Our home sits on a spacious lot bordered by a Nature Conservancy on one side and a greenbelt on the other, offering a serene and secluded setting. Located in Tahoe’s beautiful West Shore, you’ll enjoy stunning views and easy access to some of the region’s top destinations—Truckee, Squaw Valley, and Emerald Bay all just minutes away.
We are in close proximity to ten national forest areas, perfect for hiking, mountain biking, or cross-country skiing. Plus, the home is just a short walk from fantastic photo spots and fun sledding hills. We especially love hiking to Eagle Rock or exploring the nearby trail system.
We highly recommend dining at Jake’s on the Lake—famous for its breathtaking views and exquisite cuisine. Our favorite adult summertime treat is a Chambers Punch at Chambers Landing, just down the road. Just a short drive to the North Shore, don’t miss Gar Woods, an iconic spot known for its lively atmosphere and refreshing wet woodies.
Some local favorites are a short drive away. For groceries and fresh eats, check out New Moon Natural foods and café, Tahoe House Bakery, or the Farmers Market (Thurs).
Just down the street are several dining gems: the cozy Fire Sign Cafe and the iconic Sunnyside restaurant. Sunnyside is beloved for its expansive deck and panoramic lake views—an unbeatable spot to have brunch. Fire Sign Cafe, with its charming classic Tahoe style, offers delicious meals, generous portions, and the good iced tea.
Also nearby, be sure to check out Bridgetender for some delicious American bar food, The Dam Cafe for excellent coffee, pastries, and breakfast burritos, and West Shore Market for awesome sandwiches to fuel your day.
This neighborhood truly offers the perfect blend of outdoor adventure, local flavor, and peaceful retreat.
