Beautiful condo, quite location but close to everything

The condo was in a lovely area of Saint Simons. Nice walking paths, pool, and quick drive to restaurants, the village of SSI, grocery stores, golf and beaches. The condo has 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining and large family room. Great outdoor space for drinking coffee. The condo had everything and more that we needed to make meals. Also, nice to have beach chairs and blankets. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Getaway

Everything about our stay was wonderful... the house is spacious and perfectly appointed with anything you need. Love the location of the house, close to the beach but far enough to be in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Rich was an amazing host, he responded quickly to any questions and went above and beyond with his hospitality. I highly recommend this place, we will definitely be back!

Loved SSI!

We very much enjoyed the property. Excellent location, easy to town, beach, and off the island. The condo was spacious and well equiped with everything we needed. Richard was a wonderful host and very helpful with local kmowledge. We would highly recomend this property and hope to return there in the future.

Owner was great to work with.

We aways do the right thing. But when we brought the golf cart down and yes they told us no trailers or golf carts. We were shocked because SSI is a golf cart town. We had to store our trailer in a paid storage. We could not put it in our parking space. Their were a lot of older people taking photos of our golf cart and they live in the complex. When we can’t do this it need to be put in owners information when we are searching for a place to stay fine 4 weeks.

Wonderful Townhome Rental

We were three golfers looking for the perfect, relaxing townhome to rent for a golf trip and found it here. Having 3 Bedrooms with Bath was perfect. This unit was well maintained, comfortable, nicely decorated in a very nice neighborhood. It was close to grocery stores, wonderful restaurants and not far from the beach. We would highly recommend Richards unit to anyone going to SSI.

Wisconsin Snowbirds (2019)

My wife and I stayed at this condo during the month of February 2019. We were very happy with all aspects of this unit. The condo was spacious, modern, clean, functional, and nicely decorated. We particularly liked the light that entered the living room and master bedroom through the wide sliding glass doors leading to their attached decks. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking/eating. The neighborhood was filled with beautiful oak and pine trees and blooming azalea bushes. The neighborhood was also safe and quiet and was close to restaurants and a grocery store. The condo was approx. five minutes from the St. Simons' beaches and 15 minutes from those on adjacent Jekyll Island. I played a lot of golf on Jekyll Island which has 3 eighteen hole courses and 1 nine hole course. Each course was beautiful and well maintained and reasonably priced ($20 walking after 2 pm). We enjoyed riding the trek bikes (provided with the condo) around both St. St. Simons and Jekyll Islands. Each island has extensive, paved bike paths with little elevation change. We had no problems with anything in the condo and the owner (Richard) was very helpful and friendly. He was easy to contact both before and during our stay. We definitely recommend Richard's condo to others and will rent it again when we return to St. Simons Island. Thanks for a great visit!!! Jim

Beautiful and Clean

My family and I loved this condo! It’s beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything you could possibly want is provided (even beach supplies!). The owners are amazing and answered any and all of our questions. The location is great with quick access to stores and restaurants. We rode the bikes that are provided with the condo (!) to the beach and to the pier several times. Both rides are short and easy. I will definitely stay here each time we return to St Simons!

A real hidden jewel on St Simions!

Exceeded every expectation and I would highly recommend staying here. House was wonderful, roomy, clean and quiet! The pool was never crowded! All my family had a great time staying here! Best place to stay!

Lovely home. Exceeded our expectations!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. This house is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean with every amenity that one could ask for. The house is within a couple miles to the beach. There is a grocery store and restaurants nearby. Also, the townhouse is very close to quiet well-kept pool with an outdoor shower which came in handy. The house has a hose by the front door we used after the beach along with bikes and beach gear. We found the owners to be very welcoming and quickly responded to any questions we had. Without hesitation I would recommend this property. We will definitely stay here when we return!

Beautiful townhome

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful St. Simons townhome! Richard was easily accessible and answered any questions that we had and even gave us great restaurant recommendations. The location was ideal for shopping and easy to access the beach and downtown. The townhouse itself was fully equipped with all you would need for a beach vacation. Very clean and well decorated. We look forward to spending more time in St. Simons and would gladly rent this property again.

Hidden Gem!!!!! My #1 choice anytime I'm St. Simons and Brunswick!!!!

First impression is a lasting one and this place was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! The house decor was something out of a magazine, just STUNNING!!! The website shows great photos, but this place looks even better in person. The owners were prompt and responded quickly to any questions I may have had. Although we were 2500 miles away from home, my kids and I felt right at home!!!! Thanks Richard and we will be back summer 2018!!!!

The Perfect Getaway

This home was all that my sisters and I imagined. The home was amazing; it's spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated and was equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay on the island. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that is just minutes away from the island's beach, food, entertainment and shopping. And, to top it all off, the owner was awesome; he was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. This place is truly "home away from home"!!!!!!! We are definitely going back to visit the island and we will definitely stay at this home.

Wonderful!!

This beautifully decorated townhouse was a very lovely home from home! Richard was very accomodating and made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. He went so far as to provide basics in the refirgerator and even gave us a box of chocolates for Easter! Our beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were filled soft fluffy towels and beautiful soaps, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly want or need, The living toom and dining room were beautiful and super comfortable and there is a lovely outdoor deck with pretty table and chairs ... a perfect breakfast place! I highly recommend this property in the middle of St Simons Island in a safe neighbourhood with a pool and easy acces to everything. We would rent here again in a heartbeat!!

Beautiful Beach Home - Great Location

This was one of the most beautifully decorated and convenient locations we've ever had on vacation. The place was immaculate and decorated in a wonderful beach theme. Very quite area of the island. The owner provided all the necessities you need and more. Great place for a family. A really short drive to the beach and the pool is just across the parking lot steps away. The pool was never crowded, even on the weekend. The main village is a very short drive and just down the road are plenty of local restaurants and shops (and fast food when you need a quick breakfast). The owners are really nice people and very accommodating. Had to text a couple of questions while I was there and received an instant answer. I've stayed in many places through the years and this was one of my favorites. Definitely plan on going back. A definite 5-Star rating for me.
