This penthouse is located on the second floor, which can be reached using stairs or an elevator. Beautifully decorated with attention to detail, it has a large living and dining room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite, and a kitchen open to a terrace overlooking the sea with a wonderful surprise. Some stairs lead to the incredible attic terrace. Very large and with stunning views of the sea and the entire bay, it is equipped with a dining area, hammocks and a wonderful jacuzzi from where you can see the sea. Located in a quiet street that allows easy free parking, but only a ten minute walk from the center.
