After receiving your message following checkout, I personally went to the condo the very next day to investigate each item you mentioned. I was able to confirm that everything was functioning properly, with no repairs necessary. I also called you personally while at the property to discuss my findings and follow up on your concerns. My wife and I take tremendous pride in our condo and personally oversee its care and maintenance. We work closely with our cleaning team and go to great lengths to provide the same clean, comfortable, and well-maintained vacation home we'd expect when traveling with our own family. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. While we weren't aware of them during your stay, we take every concern seriously. We make ourselves personally available throughout each guest's visit and welcome the opportunity to address even the smallest issue promptly, so nothing interferes with their vacation. We haven't received similar feedback regarding the plumbing, but we'll certainly look into your comments. Being directly on the beach, we recognize that sand can occasionally find its way inside despite our cleaning team's best efforts. If anything is overlooked, we're always happy to make it right.
