This is a gorgeous hidden gem property! Well appointed with everything we needed for a women's trip to wine country. The deck was so peaceful, we started the days drinking coffee watching the egret and muskrats in the pond and ended in the hot tub or gathered on the comfy couches in the living room. The host even left homemade cookies for us! A lovely rental all around.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad this hidden gem was the perfect setting for a relaxing wine country getaway, from peaceful mornings on the deck watching the egrets and muskrats to evenings in the hot tub and cozy nights on the living room couches. It means a lot that the little touches, like the homemade cookies, added to the experience. This is exactly the kind of trip we hope every guest gets to enjoy, and we're thrilled it was a 5-star stay from start to finish.

Excellent stay! This house had everything to make it a home away from home. From cleaning supplies, laundry soap, extra blankets, extra towels, the only thing we needed was food and drinks. There were a variety of cooking items in the kitchen including a crockpot that made dinner easy for a family of 10! The views in the backyard are my favorite. There is so much wildlife in the morning to watch while sipping on a cup of coffee! We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing Home and Backyard

This was the perfect stay for our group of 10 for a wine weekend. The home was perfectly laid out and the backyard was amazing! We saw a ton of animals and the fire pit was perfect for the evenings. This was one of the best places we have stayed at with this group ever!

Willamette Valley Wine Trip

Beautiful property in charming McMinnville. Excellent layout for group of friends with 5 bedrooms and lovely kitchen and communal area. Yard and porch on a pond is peaceful and lovely.

Everything they said it was and more!

This house exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, spacious and private. Check in process was so easy and great communication started before we arrived. They had the most delicious cookies waiting for us, such a sweet touch. I loved that there were extra blankets, pillows and supplies.We would love to stay here again.

Wedding weekend

We rented this house to accommodate for the groom’s family for a wedding weekend. The house was perfect. We had an amazing time. The house was better than we anticipated and was easy ever for the littles. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful home for a large group

We had a great time at Blackberry View for a friend's reunion with 6 kids aged 3-10. The house is spacious and very well equipped in terms of sheets, towels, kitchen essentials, and games/activities. Hosts provided extra treats to welcome us. It's close to grocery stores and kid-friendly locations like the Evergreen air museum and water park, and within walking distance of a fun playground.

Great Stay!

Our group absolutely loved this home. There was everything we needed and more! The beds were incredibly comfortable. The house was so clean. We made multiple meals and had every kitchen item necessary. The robes were a nice touch, and the hot tub was lovely. Watching the wildlife from the hot tub each morning with coffee in hand was the ultimate experience. Communication was fantastic. Couldn't have had a better experience!

Easily the most stocked property I've ever been in. Every detail was taken care of. From the basic home needs to the yummy cookies on arrival and the fire that had already been laid out. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious with gorgeous green space and views. Close to the darling, historic downtown and a quick drive to many beautiful vineyards. The host was so responsive and helpful with any questions we had about the area. Already sad not to wake up there this morning :)

Perfect setting, beautiful home!

This lovely, spacious, comfortable home was the perfect spot for our college girlfriend reunion in wine country! The home is equipped with everything you would ever need, down to the last detail. And the host is lovely - leaving guest favors, flowers and delicious blueberry cookies (we asked for the recipe)! I would definitely recommend this place for a larger group on a special visit to the Willamette Valley.

Lovely home for wedding party and prep

We got married at a winery in McMinnville, and we booked this home to use as our "wedding HQ", as a place to meet, prep the night before (putting together the flowers, steaming dress, etc.). Its a clean, beautiful home with good privacy! I was a little nervous from the photos but the photos dont do the property justice. I'd definitely recommend this place for a family reunion/gathering, wedding prep or anything related!

SO impressed with this house! The check-in process was very easy and the hosts let us know their contact info in case we had any questions. The house is made for families to stay together, with five bedrooms (that have EXTREMELY comfy beds!), a lovely kitchen and outdoor deck for eating, and a beautiful back lawn that looks out over a gorgeous view. We also really appreciated being able to use the hot tub! There were plenty of towels for everyone, and we enjoyed ourselves SO much we honestly stayed at the house together more than we went into town! Such great memories. We'd love to come back!

Beautiful home!

This home was everything we expected and more. Not only is the home spacious, comfortable and beautiful, they have thought of everything you "might" need during your stay. They even have hand held clothing steamers! Our daughter got married in nearby Willamina and I was lucky enough to find this beautiful home with plenty of room for family from out of town to all stay together. Coming back to the fire pit in the back yard after events of the day was perfect. We spent a lot of time in the evening sitting around the fire pit enjoying conversations and s'mores. They even have blankets specifically for sitting around the fire as it does get chilly at night. While sitting outside you can enjoy the wildlife in the natural surroundings of the back yard wetland. We saw a mama deer with twins, a beaver, and great blue herons among other wildlife. It was a wonderful 4 day vacation. Wendy McConahay

Great Spot!

This house accommodated my family and my sisters family so nicely. The bedroom layouts worked out great. There were plenty of games and activities to keep the kids entertained. The basketball hoop was a hit. And the view out the back was beautiful! We enjoyed watching all the wildlife. The house was clean and comfy. I would highly recommend this house!

Great House - Great Management

This is a wonderful house. It’s very clean and the decor is charming and functional. The house is well appointed- they’ve really thought of and provided everything their guests may need. The house is very functional for several families (our trip was a family reunion situation.) The location is beautiful. The only downside is a lack of afternoon shade. The management is fantastic- very communicative and super responsive to our one request to have a propane refill. The house and experience exceeded our expectations. We have already booked our return.

Great location, Great Great Home, Great Time

You can't go wrong with this rental. Our daughter was getting married in the area making this very convenient. It's in great shape with all the amenities you need to just walk in and relax. It was close to shopping making it easy to stock up for the stay. The lake out back was great to watch the otters, ducks and bald eagle that was also in the area. We had 12 guests and plenty of room without being on top of each other. Thinking about coming back in the future during peak wine season for some touring fun and a coastal visit.
