We went to the RAM tournament and stayed at this property. Was nice and each couple had their own bed and bath.

St. Simons Island

The property was beautiful. The clean, open design with multiple levels was very comfortable. The living area was perfect for a getaway space and the kitchen was more than ample. The main bedroom was also perfect for a good night's sleep. Parking was easy either in front or behind the unit. The only bump in the check in process was that the code for the front door did not work. We needed to enter through the back via a lockbox. The location was excellent as the beach and multiple restaurants were within walking distance. This was an excellent find.

Condo review

Actually, my 2 grown children and their spouses and a toddler stayed there and 2 small dogs. But my husband and I have a second home in walking distance, so we went over to the condo often. I know they loved the condo. It was amply spacious with big kitchen and pretty treehouse views of beautiful trees, and a very close beach access. Gorgeous master bathroom with big tub and separate shower. One couple had their own private bedroom and bath on one floor. The parents of the toddler had their own sunny and beautiful bedroom and bath on another floor, and the toddler his own bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds in it next to theirs. The bottom floor was a big TV room with very sleep-able big L-shape couch. It stepped up to the split level kitchen/ dining where you could see the big screen TV from out of the big opening in the the dining area. Of course you can't beat the East Beach location. They were very comfortable there and stayed an extra day. It was very easy to communicate with VRBO and property owner. We would definitely like to stay there again. We have an annual trip with another family and hope to book it again. My family told me they wanted to stay there again and had no complaints.

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Saint Simons Island property! The home was incredibly spacious—everyone in our group had their own room, which made for such a relaxing and comfortable experience. The place was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and we were immediately impressed with how well-maintained everything was.One of the highlights was the amazing porches off of every bedroom—such a peaceful way to start and end each day. And the proximity to the beach simply can’t be beat. It was just a short, easy walk, which made it so convenient to go back and forth with kids and beach gear.We’ve stayed in many places over the years, but this one truly stood out. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect stay on Saint Simons!

Nice Beach Vacation

Nice place pretty close to the beach. I wouldn’t consider the location “steps to the beach” but more like a 5 min walk. There are quite a lot of stairs in the property, more than I expected. The house could use some updating but then that may be reflected in a higher price tag. It’s located in a pretty quiet neighborhood and the beach nearby wasn’t overly crowded. It’s also pretty close to some restaurants and a nice walking/biking trail.

Great week at the beach!

Great location, lots of room, lots of windows, comfortable beds, thermostat for each floor, and owners extremely accommodating. Owners had stated to reach out if there was absolutely anything we needed -- so, when I found the blender was not operable and I had purchased a ton of fruit for smoothies...I reached out..and was extremely delighted with Jordon's quick response. A new blender was delivered the very next morning!! Smoothie queen was back in business. :).

Love St Simons

House was as advertised. Lot of steps but there is an elevator. Living room furniture very uncomfortable. Great location to the beach. Having bath in each bedroom was great. In all, nice house.

East Beach Townhome

Overall this townhome was perfect for my family vacation with my two adult children and their spouses. I loved that we all had our own space and bathrooms. The kitchen was large and was able to accommodate making meals. The family room was comfortable. Unfortunately the closest beach access was underwater thanks to most recent back to back hurricanes but it was just a short walk to large public access with nice walkway to beach. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come to St Simons.
