Great location. We walked everywhere. I think Piazza Navona is my favorite spot in Rome. Very friendly neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Little grocery story store is close by also. It is very old house. One of our tour guides said it was built in 16th century. It is very charming. No elevator (of course) and the staircase is narrow, so taking luggage up was a workout. The only complain I have is there is no coffee machine.
Clean, well maintained property with a great location between Vatican City and Piazza Novona. We were able to walk everywhere in Rome from this location.
Great apartment space with ample room with easy access to restaurants, shops, and Piazza Navona. Unit was clean and communication with owner was strong. Well stocked kitchen and nice to have laundry facilities.
Everything perfect !
đ if you i tend to cook and eat in the property it is a little poor, but if only breakfast and soend day out it is perfect
Ad mentions 2 rooms but it is actually 1 wiith full bathroom inside and sofa bed in livingroom
Overall good stay
Everything was perfect with the expectation of check in because there was no key left? Owner did show up very quickly to resolve the issue. The apartment was clean and the neighborhood was great, we felt completely safe. . Location is close to the Vatican.
Our family recently stayed in this apartment and thought it was great. It was very clean and centrally located - within walking distance of the Pantheon. The neighborhood was perfect. There were lots of delicious restaurants and it had a good vibe at night! Early check-in is not an option but our host provided the name of a luggage storage place within walking distance, which was very convenient.
Awesome place! So much character, easy to park and get to everything!
This place has so much old-world character, wood beamed ceilings, and comfortable bedding. AC was so nice to have! Thank you!!! A+++ property and host!
The place is wonderful!! You can walk everywhere! The zone is pretty, and really calm to have a good rest a the end of the day! We were 5 adults and it was super comfortable for everyone! We absolutely loved it! Itâs a lot better than what I saw in the pictures.
Whenever I come back to Rome Iâll try to stay here again
Beautiful apartment, perfect for our family of five. The owner was friendly, with excellent contact before, during and after the stay. We will stay there again. Thanks very much.
Apartment was close to everything! We were able to walk to all the major attractions! Very clean and neat. Owner was great, as were the facilities. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks!
It was a nice small apartment within walking distance of the Vatican and other landmarks in Rome. Be aware there is no elevator and so may require carrying your luggage upstairs. The refrigerator is also a college dorm fridge.
Fantastic central location. Very clean and easy. A few things to know. We stayed on the third floor so luggage must be carried 3 flights of narrow stairs. Not a lot of furniture besides beds but fine for us, out most of the day.
Lovely and accommodating caretakers.

Nice apartment in Piazza Navona
This was a typical Roman apartment, had everything we needed to relax in between going out, close to everything - with many grocery stores to choose from. It is in the Piazza Navona district, was quiet and provided us what we needed. The apartment was exactly as listed - only downside was I couldn't find any clothespins to hang my washed clothes - so I used binder clips instead. Lovely apartment, lovely stay.
Elina's home was the perfect base for our trip. We could imagine we really lived in Rome for the week! There was plenty of room for our family of 4, including 2 young children. We were able to walk to so many notable sites and the neighborhood had great coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and stores. We had one small issue when the water heater was only working intermittently, then failed. Elina responded and came to fix it that morning. Lovely hot water the rest of the stay. It was a comfortable and clean apartment. Having a washer was wonderful and clothes dried quickly on the outdoor line.
Quaint indeed. Not actually two bedrooms, not even two beds, really. One bedroom with a bed and bath, and the living room has a futon. Cold water only in the shower helps wake you up, and the hike up several floors of precarious stairs exhausts you before bed. Donât bring any large luggage, if you value your safety! On the positive side, the apartment is located a short walk by many fun restaurants to Piazza Navona, which was a highlight of our trip to Rome.
Great location, on walking distance of all the highlights. We asked for 1 double and 2 separate beds, but this was not the case when we arrived. We asked for the extra bed and they brought us the sheets. Very strange that they come in the appartement to Collect the taxes. We only got 3 towels for 4 persons for 4 daysâŠ.the blankets where very dirty. The appartement was also not very clean. Dust everywhere.
Thank you Elina for your wonderful hospitality on our first trip to Italy. We appreciated the prompt responses to our pre-planning questions in addition to being available by the phone you provided throughout our stay. Having you arrange a car for our transportation from the airport was a blessing to ensure we arrived at the apartment on time. The location of the apartment is in the heart of the Ancient City. Owner spent time with us on arrival to make recommendations on sites to visit and restaurants. I think we hit everything on the list! We loved Il Fico right down the street, we ate there twice! The apartment was stocked with necessities such as coffee, croissants, water, paper products and even laundry soap! Thank you for a great stay at your Rome apartment!

Not exactly as listed.
This apartment is not in Piazza Navona but about 5-6 blocks away. It is reasonable walking to the piazza however. It felt very safe to walk day or night. The apartment is on the third floor going up tiny, winding stairs. It's noisy. There is one double bed and two, old, very uncomfortable roll out beds. The kitchen has what you need to cook, a small fridge, and a non-working freezer. One of our visitors had had knee replacement surgery (well after booking) and was not prepared for the tiny steps to the unit. The owner was completely unwilling to work with us to let us cancel any of the days. While we appreciate "This is business," we felt there could have been a better resolution. Would not stay there again.
Iâm the OWNER of this apartment. My familiy left me this apartment in this special area of the historical center where I know every corner of the streets so I want you to love visiting Rome as much as i do.
One of the benefits is the peaceful position of the house notwithstanding the very animated area especially during the night. In the neighbourhood there are restaurants, bars, food shops, supermarkets and a traditional outdoor market.
