This property is in serious need of some furniture updates and interior refreshing. The balcony was the best feature of this apartment.

What an amazing view from the balcony. Clean, helpful staff, check in very easy and a lovely clean and spacious apartment with wonderful scenic views of the lake. I’ll be heading back to this location.

The view is gorgeous, the convenience of location fantastic! The place was clean, beds comfortable. We would strongly suggest that it be made clear that the help numbers given be stated as “after office hours or 24-hr help”! We lost power (only unit to do so) for 1 night and next morning. We reached out when office opened but the lack of power resulted in a medical treatment being missed, a real health concern, causing us to need to cancel other plans losing money. Management was unwilling to give even a small refund for the power outage even though directions provided were unclear.Be prepared to buy extra essentials—toilet paper for 5 people was 1 1/2 rolls when we arrived, no paper towels, not even salt and pepper! The hot water is spotty at best, non-existent at worst. We each had only 1 thin bath towel and hand towel. There is a washer but no dryer.

The view was amazing! And the air conditioning was appreciated because it was so hot outside when we were there. Communication was great with the management and they even let us store our bags after checkout while we grabbed lunch. The pillows were the best we had in all of Italy so we slept great. Definitely worth the location (between the ferry and the main town piazza) and the view. The BEST view!

It was very basic, uncomfortable beds, no ironing board, no kitchen cleaning gear, microwave had to be used on the floor because no extension lead, but the location and view is amazing. Aircon worked well.

Great location in downtown Menaggio, with a balcony overlooking the lake. The place was great for our family.

Wonderful location

Listening to the water lapping on the shore was the icing on the cake. Great location, walkable to so many things, including the ferry to the other towns. Good restaurants near by. Beautiful little town.

Fantastic location

Everyone loved Menaggio and this place was right on the lake. We walked downstairs and were in the lake. The town is small and everything we needed or wanted was right there.

Beautiful

The view was amazing, the air conditioning was greatly appreciated as it actually cooled!!! Location was fantastic and very walkable! Appreciated the ease of the office for key pick up and drop off with it being right downstairs. We had a kind welcome gift waiting for us as well!! Would highly recommend!

The location and the views from the apartment were fantastic. However, the apartment needs some updating. A broken shower door, broken electrical outlet in the bedroom, bathroom lights that didn't work and the kitchen island counter was repaired with what looked like a former coffee table up on its side.A small investment in this apartment would make it a fantastic place to stay.
