Each wing boasts an ensuite king bedroom, a hall bathroom, and two additional bedrooms, each furnished with king beds that can convert to twin beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. A communal space in each wing includes comfortable seating, a TV, a small dining area, and a kitchenette, providing added convenience and privacy for guests. These spaces surround a spacious courtyard, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Fantastic Retreat!

This property was perfect for our women's retreat because most of the beds could be made into twins. It was spacious and gave us a lot of different areas to break into groups or discussion and team building. It was close to great restaurants and wine tasting which was a treat for all of us.

Beautiful Spacious Home

We had a group of 5 couples for a wine country weekend and this house was perfect for us. No detail overlooked, kitchen had everything we needed and more, plenty of space for a large group. The host provided us with a private chef recommendation who was amazing and also connected us with a driver to several vineyards. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Perfect spot for a mini reunion

Our group of 10 throughly enjoyed this lovely property outside of McMinville. From the spacious quarters, privacy, and very well-equipped kitchen, to the plentiful spaces to sit and nap or talk, the house was perfect for our group of college friends in our 50s. The house is wonderful. It has two wings which is great for groups. The place comes equipped with everything you could need while you are there. The views are amazing and its very close to McMinnville. House is everything promised and more!

There is parking for a maximum of four cars.

Home is located in a rural location, with that comes a higher presence of bugs and wildlife. Home is treated regularly for pests.

Guest will have exclusive access to the entire home and garage except for storage closet. The home is equipped with a keyless entry.
