The scenic apartment building is conveniently located a 4-minute walk down the hill (6 minutes up) to Menaggio town centre. It is a comfortable walk and offers carefree access to a wide variety of town amenities including a selection of supermarkets, delicatessens, boutique shops, pretty cafe-lined piazzas and a good selection of Pizzerias and restaurants (and a local market, each Friday).

Menaggio also boasts a fantastic family-friendly Lido with two outdoor swimming pools, a sandy beach, volleyball, a restaurant and a stylish alfresco cocktail bar.
