We love the top floor for the view and we love the convenience of walking into town. The grounds are always kept very nice and we also love the convenience of electronic check-in. Management is very helpful if you should have any issues!

Unhappy

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was great, we have been staying with old Gatlinburg for years,this time we had to book two separate rooms to get the full weekend with them,this was fine and didn't bother us. The issue was our debit card was charged three times two times for the room and one time for an extra $363.21 . Mistakes happen but it sucks when that much money is taken from your account and it's five business days before it goes back in. People should really pay attention when they are running your cards. Other than that it was a very great trip.

Another enjoyable stay

Nice place, a small walk to shopping / attractions

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place but had to drive to most places we wanted to go do. Condo was clean but dated and needs attention as electrical outlets are overloaded, jacuzzi tub was not easy to use as switch to turn it on was the bathroom so when turned on and water was in tub, water shot everywhere from force of air / water. Heat was highly inconsistent and fireplace was minimal at best and although controlled on a timer, was useless as it did not generate enough heat to help.

Clean and great location...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and the location was within easy walking distance to the main part of Gatlinburg. The couch was a little worn and sagging in the middle and there was a stain on one of the bed linens, but I was pleased overall with my stay and would stay again.

Never again

The couch and bed were so uncomfortable I barely slept and being none refundable it makes it hard to do elsewhere

Bed is comfortable and unit is always clean. Good place to stay. The only problem we have is the traffic coming into Gatlinburg, which can be horrible at times.

Bed was not quite a queen and was not comfortable at all. The TVs are really small as well. The internet was out a lot and cable didnt work half the time. Everything else was good though.
