Magnifique Villa à Porto Cervo/Pantogia. La maison se trouve à 3 minutes des plages les pus proches et à 3 minutes du centre de Porto Cervo! Elle offre tout confort! Elle est composée de 5 chambres (10 lits). 3 Salles de bains (dont une baignoire). Les douches disposent d'une douchette et d'un rainshower. Salon, salle à manger, cuisine complètement équipée (machine à café, four,...), buanderie avec fer à repasser, séchoir et lave-linges. 3 toilettes. 2 balcons et 1 très grand terrasse. Grand jardin. Chaises longues pour extérieur et parasols. Grand écran tv OLED. IPTV contenant des centaines de chaines dans toutes les langues et films. Baffles Bose extérieurs et intérieurs. 7 emplacements parking. Mobiliers design et venant de tout horizon. Matériaux de qualité (marbre, mosaïc, kerlite, sanitaire et luminaires design et de marque) . Grande piscine avec vue panoramique. Lumière dans la piscine. Maison au calme et Feng Shui. Absolutely amazing stay. House is genuinely even more beautiful in person. Super clean, super responsive and helpful host. Yard is amazing and so much fun to have. The view is breath taking. Cannot recommend this house enough.

Great house, place wonderful. Can be even better with some additional equipment such as blender and placemat for the table. The view is scenic and beautiful, the sun rise is wonderful.

The house was beautifully decorated and super clean. It had everything we needed and was located close to the heart of Porto Cervo ( promenade). There is lwell-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a great view, as well as the overall atmosphere and experience. the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the Villa was exactly as described.Definitely will come back!

Amazing Villa with stunning view

This villa is superb! Secluded location and a wonderful living area. The pool and patio area has loads of space - yoga in the morning and breakfast outside. A hidden trampoline for the kids as well.Inside a great chill out area for watching Eurovision and a very well sorted kitchen and dining area.Clean, fresh and modernThanks for a great stay

Read the details. This "house" has three toilets total for the entire five bedrooms. Two of the upstairs bedrooms do not have a toilet. You must use the living room toilet downstairs. Air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms only. Main living area, kitchen and downstairs bedroom have no AC. Be prepared for steps everywhere. This is not a "house" This is an end unit in a townhome / condo setup.

It s not the message that you send to Davide who did the check in and out...I can provide it...Also about your complain, everyhing is in the ad (the website). Nothing is hide. Like the AC in the livingroom, we got one but it s an extra and it s also on the ad! All the client i ve send me 5 stars...so it s mean, i suppose, that is a nice house. We are also always behind our clients. You could ask me before to book how is configure my house. It s the first time that someone tell me its not a house. A house for your information got 4 sides. my house is configure like that! Anyway, i m sorry that you did not like my house but dont write thing that you did nt know before to come. Great Stay !

Our small group had a wonderful time at this awesome property. The house is in a beautiful setting with nice views of the water, offering great sunrises. Additionally, the house is well-appointed and nicely decorated with everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. Loved the pool too !! One note: You will need to rent a car, as walking to the restaurants, shops, etc., isn't really an option. We will definitely return!

Great stay , the pool / outside area views were unbeatable . And the trampoline was a bonus for the children . Only a 5 mins drive to Porto Cervo which was very handy . A fantastic week

Great stay with beautiful view

We had a great stay in this beautiful house. We enjoyed the stunning views from the pool, terrace and almost every room in the house! The bedroom split is perfect for two families of four, with even one spare double room. Stephane and Alessandro were great in communication and help with questions!

Wonderful villa, it looked better than the photos! Wow factor! Pool was great to have and kitchen was supplied with all SMEG appliances which were great! View was outstanding on a cliff overlooking the sea. Perfect vacation.

Amazing house with views for days

We had an incredible time staying at this home. The location is great - beaches are close, restaurants are all delicious, and the house pictures are all very accurate. As American travelers we are accustomed to having paper products and cleaning products included with the rental, but the store is close and we were able to get toilet paper and dishwashing pods easily enough.

The house is really amazing!!! Fresh, clean and modern. I had a wonderful stay here in june/ july with my family and friends. The view from the house is amazing! The owner and Alessandro is so nice and answer all your questions. I can really recommend to rent this house!

Porto Cervo perfection!

Everything was perfection…. The view, the manager, the house, the location … etc. with my wife, 4 year old daughter and mother-in-law, we thoroughly enjoyed everything. Our 4 year old loved the pool and the trampoline. We loved the privacy, cleanliness and attentiveness of Alessandro (the property manager). The location was perfect for us since we wanted to experience all of Costa Smeralda. We cannot recommend this place enough.

Amazing weekend with friends

Stephane house is amazing! 5 minutes by car from Porto Cervo, the house has recently been completely renovated in a nice minimal style, is fully furnished and has a priceless view on the sea. Stephan has been very kind and supported us remotely during the weekend, always being very helpful. Same thing for Alessandro, Stephane's agent, who supported us on site. Great experience! Can't wait to come back to Costa Smeralda!

The view is to die for, the pool is incredible, the location is great (short drive to PC, stunning beaches and grocery stores). Communication was great. The house is clean, spacious, and modern ! We were there with my family of 4 and 2 grandparents. Was perfect because there are basically two wings and two rooms in each wing. Then there is the basement room. While it Doesn't have AC it does stay relatively room temperature cool even in late July. Would definitely stay here again

A week to remember

We had a wonderful time in Sardinia. The weather was perfect (sunny and hot), the island incredible beautiful (best beaches ever) and the house in an absolutely privileged location (a bit hard to find), had a breathtaking view, nice swimming pool and well taken care gardens. Modern, elegant and simple decoration with all that we needed to enjoy our stay (except for air conditioning in the basement room, but plenty of fans.....). The owner provided all sort of information for shops, restaurants and places to visit and the manager was very attentive and helpful. Overall the six of us loved our time there, and will miss the food, the wonderful sunrise and meals in the terrace. We hope to come back soon and continue exploring the incredible surroundings. A week was far too short.

Prime location in Porto Cervo

This villa is in a fantastic location with stunning views over the bays near Porto Cervo. The design and furnishings are excellent but the beds were too short and the pillows were foam and not comfortable. All of the bedrooms are very small and we were expecting a master suite matching to the villa profile, but none of them had that potential. There were no pool towels or any bathroom toiletries so although that my seem nitpicking, it's a shame the owner doesn't upgrade the comfort factor so that the guests don't have to go shopping for basic things

Hello Graham, Thanks for your appreciation. So you know, the pillow are not just foam ..they re taking the shape of the face...and that kind of pillow are not so cheap as a basic pillow ;) The basement room is 20meter square.. I don't think it s small...but what we do in a bedroom except sleeping .:) For the pool towels, it s never provide in a house renting...but you can ask for it, like other renter did. Take care. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Sardinian villa - beautiful grounds - a breathtaking view of the sea. The location ideal—peaceful and private, yet close to excellent restaurants, shopping and popular beach clubs in the area. The area around Porto Cervo has a distinctly upscale, luxury feel—more like the Hamptons or a high-end resort town..The pool was perfect with plenty of lounge chairs and a large dining table. The grounds well kept and the neighborhood felt safe. There was a trampoline in the backyard with a safety fence that my kids thoroughly enjoyed.The owner (Stephane) was warm, responsive, and extremely helpful with local recommendations—he went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. The house had plush bath towels, hand towels and pool towels. Well appointed kitchen included espresso machine some cooking basics - salt, pepper, seasonings, olive oil etc. The bedrooms are on the smaller side, and the beds and bedding are firm. The 4 upstairs rooms were separated by 2 stairways. 2 bedrooms share a bathroom atop each stairwell. Perfect for two families to share the upstairs, yet still have privacy/separation. There was a heat wave (90F or 32C) with good working a/c in the upstairs bedrooms. A relatively small charge for using the A/C in the living room.The waste separation system is involved -the owner provided clear instructions and all bins/bags. Overall, this was a great home base for our week and we’re grateful. Thanks Stéphane!

Excellent villa

We stayed a week with my parents and also our two children 1 and 3. Villa is modern, clean and has excellent views. Pool is lovely and there are pool toys to use which was great. Property manager was very good with communication. Location isn’t as on map of listing which is confusing, I think this should be changed. Other small improvements would be there being hand soap and pool towels provided, as I have stayed in many similar villas and this is usually standard. There could also be a wider variety of kitchen utensils provided - things like a tray for carrying things to the outside table. However, these are small points in an otherwise fantastic villa. We very much enjoyed Sardinia, would highly recommend this area and this villa. Also, TV has all the sports channels, which was a bonus to watch the football!

The Perfect Villa in Porto Cervo

This has to be the best villa in Porto Cervo! We booked this property based on the amazing photos, the location, and reviews, and let me tell you, the villa is even more impressive in person. Upon walking in, our entire group gasped - it's that beautiful. Correspondence with Stephane was seamless - he always responded within an hour or two and answered every question we had. 3 couples stayed for a wedding in town and every room was spacious, had plenty of room for hanging clothes and all of the bathrooms were fantastic. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and the pool - what can I say - that view is simply incredible. The entire villa was spotless and check-in with the property manager Alessandro was easy. The villa is in a hard-to-find location for a tourist, but Alessandro made sure we got there easily. He also helped us with using the stove and the washer/dryer on-site. I'd recommend this villa to anyone coming to Porto Cervo looking for a luxurious stay close to town.

Gorgeous but not for young children or elderly

Pros-Stunning home, fantastic property manager, responsive and kind owner in communications prior to arrival, exquisite location less than 10 minutes from Porto CervoCons- partial singular rolls of toilet paper were provided and we had to go buy more ourselves promptly, only one kitchen towel was provided, the home has 3 levels in which some of the stairs you need to put your foot sideways to fit and there are zero railings. Not meant for children or elderly, water should be provided upon arrival for guests initially, there was mold all over the rubber rim in the washer which came off onto some clothing along with something yellow, there were approx. 5 different cans for garbage which should be marked and garbage bags specific to the cans should have been provided. There were not clear directions for this which was not pleasant to have to dig and fix after the first 3 days. Owner provided one bath towel and one face towel per person. That was fine. Owner would not provide a hand towel for the bathroom by split living and dining room when asked so property manager went and bought himself along with garbage bags. It would take a small amount of money for the owners to tend to these things and it would really change this property and experience into an exquisite one. We still enjoyed this gorgeous home.

Dear Jordana. Thanks for you comment. Happy you re alive, cause I had no answer, from the message i send you, since your check in :). I would just like to respond to two of three of your claims. The cleaning lady place 3 rolls of toilet paper per toilet. What I seem sufficient for a week -long stay. For the washing machine, it is very clean and is always used. My cleaning lady came back with the tasks that are on the sheets you have put to clean the day of your departure. These are sunscreen. So these are tasks that have been done by your family. The sheets are now to throw away. I will not count anything to you, but I still wanted to tell you. For the towel in the living room toilet, we took this remark into account. THANKS! For the kitchen towel, there are 2. If you want to clean them, there is a washing machine. Compared to the stairs ... We had very old people and family with baby. I have children of young children me. I have never had accidents and complaints linked to this. All the stairs, in general, are dangerous. ;). Thank you for the remarks. All remarks are constructive! Unfortunately our stay wasn’t good. I was not happy with house manager either. He was not welcoming and he tried to make us leave at 10am when the check out was at 11am. The bottom bedroom does not have air conditioning. It’s very concerning it’s the only bedroom with a bathroom and it doesn’t have a livable situation. Plus nothing was disclosed about the the living room not having air conditioning and if you want air conditioning you have to pay extra cost - it’s not right to not disclose this information to the guest staying there especially when you are paying a significant amount. And you have to drive to take the trash away. Don’t forget all the steps. This house was a piece of work. It would be nice if the house manager was helpful but he wasn’t. Instead he gave us duties and didn’t help any of the women with their bags. We wouldn’t have minded the house rules and regulations if we had someone helpful to assist but he didn’t help at all. Plus you don’t disclose all the issues with the house. So far I would review it at 2 stars for incorrect listing of the air conditioning because your page says each room has and you charge extra for air conditioning in a living room which should be standard fee of charge since it’s not even an actual system just a air blower. On top of these issues having a house manager that does not assist with hospitality and tries to make us check out earlier then what we paid for was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend your house to anyone long as the rules are clear and the environment of your home is listed. When I proceeded to let the owner of the house my issues and how no house manager managed to help 2 girls and myself with 6 luggages, he just watche us struggle and found it entertaining to be frank because he felt it wasn’t his problem. But to be honest when paying this type of money a house manager that is helpful should be there to assist and make it feel like a welcoming home, whether that’s helping with luggage or at least making sure the house has soap, shampoo and basic necessities. I recommend people take this issues into consideration because it wasn’t fun to experience this.

Magnifique Villa

Magnifique villa avec une vue splendide et emplacement parfait ! Villa très bien aménagé. La piscine, la terrasse, le système de son intérieur/extérieur, une cuisine très bien équipée, des chambres confortables et la villa est très propre. Stéphane et Alessandro sont très sympathique et à l'écoute tout au long du séjour !
