The house is situated in a small town on the bank of river,Terrasson Lavilledieu is in Dordogne region which has been saying one of the most beautiful part in France.
House is very comfortable French taste and well maintained,large enough to welcoming max 11pers.
The house is well located,only 5mins walk by Terrasson railway station,in quiet and nice residential area,30min of Sarlat center and airport of Brive Dordogne vallée airport by car.
Terrasson market on the bridge ,once per week.
Big super market 3mins by foot.
Pharmacy 7 mins by foot.
Old town of Terrasson 10 mins by foot
One day,you may want to discover fabulous places like Lascaux cave,Rocamadour , Hautefort castle, La Roque Gageac, Colonge la Rouge etc..there are all in short distance.
Another day,you might feel just swimming pool and reading to be relax .
For a dinner,do you prefer to find some fresh fois gras, truffes on the lovely local market and are going to cook yourself or to go to the wonderful local restaurant?

House is 300 m2 and 6000 m2 of garden.
One garage and another wide parking space. The house has 3 levels.
On the ground floor,we have a dinning room with a big table,a large kitchen with a table and chairs,double living room with a billiard ,and 1 lavatory.
Second floor,we have 3 double bed rooms,(2 of them are en-suite),1 bed room with 2 single beds.1 bathroom including a toilet.
3rd floor, we have 1 double bedroom,1 single bedroom,1 Kids room with old piano and many toys,1 bathroom (only shower) with a toilet.
We have in total 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets .
Outside, a swimming pool, table tennis.
