Extra luxury apartment close to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Just restored with high quality Italian materials and furniture.
The apartment is located on the first floor without elevator, is equipped with all comforts, heating, air conditioning, internet, TV, courtesy kit and hairdryer and kitchen, kettle, bed linen and towels.

The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per night and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
For check-in after 10 pm, a supplement of 25 euros is required in cash upon arrival.

This is a sweet little gem of an apartment if you are looking for a place close to “everything” in Rome. We walked easily to many attractions. Shopping - both high end and souvenirs as well as many dining options are close by as well. The only drawback is there are no outside windows or views but for us it was primarily a place the shower and sleep. It is extremely quiet and very safe.

The check-in process was superb. Joey met us at the apartment and I was ready to go a little early miscommunication, direct trip and even after. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and if we end up back at all for sure.

Great Location

The apartment is perfect for a couple visiting Rome.. a short walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, as well as a great Bar just next door for your morning expresso or cappuccino. Property Manager was very nice and responsive.

Location was great to get to sites and plenty of shops and restaurants in town. Size was really good and laid out nicely. Large kitchen area. Equipped well. Very quiet! Joey was so helpful in meeting us early and arranging airport transport. Great host.

Great place

We were first time travelers to Italy. We were picked up from the airport for a fee welcomed, checked on and generally supported. Joey was great to work with. The place is small but very comfortable. It was a quick walk to the metro, the pantheon, the spanish steps and the Trevie fountain.

Perfect location!

We had a great 2 night stay! The location was perfect to walk to all the sights we wanted to visit! Joey was great! He set up a transfer for us from the airport! Was waiting for us at the apartment when the car dropped us off! The apartment was clean. Bed was comfortable! Just what we needed for our stay!!!

We loved our Vrbo in Rome.

The location was great, and the owner allowed me to enter earlier in the day as scheduled as we had bags after leaving our cruise ship. Joey was great, he even set up top notch transportation to and from the apartment.

Wonderful apartment

This is a really wonderful apartment. Great location. The decor is so elegant and really makes staying there even better. Joey is a great communicator and very helpful (even helped bring our bags up the stairs). Recommend this rental!!

Charming apartment.

What a wonderful place to stay while in Rome. We chose this location based on its proximity to several hot spots. So glad we did. We walked by trevi fountain daily and walked to/by Spanish steps several times. Joey met us there, even though we arrived late. He also suggested a great dinner spot. He gave is his cell number and I was able to WhatsApp him and ask questions. Best host we've ever had.

Apartment is in an excellent location to walk to all the sites, nearby shopping and restaurants, and did meet our needs for two nights. I would not want to stay longer, however, due to the size and the fact that there were no windows whatsoever in the apartment, only a skylight, which made it feel claustrophobic. The bathroom and shower are especially tiny and no counter space for toiletries or makeup. One or two nights it’s totally fine. Joey was very pleasant and attentive to work with.

Golden apartment/ Spanish Steps

It’s all about location. This apartment is right in the middle of all the action near the Spanish Steps. We only stayed one night and the apartment was clean. We would stay here again.
