The cutest little condo! Had everything we needed plus some. My husband, daughter, and I really enjoyed our stay. The only negative would be the bed. It was not comfortable at all.

The owner of this property went above and beyond in the remodel. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was stunning and the kitchen was unbelievable. Everything and anything you could need in a kitchen was there. The pullout couch was comfortable according to our 12 year old as well. The location to the beach was perfect and so many restaurants in walking distance. Thank you to the owner for making our stay so comfortable!

Wonderful beach house

Our stay at the breakers was lovely. The new renovation was thoughtfully planned and had everything you could want/need in a beach house. It was very clean. Loved the king sized bed and our kids did just fine on the pull out sofa. Could walk to coffee at sweet Al’s every morning and getting to the beach was a breeze as it’s on a very easy to access and short boardwalk just behind the pool. 10/10.

Awesome Condo

This was a very clean, organized and close to everything condo. We didn’t move the car once because we could walk to dining, drinks, entertainment, grocery store and of course the beach.

Excellent location

Quaint, but just what you need fir two adults. More is tight, but only because there only one bathroom. Kitchen is very small but well-equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Good location

Good location. You can't see the ocean from the balcony but right on tge beach. Kitchen could use some updates including an oven and better utensils. Bed was not the most comfortable but everything else was good.

Clean & Cute

We love this little condo! It was perfect for my husband, our infant and myself for a week! A short walk to the beach and a great pool. The home was very clean and they provided clear directions, rules and instructions on what to do, how to operate items in the home and Coligny Plaza is a short walk away. It was PERFECT! We will be back.

Great location . No frills

Perfect location . Pics of property were fairly accurate . I suggest you hire a new cleaning crew . Floor was dirty . Everything was very dusty . Hard water stains in bathroom . Tiles in kitchen were cracked/ broken. We did a thorough cleaning and still enjoyed out stay . Thank you

A nice spot

Location location location. Near a lot of things to do and eat. Beach was nice. Very clean. Polite and helpful security officers. I would stay again. Recommended. The 3 things that could improve. 1. With a code lock, there’s no need to go to their office to pick up paper that could be left in the condo. 2. Bed isn’t a queen size, it was a full. Also it needs to be replace, sags to the middle. 3. Sofa bed mattress also needs to be replace. Besides that we enjoyed our stay.

Normally all of the welcome information is mailed in advance, unless you are booking within 2 weeks of the arrival date, we do not mail the packet and risk it not getting to you on time. The bed in the bedroom is a queen bed and bedframe that was only bought last year, we will take a look at the frame and see if there is a reason why it would be sagging. A new sofa is set to be delivered by the end of April!! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again next year. Selena

The property was a good size for 3 (1 adult and 2 children). It had the bare minimum and nothing for the beach. There was a dead roach in the bathroom and the property is obviously very old. There were no instructions on how to work the cable tv and I tried to contact the owner via message but I never got a response. Actually the owner never contacted me the entire time and I wasn’t sure where To check in. There was only one trash bag given to us for a 4 night stay but we made do. The porch was left dirty with crackers and leftover food from the previous guests and the table outside was very dirty. The door to the porch is also cracked. Like I said for what we needed it was fine at best but would stay somewhere different next time. I wish the opener would’ve at least responded to my messages.

Thank you for your review. I have on record that you indicated you had solved your own TV issue and did not need our help, I apologize if this is not the case. Arrival instructions are e-mailed to every guest prior to arrival explaining how to get to our office to check in. The sliding glass door was cracked by workers that redid the deck in the unit above, they are replacing the glass, but it has not arrived yet. Housekeeping leaves only a starter pack of trash bags, dish soap, detergent, etc. to get guests through their first day or two until they have time to make it to the store. We would have been more than happy to send housekeeping back for anything you were not satisfied with, you just have to call us! We hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise and that you choose to come back in the future. Selena

Great location - unit needs work

The Breakers location is convenient to the beach as well as shopping, entertainments, and dining. We’ve stayed consistently in the Breakers complex for many years and this unit is badly in need of a makeover. The unit was dirty when we arrived so we requested a re-cleaning. The bedroom very much needs a coat of paint, the walls are dirty and there are many signs of wear and tear. The bedroom carpet was so dirty. We placed a blanket over top so we could walk on something clean. The bed coverings and spare blankets need laundered - fortunately we brought our own bedding. We purchased curtains for the bedroom window during our stay since so much light poured into the bedroom window with no window dressings. The kitchen lacks many of the items convenient for meal preparation and has limited utensils. There is very limited storage throughout the entire unit. Furniture needs updating. Some of the vents had black mold around them especially in the bathroom so we had to call Sea Turtle to address upon our arrival which they sent in someone to clean, disinfect and spray over. Sea Turtle addressed all of our concerns and were so accommodating to our needs and requests however, there’s only so much the rental agency can do when the owners aren’t willing to invest in their property and keep it updated for the clients who are paying to rent it. As much as we love the Breakers complex, we will not be renting this particular unit again.

We are looking to have the owner paint and do a few more upgrades this down season. Unfortunately, a leak from the unit above caused the owner to have to put money into a ceiling repair and we were not able to do all the updating we had hoped for this past Winter. Selena
