If you're looking for the perfect spot to call "home" during your trip to paradise, the search ends here! Phoenix X #1201 is a fully upgraded, highly desired corner unit located in a fun complex next to the iconic Flora-Bama. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a wraparound balcony with gulf views as well as a north facing balcony with a street view looking out towards Old River, this vacation rental home is ideal for a group of up to 10. Come ready to create lasting memories with little effort when you choose to stay here during your visit to Orange Beach!
This unit is located on the far west side of the building and offers guests a freshly renovated, fully upgraded space that is as comfortable as it is stylish. While it's pretty standard to have a balcony overlooking the beach, you'll be able to step out of the living room to enjoy your favorite beverage on the wrap around balcony that overlooks the beautiful gulf or relax on the north facing balcony accessible by both guest bedrooms! Inside the main living area is a brand-new kitchen (shaker cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances) that is fully equipped to make cooking up your favorite meals a breeze. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig are provided. The extended bar has space for 2 bar stools while the table set in the dining area seats 8, allowing for every member of your travel group to chat effortlessly over an evening dinner. In the living room, there are two armchairs, a love seat and a sleeper sofa meaning you will have plenty of space to lounge around, plus bonus sleeping space! The living room TV has a 60", 4k Smart TV for you to access your streaming services and watch your favorite shows.
Ready to retire after a fun day? Pick the large master suite, with a king memory foam bed, access to the gulf facing balcony and a private bathroom featuring a walk-in tile shower. There are two guest bedrooms, as well, with one providing a cozy queen bed and the other offering up two comfortable full beds. The guest bathroom is also a walk in tile shower. All bedrooms have 50" 4k Smart TV's and satellite.

Inside, you will find access to a hot tub and sauna. A newly renovated BBQ area offers the perfect space for your group's grill master to show off their skills! Looking for something a little more energetic? Look no further! There are places for pickle ball and wallyball.
What's better than the on-site amenities? Being walking distance from the Flora-Bama Lounge and Bar! Aside from delicious entrees, local seafood, and refreshing drinks, enjoy live music daily and a charming atmosphere you will not soon forget. With celebrity visitors including the likes of Kenny Chesney, Jimmy Buffet, Kid Rock and more – it is easy to say that the Flora-Bama leaves a positive mark on all of those who visit.
Right across the road, you will find the Flora-Bama Yacht Club which has a waterfront restaurant where guests arrive by both car and boat! The Flora-Bama Liquor Store is here as well as Flora-Bama Marina & Watersports where you can rent jet skis, pontoon boats and go on fishing charters. You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

You must prepurchase your parking pass via this email. You will then pick up your parking pass on property at the front desk upon arrival. The cost is approximately $60 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
