À propos de cet hébergement

Nous venons de terminer la rénovation complète de ce bel appartement situé à l'intérieur des murs de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. La saison 2019 est notre première apparition sur le marché. Il dispose d'un salon moderne avec grande fenêtre, d'une chambre (grande fenêtre), d'une salle de bains et d'une cuisine équipée pour préparer de délicieux repas. L'appartement est situé dans une rue calme. La vieille ville n'est pas grande, il ne faut que 10 minutes pour aller d'une partie à l'autre. Il faut 3 minutes pour descendre à la rue principale Stradun où vous pouvez tout démon des grands restaurants, boutiques, bars, pharmacie, entrée aux murs de la ville ... Le célèbre bar Buza est à moins de 100 mètres de l'appartement. Vous pourrez y nager, plonger dans les falaises, cocktails .. Le vieux port est à moins de 5 minutes à pied d'où vous pouvez prendre le bateau pour l'île de Lokrum (10 minutes en bateau), croisière sur l'île aux arbres (toute la journée), St. Plage de Jacob (5 minutes en bateau), transfert vers la ville voisine de Cavtat ou vous pouvez louer un bateau et pratiquer des sports nautiques ... Appartement a un emplacement idéal pour explorer autour!

Magnifique séjour à dubrovnik

Nous avons passé un très bon Séjour à dubrovnik Cette ville est magnifique 🤩 je recommande vivement pour ceux et celle qui veulent y aller un jour Nous avons pas été gâté par la météo 😅et on en garde malgré tout un très bon souvenir Merci à Mirija pour son accueil et son appartement idéalement placé dans la vielle ville de dubrovnik Au plaisir de revenir faire les activites nautiques avec une météo plus clémente 😊

Lovely apartment in a wonderful location.

Charming apartment with all we needed right in the old town! Just a few steps from the buža bar, a great place for a drink with a view. Communications with the host were great and we had no issues.

Lovely apartment, great location!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was great, hosts were excellent! The bed was comfy and wifi worked well. As a workaround for the many stairs, we went up the stairs of shame and around to the back wall. While the amount of stairs was the same, they were much more spread out and easier to manage. Would come back anytime!

Super appartement, bien situé, excellent service de l'hôte

Superbe appartement qui est situé tout près de l'eau dans le vieux port de Dubrovnik (moins de 1 minute à pied du Buza Bar). Excellent service de l'hôte, elle a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit agréable, même de faire notre check-in plus tôt pour pas que nous devions rester dans la ville avec nos valises. L'appartement a vraiment tout ce dont on a besoin. Nous recommandons fortement!

20th anniversary trip

I cannot say enough good things about this property! It’s in the Old Town walls on a quiet street. While there are lots of steps to get up to it, it’s so worth it. It’s perfect for 2 people. The bed was comfy and it had all the amenities of home. The best part was working with Mirija! She was helpful and so gracious. We loved this place so so much!

Lovely apartment right in the Old Town

This is a lovely modern apartment right in the Old Town of Dubrovnik and a great location for visiting. The apartment is at the top of a lot of steps (and the only reason for giving the location four stars) but that is quite typical for the area and hard to avoid. The air con is great and the apartment had all we needed for a four night stay for two of us. The check in details sent by our host were really helpful too.

Fabulous

Mirija helped us with airport transportation, arranging a wonderful private history and Game of Thrones tour, as well as restaurant suggestions. She is great. The location is wonderful - very close to the Walk of Shame steps (from Game of Thrones) and just steps from the Busa Bar. Be prepared to carry your luggage up steps. But it is worth it. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Person touch! Our host could not have been more responsive, communicative or helpful! She greeted us at the gate, helped us through town, sprinkling in exciting stories and history, made suggestions for excursions and showed up around the sweet apartment. We had everything we needed - and I imagine you could easily cook up a feast, but we opted to eat all the local fare instead and never even turned on the coffee pot. Hot water for showers was plentiful, conditions were neat and tidy. Ideal for a couple, or small family , Fair price.

Great location in Old Town

This sweet little, well appointed apartment is at the top of the stairs in old town. Everything was as advertised. Clean and comfy. Nice to have a washer in the middle of our three week trip. Be sure to hire a porter to care your luggage, unless you want to carry it the whole way as using roller bag wheels is not allowed, and there are a lot of steps! We thoroughly enjoyed our private tour of Dubrovnik, as arranged by Mirija. Probably true of anyplace one would stay in old town, easy to hear folks walking by outside and easy to hear residents overhead, but nothing that kept us up at night.

We loved the host who was very informative from the outset, we loved the property, it was small but packed full of everything we needed. The only negative is the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. But overall it was clean, with coffee and toiletries included. Have we mentioned how great our host was? She is a template of how it should be done.

Brilliant small apartment

The property is close to the centre of the old city, at the top of a series of steps and close to the city walls. The host, Mirija, couldn't have been more helpful, and is a great source of information about the history of the city. Her attentiveness is fabulous, and she is a fantastic ambassador for the city. Everything that you could need for a short stay is provided in this cosy apartment - it is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable. Cant recommend highly enough!

We had a nice stay in this apartment. We had everything we needed and the host was very attentive and kept us informed of happenings inside old town. If you want to be inside the old town, this apartment is for you. It is just around the corner from the Buza Bar.

Apartment in Old Town

Mirija (property manager) communicated well. She was able to let me in a little early the day I checked in. One thing that wasn't clear was that this apartment is at almost the top of the northwest side of Old Town and is up a large number of steps. This didn't bother me, I needed the exercise, but if you do not want to climb up and down stairs you may want to stay closer to the bottom of the stairs. It turns out that I could have gotten a porter to take my suitcase up, but I had no idea the distance (apartment is up next to the city wall). I did ok, but was going to have a porter bring my bag down, which turned out to cost 3 x what I was quoted (for that I would have dragged it down myself). Apartment is small, but reasonably comfortable. A little noisy early in the evening but pretty quiet later. Check out which on the website was 11 am, turned out to be 10 am. Dubrovnik is a wonderful town, and I had a great time walking around.

We had a great introduction from Mirija to the city thru check in. She had someone to assist with bags and we loved the location in spite of the stairs. Dubrovnik is an incredible city!

The apartment was very well outfitted, updated and comfortable. It was located near the Buza bar, but was on a very quiet path. Lots of stairs, but that is a given in Dubrovnik. You are very near the Walk of Shame if you have any need for atonement. Mirija was very helpful with directions, questions, parking advice, a porter as a result of sprained ankle; watch your step. Wonderful stay in an amazing but very crowded old town.

Brilliant apartment in a fantastic location

Our stay in Mirija’s apartment was fantastic! The location was great, with everything only a short walk away. We especially enjoyed Buža bar (just round the corner) where we watched the sunset every evening and cliff jumped. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and our host Mirija was amazing, even helping us arrange airport transfer. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

The apartment is right next to city walls
and close to Buza bar. Location is peacefull. It is close by to all monuments and Old harbour and because of that is great location for tourist on holidays. Next door is one more apartment that we are renting to tourists.
