Relaxing Pismo getaway with great rooftop deck

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is convenient to restaurants, shops, and the beach. It was clean, and the rooftop deck is great for relaxing after the day’s activities. There are a lot of stairs, as it is four floors essentially. Much better suited for groups of adults rather than families with young children. We didn’t realize when we booked that one of the bedrooms is a casita on the ground floor with an exterior entrance. The kitchen is well stocked except for glassware and there is plenty of seating for everyone. We would definitely stay again.

Pismo long weekend

We were in town for our son’s wedding and decided on Pismo Awesome instead of a hotel. The location was amazing. We loved having a really nice kitchen to prepare breakfast and had coffee on the amazing rooftop deck (which was the highlight of this property!). Comfortable beds, spacious 2 car garage. Thanks for a great stay!

WAY above expectations. Pictures don’t do it justice somehow. Ordinarily pictures are deceiving in a negative way, not this amazing property. Close to everything, way bigger than expected. Perfect for games, lounging and enjoying all that Pismo has to offer.

Great week at Pismo Beach!

We loved the condo and it was very nicely furnished and stocked. We enjoyed the rooftop in the morning and the evening. There where two tables and 4 chairs around each as well as a bar with two tall chairs. It would be nice to have some other furniture but we spent a lot of time up there and really enjoyed the view! Great condo for our family with three adult children and my 81 year old parents!

Close enough to be convenient while being far enough away that it was calm. Space was perfect for a family of 5.

Great Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Pismo Awesome for our daughters Cal Poly graduation. Location was great, unit was very spacious and well kept. My only complaint would be the rooftop deck...the space and views were awesome, but it was evident that it hadn't been cleaned in sometime. Spider webs on patio furniture and a few spills that had not been taken care of. Overall a beautiful unit, just disappointed that we didn't feel comfortable having our meals or evening cocktails on the rooftop.

The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there were thoughtful touches throughout The location was great — close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, but still in a quiet neighborhood. We especially loved the roof topview and the cozy living room area.The only thing to note is that the property has a lot of stairs, both inside and outside. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with small children, seniors, or anyone with mobility issues.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back!⸻Would you like to anything about the host, amenities, or local attractions?

Great location and all household supplies

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect and the household items include everything you need in a home away from home. The only problem I had was working the dryer since it’s sensing was off because I tried to dry a load four times and still can out damp. I have been washing and drying my families clothes for many years so it’s not that I don’t know how to figure out the use. Also, the AC never cooled the house and we stayed while it was over 90 degrees during the day. There was only one thermostat and when put to “cool” and desired temp, the temperature never changed. Oh- and one BIG issue for me was no queen or king size bed in the master room! It was full size 😞 Property management was super responsive and helpful when I called regarding first entry and items for use.

Thank you taking the time to review our beach house. The master bedroom and casita have QUEEN BEDS. It's unfortunate you had experienced a problem with dryer. We have sense replaced the sensor element. Most home on the central coast do not have AC, including this property. We do list NO AC on the listing description as well as on several documents we email before your stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So much space, very nicely decorated and spotless, well-stocked kitchen, and the rooftop is great to watch sunsets. Walking distance from town and the beach, and having the garage to park 2 cars was so convenient. Our only hiccup was the icemaker in the fridge not working, but the agency provided us with a bag of ice which was more than enough for our stay. And the bed frame in the master bedroom creaks, but we could deal with it. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The unit was super clean and located within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, etc. Good hiking and wineries were a short drive away. We definitely liked the rooftop deck and spent mornings having coffee and evening BBQs up there...awesome views. The place was well stocked, especially the kitchen. Plenty of space for everyone. Would not recommend it if you have anyone in your group that can't do stairs. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place.

Nice plus, good rental company, a few things we'd change

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seven Sisters was good to work with, and they addressed the problems we had expeditiously. The property is well maintained and is in a good location. Nice to be near Pismo and also not too far from CalPoly. Hiccups we experienced - first use of dryer, would automatically shut off within 5 minutes of starting. Seven Sisters had us try to move it out from the wall a small amount in case the vent was twisted. No luck - someone came to repair, but it never got fixed. We ended up hanging clothes up. Second hiccup, so many little ants in the downstairs rug. Didn't notice them until I rested my foot on the rug and felt them. Seven Sisters immediately send someone over to remove the rug, treat for ants, and cleaned the living room area. No ants after that. Last thing isn't a hiccup as much as a preference. The mattress in primary bedroom is too firm and should be replaced. In the grand scheme of things, these problems are/were fixable. Not only is the home well maintained, it had everything we needed. Again - you can't go wrong with Seven Sisters.

Clean and nicely furnished The only downsides were the lack of beach toys for the kids and the casita was very noisy when people were in kitchen/living room, so put either early risers or heavy sleepers there. Unexpected bonus—lots of hot water!
