Perfect!

Great space! Inside and out the place was clean and well decorated. Slept my friends and I very comfortably. I highly recommend staying here. The house was on a safe street and easy to get to Denver/ nice restaurants etc.

Fantastic pool

Loved it! The pool was perfect and bigger than we expected. Big, open floor plan and beachy vibe. We will definitely be back!

Girls trip

This was a great place for our group. Everyone had an ample amount of room to sleep. Only problem was one of the bathrooms isn’t the most conducive to getting ready and the hot tub has limited seating but it is still a great stay!

Better than Advertised

The place was everything we expected and then some. On a quiet street and upon arrival you’d never guess it has the amenities that it does. Our host was amazing, helpful and very responsive to any questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again

Weekend getaway

We had a great stay at this place. It was a lot bigger than we thought....very spacious! The beds were comfy and clean. The hot tub was perfect to relax in and the owner was very accommodating and quick to respond when I had a Amazon package shipped there prior to our arrival. We would definitely stay again!

Great long weekend getaway

Have a wonderful long stay at this super cute/modern/stylish house! The online descriptions and pictures are accurate and we absolutely loved the year-round hot tub! Such a great addition! Couldn't recommend this property more!

Cozy stay with all the amenities!

we loved this house!! Location was awesome, super close to everything on Colfax and a short drive to downtown. Theres tons of great hole-in-the-wall places to eat around the area too. We spent most of our time in the backyard tho! There is soooo much privacy and thats what we were really looking for. It was so great to relax out there in the hot tub or just chatting in the beautiful denver weather. We would have liked more instructions on how to work the hot tub but we figured it out pretty quick regardless. The owner was SUPER responsive and communicated with us our entire trip as to make sure our stay was going well. I really appreciated that! Overall, it was definitely one of my favorite places I've stayed in Denver.

Disapointed

It was my husband and I 10 year anniversary and we were ecstatic to rent this home. When we got to the home the air was on 80 as most homes are when you first check in. That night we could not get the air to go down any lower than 78. It was HOT, miserable HOT. We notice their was NO AIR what so ever going to the master bedroom. We contacted homeowner and they sent someone out. They closed vents to the downstairs as it was pretty cold down there to try and push the cold air upstairs. The air got down to 73, but again there was NO air going to master bedroom so the actual room you were sleeping in was around 80 degrees. We reached out to the homeowner and they stated since the house is in Colorado we just needed to open up a window and that they found the temperature in the house comfortable. We were so disappointed to get that message. We paid a lot of money for TWO nights!! We didn't pay all that money to open a window to humidity due to the rain. We also didn't rent the house for the homeowner to tell us that they thought the home was at a comfortable temperature and to suck it up. We were the guest and we were uncomfortable. It was miserable. No air what so ever was coming out of the vents in the master bedroom. We were highly disappointed and we feel like we threw away so much money to be miserable the entire time. We are from Texas and understand heat and how ac have to power through it. I do not believe it was the air conditioner trying to keep up it was poorly ran air ducts to one room. When you go to a hotel the hotel doesn't tell you "oh the air doesn't work just open a window." especially if you paid a lot of money for two nights. We will never rent this home again. It was also a little frustrating that the house rules were to wash the towels, but you pay a cleaning fee. Whats the cleaning fee for? There were also no lights in the back yard making it impossible to utilize the backyard after dark. We were also sent a message saying to be quite after 10pm or else the neighbors would call the cops. That was fine for us as it was a anniversary get away, but if we were to bring our family it would be disappointing to have to shut everything down at 10pm. This house was super cute and clean and the master bed was SOO comfortable, it is a shame that we couldn't enjoy it due to the air not working properly.

Great Stay

If you are looking at a quiet place in the city this is a great place. House is just the right size especially if you only have a few people but it can accommodate comfortably 8 adults. Backyard is amazing .. and completely private and good for sitting outside and reading or just relaxing. Great stay and owner is super responsive if you need anything.
