Le Sunrise Barn est un établissement rural doté d'un bain à remous privé, à moins d'un kilomÚtre de la plage de sable .. Rez-de-chaussée:
Salon: Avec 46 "TNT TV, lecteur DVD et portes françaises menant au jardin.
Cuisine / salle à manger: Avec four électrique, cuisiniÚre à gaz, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et machine à laver.
Chambre 1: avec lit king-size, TV TNT et salle de bains avec cabine de douche et toilettes.
Premier Ă©tage:
Chambre 2: avec lit king-size et TV TNT.
Chambre 3: avec lits jumeaux et TV TNT.
Salle de bains avec baignoire-douche et WC.. Chauffage central au gaz inclus .. SituĂ©e dans un cadre rural paisible Ă  seulement cinq kilomĂštres de la magnifique plage de sable de la chapelle Saint-LĂ©onard, oĂč une hutte de plage est disponible pour les clients sur rendez-vous (20 ÂŁ par jour, 60 ÂŁ par semaine), ces trois superbes propriĂ©tĂ©s indĂ©pendantes constituent un superbe pour des vacances Ă  tout moment de l'annĂ©e. Offrant une vue imprenable sur les pĂąturages, adjacents Ă  la petite ferme des propriĂ©taires, ils affichent une dĂ©coration contemporaine de grande qualitĂ©. Chaque cottage dispose d’une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  grand Ă©cran. Le Mill Stone Cottage dispose mïżœïżœme d’une tĂ©lĂ©vision dans chaque chambre. We arrived at the barn and were met by Sally, who after a welcome brief left us to unpack and settle. The barn is beautiful, very well appointed and nice and cosy with the underfloor heating. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen well equipped, including the essentials like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc. The hot tub was a very welcome luxury after walking the dog at the nearby beaches, all of which were lovely. Absolute beauty of a place .

Absolute beauty of a place . Gorgeous property which is very spacious and well equipped. The hot tub tips off the holiday. We have been twice now ( stayed on the Roosters ) previous and we will def be going back and want to stay in Mill Stone next time . Sally and Neil are amazing hosts and left a welcome pack with bread chocs and cake ... also treats for our dogs. He beaches are close by ( 5 to 10 minute drive ) and are dog friendly. Lovely little towns close by for all you need to stock up with foid . Brilliant . Went with 5 other ladies.

Went with 5 other ladies. Had a girly weekend. The barn is beautiful, really clean and fresh. The beds are SO comfy! Downside, the owners seemed a bit to nosy. Always checking on us. Which we went to relax, but felt like we couldnt because we was being watched. The owners are lovely though. House was full of flys, but cant be helped as its bang outside their working farm. Id defo recommend for families. The kids will love waking up to the animals. No taxi drivers knew where it was, we had to direct them where to pick us up. WOW what a stay we had at Sunrise Barn.

WOW what a stay we had at Sunrise Barn. The owners at Mill Farm Cottages are Sally and Neil and what a place they have created here. several properties from a small bungelow to the barn conversion we stayed in. all are private have a hot tub and loads of space. We have stayed in many high class properties with blue chip holidays but this one is way out in front. Our grand kids just loved all the farm animals whick are all around the property to feed if you wish so I found myself making many trips to the local supermarket for vegetables the the grandkids could feed the donkeys chickens ducks geese and the massive pig. I contacted Sally before hand to ask about horse riding for our granddaughter and she gave me a number for a riding school just up the road when I rang him he said she was a bit young at the age of 4 but he arranged for someone to take her out on a little pony and boy she loved it.. anyway this place is amaculate and spotless and just the best place to relax just wish you could score higher than a ten... we were gutted when we had to come home BRILLIANT Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

This is a lovely property.

This is a lovely property. . Sally is very friendly and helpful and she always leaves you little extras to make your arrival comfortable. This is a lovely quiet location with close access to everything you need in Chapel St. Leonard's. There is a good size Co-Op lots of take aways pubs and a lovely Italian. The beach is dog friendly and had a huge promenade for easy access and walking or you can walk for miles on the beach. We would have given 10's across the board but the DVD player and TV's in the bedrooms are now very dated / small. The bed in the upstairs mater bedroom is quite squeaky when getting in and out. Please don't let this effect your decision on booking though as it is a spotlessly clean well appointed property, we have only highlighted these minor points so that it is a fare level review and so Sally may like to pick up on them and take her property from very good to out standing. To finish off, we would book here again with out hesitation it is a lovely property with so much going for it. Happy holidays. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Sunrise Barn is a lovely cottage, set in a beautiful location, it is situated on a farm, but quite secluded and peaceful. A lot of thought had clearly gone into making this property cosy and comfortable and the décor is beautiful. The beds and bedding were so comfortable, and large fluffy towels were provided. All very luxurious. We were lucky enough to have nice weather so were able to enjoy the garden and the hot tub. We had a lovely long weekend here and have already booked to go back next year. And easily contactable if needed...( I had a couple of questions) There was a tea tray and cake ,bread and milk on arrival,which was a nice touch. The property has clearly been invested in and is of a high standard throughout ! Very tasteful! Great sized garden for my large dog and a large safe play area in front of garden for children. Hot tub wonderful too! Area lovely with beaches ten mins away in the car ...great for exercising our dog! Anderby Creek was our Favourite. Children would love it here as there are cows ,sheep, donkeys ,ducks ,chicken and a friendly pig that you can feed leftovers too! It also suited couples,like myself and my hubby and our dog ...for some peace and quiet ! So it's an all round Great property and place to stay for everyone ! Arrived at Sunrise Barn to a warm welcome from the owner which included a tray of tea items and a tin of homemade cakes, which were very yummy! Overall we had a nice stay apart from one factor that ruined the quality of sleep for the occupants in the upstairs bedrooms. The toilet in the main bathroom was faulty, it was constantly dripping and refilling back up again (loudly) every few minutes. As my children were sleeping upstairs this made it hard for them to fall asleep, which made for late starts in the morning. We informed the owners the next day, who told us they were aware of the problem and the plumber had been out twice but couldn't fix it. In my opinion the property should not have been rented out until the problem was fixed or the water to the toilet should've been turned off. The cottage was equipped to an okay standard, it would benefit from coat hooks and a clothes rack for wet days for items that can't be put in the tumble dryer to dry. The kids loved the hot tub and used it 4-5 times over the week we stayed there. The proximity to the owners house was a bit awkward at times, throughout the week they kept coming around to change a blind, which could've been changed once we had left on the Friday. I felt we were being checked up on as I had 4 kids staying with us, which the owner seemed shocked at as she stated 'I thought there would be only 2', no sorry it clearly stated on the booking form 2 adults and 4 children as your property sleeps 6. This place would probably be suited for older families if the owners are worried about 4 children aged 8 to 14 years staying there. I'd like to add we left the place in good order with no breakages as I have well behaved children. Nice place but I wouldn't return back in a hurry as I've rented better equipped holiday homes for less. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
