Évitez les lignes de trafic longues --- Marche pour Camelback Ranch -Sox d'entraînement de printemps et Dodgers Entraînement de printemps. Etaler et obtenir une maison entière pour moins que le prix de l'hôtel local.

A UBER tour rapide - Minutes to Cardinaux, Coyotes, Concerts, Final Four, Westgate Center - Restaurants, Bars, AMC Films, Dave et Busters (jeux), des jeux d'eau, et Tanger Outlets (75 magasins) commerciaux, Fiesta Bowl et Final Four 2017 et Desert Diamond Casino. 12 minutes pour PIR (Nascar). Plusieurs terrains de golf dans un rayon de 1 à 3 km. 18 minutes de baseball et de basketball.

Notre Vallée du Soleil a environ 16 équipes de baseball qui commencent leur entraînement de printemps à la mi-Février à Mars. Spring Baseball est très amusant pour tout le monde.

Beaucoup de choses à faire avec en 35min. conduire.

Great home in a great location. We came to Arizona for baseball spring training games and this home was close to many of the baseball complexes. April was great to work with and very responsive. Pool was nice but March was a little too soon to be able to use.

Home away from Home!

We had a wonderful stay! The home had plenty of room with a comfy family room and dining room where our family enjoyed time together. There are walking trails right next to the cul-de-sac that wind around the neighborhood with little playgrounds and a big open space to play. The Westgate Entertainment District is sooo close! We found it super easy to Uber to and from for ~$5.00 one-way. We went there one night for an ice hockey game and another night to eat dinner and we ended up ice skating! April is very friendly and was super quick to respond to any of my questions. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

The house itself was nicely updated, however not much seating if you’re filling all the beds.

The house was nicely updated and very pet friendly, however the yard not so much. Our dog, who is a miniature Schnauzer could easily jump onto the planters and climb up the “rock” grotto for the pool and go over the fence. We also were without a garage door remote for two out of the three days we were there. It was located near gas, shopping and the freeway, but not so near that you could hear it, which made it very handy.

Reservation was for 2 guests. There's seating for 7 in living room and 8 in kitchen. Garage remote is not needed to use the garage. The button on the wall inside garage that opens and closes it. Garage remote requested of me Weds evening but guest didn't want me to bring it over until after 9:45 at night or the next day (THANKSGIVING). I did bring it over on Thanksgiving morning.

Great House, Great Pool -- Highly Recommend!

Great place to stay! The house was immaculately clean when we arrived, and fully stocked with everything you need -- linens, plates, pots, pans, fridge with ice maker, washer/dryer, etc. A quick trip to the grocery store and we were set for the week. The beds were very comfortable, and the spacious living and dining areas were nicely furnished and comfortable. The owner was easy to work with, left notes around the house for as needed, and had snacks for us upon arrival (nice touch!). She made it clear that we should reach out to her if there was anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable (there wasn't). Given the heat that week (108 degrees every day), our favorite spot was the pool. It's perfect. It was clean and private. We hung out in the back yard and lounged at the pool all week long. We highly recommend this house if you are headed to the Phoenix/Glendale area. We will be going back again!

Great Location!

My family was in AZ for a baseball tournament. It was great to be near the Camelback Spring Training facilities, shopping, movies and restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was so convenient to have the space of house with a kitchen, garage, washer and dryer for my family. Two reasons we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because ESPN was not part of the cable package. Also, we are used to having AC and this home had a swamp cooler. The air in the bedrooms was cool & comfortable, even though it got up to 120 that week. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. The home instructions were clearly outlined on the fridge. The kitchen was well appointed with all that we needed. The ice maker was better that ours at home. We filled our cooler in the AM and came home to a refilled ice bin. Great stay!

Great house, Great location, Great time!!!

My wife and I and her sister and her husband spent last week at this lovely Glendale property. It could not have been a better fit for our needs. We where there to celebrate the Birthday of sister number 3. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. It is located on a cul-de-sac and a park is a short walk away. Close to a freeway so getting around was a breeze. The beds a super comfortable and the rooms gave us the opportunity to spread out. It was still a little cool to use the pool, but I can see where it would be a lot of fun. April was a pleasure to deal with. She always returned my messages very quickly and was very accommodating. She was there to greet us and to supervise the installation of a new gas grill. (It works great)! We stay in VRBO houses a lot when we travel, and I must say this was one of our best experiences. We will definitely stay there again when we come to visit the Phoenix area.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

This property is clan and layed out great. Very inviting and room for many to have a sit down meal or game night at the large table. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and there is a washer & dryer to use. Spacious kitchen counters for food preparation. I’d give it 5 stars but the property is on a busy road. The owner put in better windows on that side of the house which cut down the road noise for sleeping. Sitting out by the pool is almost too noisy to enjoy. There is a waterfall at the pool that she is looking into repairing which should be a good improvement. The location is great. Very close to the stadium, ball fields, outlet mall and restaurants. There is a neighborhood park steps away from the home. Convenient to grocery stores, Walmart and most any other place u might need. Of course the area has many golf courses you can get to and very close to 101. We will come again. 😊

Not what we expected w/r pricing and quality

As previously stated, we certainly did not get the bang for our buck. Here some of the issue. 1. The picture showing the back yard pool showed that the water appeared to be dark in color. Although the water may have been maintained by an outside source. The side walls and bottom of the pool were black in color and looked like that they had not been cleaned in years. sent and photo to confirm my point. 2. Since two in our party were an average age of eighty. The two bath rooms were an accident waiting to happen since they did not meet minimum handicap requirement by code. 3. There were two TV’s one in the living room and one in the master bed room. The living room tv was user friendly but the master bedroom tv was not. 4. Neighborhood was ok but was unacceptable w/r to the rental rate .

It was perfect for us!

At the last minute, we needed to find a house that would accommodate our 3 Australian Shepherds. April was willing to let us to stay even though someone was coming in hours after we left and she generally didn't allow this with dogs. This was very much appreciated and we made sure to clean up after the dogs, both inside and out. The house was perfect and I was so glad we had a backyard for the dogs. The house was spotless and it was everything we needed for our stay in Arizona.! It's so close to so many things like restaurants, shopping, etc. Even though a busy street was behind us, we never noticed the traffic. The neighborhood was quiet and it was nice to have a garage that you could pull into to unload everything. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Arizona for a visit!

The house worked fine for our needs . The house was old however and in need of maintenance. The bed in master bedroom is cheap and slats underneath are broken. But overall it was fine we spent little time there we were mostly out playing golf. Also the price was fair

Sorry to hear you had a problem with the bed. Upon checking it I found a few had fallen out of place, not broken. It's been fixed. If ever there is a problem with anything best to let me know asap so that I can take care of it. I do respond and take care of things quickly.

Glendale House

House was great but the beds were not very comfortable and very low to the ground. One bed was broken. Neighborhood is ok. Nice park near by to walk with the dog but would not walk there after dark.

Thanks for staying. HOA is working to update the night lighting in park. 2 beds are meant to be low (style). I apologize for the inconvenience of the broken bed. I did come out when you called about it. It appeared a guest must have been jumping on the bed and broke the slats. I purchased the slats with in an hour and brought them back to the home. So sorry for the inconvenience.

Basic needs at an affordable price.

Just concluded a 4 night stay at this house and found it to be a good find. We (3 guys) were looking for an economical house for a golf/baseball outing and really scored with this house. If it is luxury you are seeking this house isn't for you but it certainly met all of our needs. Clean, sufficient space, 1/4 mile off of 101 freeway, only 15 minutes from ballpark/downtown and many golf courses close by. Pool and backyard patio were very nice and well maintained. Bit noisy, as other reviews have stated because it backs up to Camelback Road, but this was not a deterrent. No surprises in the listing and photos. What it says and shows is definitely what you get. Met all of our expectations, no surprises. We would without a doubt stay here again for future trips.

Great location!

Enjoyed our golf vacation at this property! Rare to find a four bedroom. Great location in terms of proximity to the highway and local attractions (Westgate shopping and restaurants, spring training, arena and stadium). Owner was great to communicate with.

Great property, great location!

We stayed at this property from Dec 21-26, 2017. The place was very clean and very well furnished and supplied. The location couldn't have been better. It's very close to shopping and restaurants, including the Westgate shopping/sports complex. The neighborhood seemed very safe, too. Our host, April, was quick to respond to any questions we had. She even left us some Christmas cookies! Although, some of the appliances were past their prime (e.g. dishwasher, grill) and should be replaced, the house overall was in great shape. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for staying. Grill being updated this week. I haven't noticed any problems with dishwasher. I'll have it looked at this week too.

I purchased the home because I wanted to be close to the action. I enjoy sports. It's great to be close to events (concerts) when they are in town. I also love having many dining and shopping choices.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

A swimming pool was also on my must have list. Col-du-sac with park to walk my dogs were definitely other reasons I chose this home.
