VILLA ALBA NUOVA with infinity pool & amazing sea view

Newly built detached villa (2019).

The structure can accommodate up to 6 people only in the following way: a 5th person in a folding bed (with slats and memory mattress) placed in the living room, and a 6th person only in the case of a very small child who can sleep in the double bed together to parents.

Large living room with large equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, 5 gas hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher) with sofa and possible folding bed on request, 1 double bedroom with French door onto veranda, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms one of which has easy accessibility for disabled people.
On the lower floor there is a large laundry room which can also be used as a room for storing bulky objects (luggage, bikes, etc.) and a third service bathroom.

External
Large livable veranda, outdoor table, enchanting sea view over the entire Gulf, from which Golfo Aranci, the Island of Figarolo, the Island of Tavolara, the tip of Porto Istana stand out.

The garden features a large infinity pool with a splendid sea view, with a large solarium and large seats in the water, to spend pleasant and refreshing moments in company.

2 large and comfortable parking spaces with level walkway which allows easy access to the villa.

Absence of architectural barriers.

For stays longer than 7 days it is possible to request linen change and villa cleaning services for a fee, to be agreed upon.

There is a construction site 50-100m from the villa, but it is now stopped and silent as the new villas are now built and completed.
