, mobile reception was also poor and cars ended up covered in bird pooh as there was nowhere to park that wasn’t under a tree. We left early bc we couldn’t bare the 1950’s accommodation.

Dear Maureen Your below review has stunned and stung us. We fully agree, our island house is not 5 star resort accomodation. But your dreadful 1 star review is not deserved either. You must have been very unhappy in our place to be so vindictive. It would have been much better if you would have sought contact about this with us. We would without doubt have cancelled your booking and given you a refund. And you could have spend all that time relaxing in a more soothing environment. Regards Jonathan, Jamie + Janette

Charming tree top house

Loved the vintage charm of this house and the beautiful treed location. The downstairs room was perfect for teenagers. Everything we needed in a holiday house...and more!

Excellent place to stay

Everyone enjoyed staying at the Tree House. Kids had their own space downstairs & our two small dogs loved the big yard. House was very clean & well stocked with essentials (thank you). Will stay again in the future.

Cosy relaxing holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Island tree house. The house was cosy and had everything we required to have a relaxing holiday its in a great location easy access to beach away from the hustle and bustle. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing pet friendly getaway

My dogs and I had a wonderful stay at Treetops in Ventnor. It is in a very peaceful location, perfect for me! The house is cosy and the backyard ideal for my two active dogs. It was lovely to sit outside with the undercover deck and the pet friendly beach is only a few minutes walk and only a short drive to Cowes. My only regret is my stay wasn't long enough! Thank you Janette and Jonathan, I had a wonderful time! :) Cheers, Robyn

Great find

was a great place to stay, perfect for families with teenagers having the 'den' downstairs! Great aircon we stayed during the hottest week. lots of space for the dog to run around (and the Kids) will be back!

Lovely find!

My partner and i really enjoyed our stay on Philip Island and in this cosy house. It provided everything we needed, well equipped and stocked, nice outdoor eating area and a garden. Very close to the beach and easily accessible (by car) to Cowes - we will be back!

Treehouse Hideaway

What a lovely place to relax and unwind...very comfortable and cosy. The house has everything you need, pantry items a bonus. Sitting out on the veranda you felt like you were up in the trees, plenty of bird life flitting around and even the odd possum at night. An easy walk to the beach and what a pleasant place to swim...no big waves to knock you over and fill your pants with sand!! Thankyou to the very friendly and helpful owners, we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to our family and friends and hopefully we'll be back again.

homely ,comfortable and family friendly

Imaccutelately clean, well kept. Has all the provisions and the basic necessities that a family needs while holidaying at the house. Big back yard, great outdoor decking for relaxing out on and having meals. 5 minutes walk down to the beach, kids loved the evening swims! Overall a lovely place with lovely owners in a great location.
