Grand 4ème étage Condo Phoenix X en bord de mer 3br !!

Phoenix X est l’un des complexes de condominiums les plus populaires de la côte du golfe. Il y a une raison qui fait que plus de vacanciers séjournent dans cet appartement qu’aucun autre à Orange Beach.

Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour rester pour vous et votre famille que Phoenix X. Il existe de nombreuses activités, notamment une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même un bel espace gazebo pour se détendre pendant votre barbecue.

Venez vous détendre sur le spacieux balcon du 4ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe ou dormez dans le grand lit king-size du maître avec accès au balcon! Une reine dans la 2ème chambre et 2 lits jumeaux dans la 3ème chambre. Cette unité a été améliorée pour inclure de nouveaux meubles, des comptoirs en granit et de nouvelles armoires. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux. N'oubliez pas que nous sommes juste à côté de la Flora-Bama! Nous avons également l'unité 2br à deux portes si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace !!

Idéalement situé à seulement trois condos du garage de stationnement !!! Garez-vous au même étage!

Beach-tastic vacation

We had to extend our stay because we had so much fun! First time to Orange Beach and we lived it. My granddaughter loves the beach and never wanted to leave. Swam in both pools, played in the ocean, played bingo at Flora-Bama, hunted crabs at night. The perfect vacation!

Great Condo

Awesome location!! The condo was clean and well stocked!! Awesome view with great balcony set up. The extra ice maker was an added bonus. The bathtub was hard to bathe toddlers in but other than that it was perfect! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful views and comfortable condo. Kitchen was well stocked. With 7 ladies, a couple more bath towels and washcloths would have been nice (only 8 provided). Condo could use a deep clean. Twin beds had sand on bedspread and we washed all bedding before using. Was awesome to have washer and dryer! Furniture could use a good vacuuming too- lots of food bits around cushions. We would absolutely stay again as it is a nice place, just recommend bringing some extra bath towels if you have more than 4 people and paper towels or cleaning wipes to tidy up a bit. We had a great time! Would recommend!

Octopus overload

The pictures did not covey the love of octopuses by the owner. It was a little much. The bathtub in the shower was not a concern when I booked but there were people in my group that struggled to get in and out of the tub/shower because the shower door would not slide for them to get in the lower side of the tub. Definitely a slip hazard. A new master bed/headboard should be purchased. The door stops behind the headboard are trashy. Felt like I was in a cheap hotel. Deep pocket king sheets need to be purchased. The current sheets do not stay on. Someone needs to pull the ice maker out and inspect the back wall. I smelled mold.

Loved the room, could have been cleaner

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is decorated beautifully and overall we had an amazing week! However, upon arriving, I noticed it did not seem like it had been thoroughly cleaned. I had to wipe down everything in the kitchen. The appliances were greasy, cabinet doors had spills, coffee maker was filthy. In the 2nd bathroom, the tub was dirty and had to be cleaned. The floor was sandy, which is to be expected, so no big deal. It seemed like all that was done was a quick wipe down of a few things and the linens changed. Otherwise it was not very clean. There was sand all over inside the fridge. Several lightbulbs were out. None of the electrical outlets in both bathrooms worked. The A/C filter inside the laundry room had about an inch of dust/lint on it. Had not been changed in a very long time. I think the owner or management company need to go out and assess and maybe do a deep clean and assessment of things that need to be changed/fixed. Maybe the housekeepers were too busy/overwhelmed to properly clean it this time. I'm not sure. All of this was minor as we spent most of our time at the beach and once I cleaned it myself, it was fine.

Overall a good place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love how close the condo was to the parking deck! Made it very easy to load and unload! The view was wonderful and there was plenty of space in the condo. My only negative was the dryer. Small loads of clothes would not dry. I dried a load of clothes 3 times and nothing was dry. I feel like there is probably a lot of lint clogging the lines, which could be a fire hazard if not cleaned out. Other than that, the condo itself was wonderful!

It's a beautiful condo located right by the beach, and conveniently located right next door to the Flora Bama. Upon arrival, the condo was clean and it was evident that great care had been taken to ensure everything was in great condition for my stay. The interior was beautifully decorated and made it feel like home. The location is perfect. The condo is close to the Gulf State Park (which is great for a nature walk), many restaurants, and shops. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better vacation. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for nice beach getaway.

Dirty condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. I’ve stayed at this Phoenix before. This was my first time staying in this condo though. It was very dirty. We found a used bandaid in the master room. There were alot of broken items - such as the toilet paper holders, the pads on all of the bar stools were broken, the laundry room just had random things thrown into it to where we couldn’t get to the washer and drier without taking out all of the items first, and there was hair in the refrigerator when we first got there. The freezer had not been emptied completely neither.

Great view and right on the beach. Parking garage was connected to our floor and provided easy access. Weather was rather cool, however that was expected in mid-March. The nice indoor pool helped with that. Having a high-sided tub within the shower was different. Entry might prove difficult for some or for bathing the very young.
