In the middle of quiet and peace of beautiful park Gradac witch will make special impression of you. The closeness of the see and pine forest gives you natural inhalation. Absolutely perfect location, just out of the city walls in a garden with birds singing and palm trees.

Great location

Great location with easy access to the sea

Although there are lots of steps to get to the place, we loved it. The hosts were very kind, and the access to the sea was easy and amazingly beautiful.

A lovely apartment!

This updated apartment was perfect for our family of five. The location is perfect and just enough off the beaten path to get away from the crowds. There are some nice restaurants close by and a wonderful bakery. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful and arranged our ride to the airport. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great holidays

A nice appartment, quiet, in a beautiful garden, well situated near the Dance beach and the Old Town, you can do all by feet. Besides, bus station is very close if you want to visit surroundings. Lidia and her family are so kind people, generous and helpful, thank you so much, we had great time ! We strongly recommand this place.

Lovely little gem near the Old Citt

Great lace to stay just near the Pile Gate with lots of restaurants on hand. The garden is a gem as is the nearby park. Lidia is very helpful and arranged airport transfers. A lovely place to stay in Dubrovnik. We visited Cavtat and Lokrum and recommend both. Try restaurant Leut in Cavtat for a delicious lunch.

Beautiful old stone house next to amazing park

My 4 year old daughter and me, are regular guests in the apartment Park Gradac, the kindness of the hosts, the apartment which is beautiful and very clean, closeness to the pine forest,and 10 min walking distance to the local beach and also to the Old Town, are reasons that we spend every summer here. Hope to come next year again!

Lovely visit to Dubrovnik

Was very helpful to be picked up and dropped off at the airport so we did not have to lug our suitcases along the sidewalk. Located a short walk to the gates of the city, a few steps to a lovely park and a short walk to a small beach for swimming. Hosts were very helpful and the unit included beach towels. We also enjoyed afternoon wine and snacks outdoors in the sunny courtyard.

Lovely apartment in ideal location.

Only 5 minutes walk from Pile gate but set in a lovely garden away from the noise and crowds. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The owners live next door and were friendly and welcoming and arranged our transfers to and from the airport. Ideally situated for exploring the old city and close to the nearest beach but was also nice to relax in the garden. Highly recommended..

Mother daughter trip to Dubrovnik

My daughter and I had the most enjoyable time in Dubrovnik and our accommodations were perfect. They were in a great vicinity to Old Town and the beach Dance (great locals beach). There's a great restuarant between the apartment and Old Town called Sesame and a market not far away to get a few groceries. I loved sitting in the courtyard in the late afternoon and behind the apartment is a forrest area with walking paths that overlooks the sea.

Well situated with everything we needed

We had a lovely week exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. The property is perfectly situated for the Old Town. The garden area is lovely for meals al fresco and just relaxing. Lidia and her family were very helpful and we booked transfers with them as well which was really convenient. There are quite a few steps up to the.property , in the garden and to the apartment but we managed with help. Highly recommended.

Amazing flat, hosts and location!

We enjoyed our stay in this flat. Just a short walk to the old town, grocery stores, restaurants , bakeries and swimming areas. The hosts were amazing, answering all questions we had about the area almost immediately. The grounds surrounding the flat is filled with flowering plants, patio furniture , it is just a beautiful area. What was really nice is that we slept well here , this flat was tucked in away from the street and the nights were quiet allowing for a peaceful sleep. We highly recommend this flat to other traveler's . We hope to come back and stay again in this flat soon.

Dubrovnik great spot

Was extremely pleased. Close to old town 8 minute walk. A series of stairs to reach the house. We are 60 years old and it was not an issue for us! Proprietors very helpful. We also loved the access to Gradac.Park and the beach.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 travelling with two teenagers. A five minute walk to the entrance to the Old town, grocery stores and restaurants all within a 4-5 minute walk. It is tucked away in a garden, which makes it buffered from the busy street noise, and the lovely patio and garden were very appreciated after long days of doing sightseeing. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed. Bathroom was recently renovated and nice and clean. One flight of stairs up, easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend this apartment. The host lives in the building in a separate apartment, but was very attentive to us with any questions, and was a lovely host!

Great location nice place

This was a great apartment with new modern shower , kitchen and washing machine. The people were friendly and offered to pick us up at the airport nd drive is to the place. We stayed three days. It was only a five minute walk to the walled city which was great. The only downside were a rather hard bed and cigarette smoke from the neighbouring unit. As we were busy during the days this was rarely an issue. The people were easy to work with and made our stay quite enjoyable.

A week of Dubrovnik bliss

We stayed for seven days (not nearly enough!) in Dubrovnik in September. There is a lovely atmosphere in the apartment Park Gradac which is perfect for anybody looking for a quiet place to recharge the batteries,and which is certainly good for the soul! I would definitly recommend this place to a friends! The hospitality was excellent from the arriving to the last moments we stayed there. Everything is in place, very well furnished, tastefully designed and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed long sunny breakfasts outdoor. We truly hope we'll be able to come back soon.

Great location.

The location of this property is fantastic. Just outside of Old Town. The apartment is located in a beautiful old home with a beautiful garden with a brand new bathroom and a big kitchen - for European standards. Here are a few things to keep in mind. - If you have lots of luggage, be prepared to climb a few steps. Certainly not as bad as Old Town. - From what we could determine they only have a few tv channels - none of them are English. So no cable. - It's somewhat difficult to find as access is a little alley off the main road. Staying in Old Town is a pain as it is super crowded so trying to find your place is frustrating and when you do, be prepared to climb a mountain of stairs which is not great when you have heavy luggage. Would give this a 4.5.

Great location!

This apartment is a gem! Minutes from the Pile gate and 10 minutes walk to the beach!! Markets and restaurants all within walking. Apartment was clean and perfect for our family of 3. We really enjoyed our evening glass of wine on the patio.

Perfect and Quiet Location

Lovely friendly family that own and run this property who live across the landing. All speak brilliant English. It's location is perfect, only a few mins walk to Pile Gate, the bathing areas by the sea and is unbelievabley quiet to say the roads nearby. It's immaculately clean and well equipped, nice spacious bedrooms, new bathroom with a fantastic powershower. We all enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Lovely place a stone’s throw from Old Town

Our family of four had a great time staying at Lidia’s family apartment. It is spotlessly clean and really well located, about five minutes outside of the Pile gate. Lidia kindly arranged transportation to and from the airport, which is a good idea because the apartment is in a secluded garden area well off the street. The garden is a nice oasis from the heat and activity of Dubrovnik, and we enjoyed drinks and dinner in it. Lidia and her dad were gracious hosts. Highly recommend this place.

Location

It is located 7 minutes from the old town. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. We travelled with our 5 year old and 9 month old so the space was great. The only negative thing I would say is that it is located in a way that you have to drag your luggage up a few steps which car doesn’t go and also the street is located in a way that taxi cannot stop in front of it, but doable

Beautiful location, wonderful hosts.

Beautiful home, very well located, amazing hospitality. It is steps from the Main Street that takes you right into the city. The apartment itself has got so much character yet has great modernization in it. Do yourself a favour and book right away!!

Fabulous!

Our group spent three nights at this wonderful property, which is about a 5 minute walk from Old Town Dubrovnik. The hosts were very welcoming and made our stay extra special! Our bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Courtyard and garden are fabulous. We were sad to leave - it really was a fabulous stay!

A great place to stay to explore the area, v central. The ferry links are good in spring on wards

We had a lovely stay seeing the entire local area. Great for walkers. We arrived a week too early to be able to access the ferries to go to Split [early April] . The apartment was very well equipped allowing for people to stay in or go out. The owners were very helpful wanting to ensure we had a good time.
