Seaside Villa 331 - Cozy Beach Retreat avec vue imprenable sur l'océan

Très belle vue sur l'océan et les étapes à la piscine de la plage et la piscine. Ce condo confortable est situé à distance de marche des boutiques, restaurants et divertissements. Sautez sur la piste cyclable juste devant la porte et de la pédale de l'île d'un bout à l'autre. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour préparer vos repas sur votre balcon avec vue sur l'océan. Lits superposés pour les petits enfants et un lit queen dans la chambre.

Vous constaterez que Seaside Villa est située à l’extrémité sud de l’île, le long de South Forest Beach Drive, à proximité de Coligny Plaza. Seaside est une propriété en bord de mer qui est située à environ 70 mètres de l'océan. Les installations comprennent une piscine sur place et un accès gratuit au club des joueurs pour l'utilisation de leur piscine intérieure chauffée ainsi que de leur centre de remise en forme.

Perfect Couple's Beach Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We discovered this unit a few years ago, and have returned each fall. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee and sunset wine. We love the proximity to the beach, and convenience to shops and restaurants. I hesitate to say much more or we will compete for fall rental time :) Seriously , this unit is a great find!

We needed someone to come out and unlock the bathroom door because my toddler locked it (he was not inside). Jim came and fixed it for us for no charge. The customer service was very friendly. Love Seaside Villas

We had a great stay. The villa is perfect for a couple. Beach chairs would have been nice since we flew in but rentals were easy on the beach( but costly) A few suggestions- put a long mirror somewhere and a hand held shower head with better water pressure!! The coded gate coming back from the beach was very difficult to unlock( everyone was experiencing the same issue) Other than that alls good and we would definitely rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Verg good experience with great location. Just a couple of small things that needed repaired. Ice maker not working. Patio door very hard to lock. Patio screen door needs something repaired so it sides open and shut as very hard to move. More wash cloths need to be provided.

Great view, but be sure you are ok with stairs to get up. No beach equipment so bring your own. Everything inside unit was in updated and good condition.

Condo was immaculate, with everything you need. AC was quiet, not like noisy ones in most units. Tv set-up was a little wonky, but who there to watch TV all the time. Vacation Time was super, answered all questions. Great view of beach. All appliances worked great. Love that shower. Close to all restaurants, beach was right there. Look forward to returning, will ask for unit 331.

Great Get away

We were able park the car and walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Walk to the beach, shops, and even restaurants. It had a good view of the ocean and was newly renovated. Great couple getaway.

Rental Experience and Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space is nicely updated especially the bathroom, well done. The balcony beach view and short walking distance to the beach was perfect. The sliding lock on the balcony door wasn’t easy to unlock should be replaced, keyless entry into the unit would be a plus.The bathroom baseboards weren’t clean. The unit advertise that it accommodates 4 the unit does not accommodate 4 adults comfortably. The pull out sofa mattress isn’t comfortable. The owners should provide a list of items that is not included in the unit eg: hand soap, dish washing liquid, sponges, extra towels, beach chairs (leasing office provided additional towels). The common area hallway carpet should be removed and replaced with commercial flooring there is a lingering odor in the hallway. Overall the unit was fine just small
