Please note that this home's furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property.

This 3 bedroom home is 1265 ft. featuring patio area with pool, garage and laptop friendly workspace. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.

PETS: 
Please let us know if you have pets as dogs only are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet (max 3) fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed*
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.

This home is located in a quiet, working class neighborhood of Glendale ,located on the western edge of the City of Phoenix.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.
Feel free to ask about distances, and we will let you know average drive times.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. Loved this property! My adult daughter and I came down for my son’s GCU graduation. This home was clean, offered all the amenities, beautiful pool, quiet neighborhood and comfy beds. It was great to relax here after graduation celebrations. Highly recommend!

I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The home was impeccably clean and had a beautiful, minimalistic design—just what we were looking for. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient.The only downside was the towels, which still had hairs from a previous guest, and some large pet messes in the backyard, which was a bit unpleasant.That said, the location was absolutely perfect for our visit, and overall, we had a great experience. I highly recommend this home!

We came to town for a football game this house was in a quiet neighborhood and only about 8-10 minutes from anything you could want: food, shopping, nightlife. Was a great stay for our guys trip, will consider for my family also.
