The cabin is beautiful and had all that we needed to make our stay wonderful. The back porch was breath taking with beautiful views and we will be back soon
Great location and close to downtown to enjoy the Main Street. House was perfect size for family to spread out and enjoy much needed downtime before the Christmas rush begins.
We had lots of fun in this beautiful cabin. We found the kitchen super loaded with all needed items. We grilled and got into the jacuzzi. All were working perfectly. House was an excellent choice overall.
Wonderful family reunion and vacation at the Toccoa House! Greg was very friendly and accommodating. The cabin was beautiful and very spacious. Loved the location which was close to town as well as being tucked away! River and pool was also very nice! We would definitely stay again!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was big enough so that everyone had their own area but nice to be all together. The property is great. Downtown Blue Ridge is only 10 minutes away. I would stay here again in the future.
great facility for our groups use, minimal furniture movement to set up a space for our band. right number of bedrooms and baths and an affordable price and a hot tub to boot. great scenery and close to Blue Ridge,Ga.
This was my 4th stay with Toccoa Properties and my 3rd at Toccoa House. The home and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Greg is wonderful and was very attentive and communicative. I love this property and can't wait to come back!
My family had the best time! How could we not...mountain views, river views, and a pool to relax in! There is plenty of space and lots of beds to sleep in! The owner was so easy to work with and very friendly. We'll be staying here again for sure. :)
We came during the fourth of July weekend to celebrate my dad's retirement and 70th birthday with the family. Wish we would have been able to book the house for longer. We'll be back for sure!
This cabin is great for large groups, we had 13 and never felt crowded. Plenty of space! Great location for site seeing the nearby areas. Definitely go to Old Men Brewery in downtown Blue Ridge. The cabin owner Greg was quick to answer any questions ang great to work with! Thanks for a great week!
Everything is as described and better! We had an awesome time celebrating a birthday, plenty to do in and around the gorgeous and spacious cabin! Loved the connected speaker system that played throughout the cabin, although, some seemed to be broken or not working as intended. It was clean, well stocked with towels, and kitchen supplies. We would love to stay again in the future!
This vacation was absolutely wonderful. The layout and location were perfect for us to get away from it all. The house was very accommodating as well as Captain contact with us. We were lucky enough to get some cold weather and enjoy the Log Cabin the way we wanted to. Wasn't too far away from anything so we had the peacefulness but yet we were still connected to the cities. Place was absolutely beautiful
It was a beautiful cabin, lots of room ,very comfy beds and lots to do! The only issue we had was there was dog hair all over the floor it stuck to our feet and we decorated wirh ballons and as they hit the floor dog hair got all over them. Other than this issue, we enjoyed the hot tub, and the beautiful view and the pool. I would definitely recommend this beautiful cabin for a get away!
Girlfriends for 50 years, we were dorm mates in nursing school, and it was time for a reunion! The most comfortable beds, and plenty of them. The kitchen was well stocked: 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Several different seating areas to accommodate all of us. We had a marvelous time!!
We stayed for a long weekend in April. The owners were so friendly and helpful. The cabin was breathtaking!! The cabin was spotless, organized and they had everything we needed. You get a total bang for your buck. We had 10 adults and slept comfortably with an extra bed and not all beds had 2 people. Check in and check out were a breeze and the owners flexible and always available if we needed back them. We will definitely be coming back!!
We did not know what to expect upon arriving on Christmas Eve; however, we got there and the place was AWESOME! We were not expecting it to be fully decorated fro Christmas but it was and it was beautiful! We had an awesome time and are already planning our next trip.
The home was well suited for a family of 12, everyone had their own beds and privacy of own bathroom. There was plenty of space to disappear. The dining table was magnificent as we sat and talked at breakfast and dinner. The grounds were well kept. There was plenty to do, hiking, fishing and swimming in the pool! We made memories with 3 generations of families to last a lifetime.
When I wrote to ask if cabin had a griddle for pancakes as I usually bring my own, Greg had a new one on the counter when we arrived! Thank you!
We had a wonderful time. Many things to do nearby. Zip line, white water rafting, tubing, and horseback riding. The house was perfect for our size family. The table was great for all of us for dinners and crafts. 10 adults 2 children. It was really nice having a bathroom in each bedroom. We enjoyed corn hole and sâmores at the fire pit. Greg checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay. The only thing is the river is a very steep climb. The guys wanted to fish but it was very difficult to get to. The pool was amazing and beautiful. Thanks for the great stay.
Oregonian Greg Spencer initially discovered the Blue Ridge area on a backpacking trip to the Cohutta Wilderness in the 1980âs. A short time later, enamored of the area, and the incredible recreational opportunities, Greg began to explore the potential for purchasing raw mountain land, and developing uniquely designed and hand-crafted cabins, taking full advantage of stunning views and a quarter mile of Toccoa River frontage.
Since our 17-acre property spans over 1200 feet of Toccoa River frontage and consists of a peninsula created by a horseshoe bend in the river, we are surrounded by water on three sides. We are close to town, yet secluded and private. We offer four distinct and private rental cabins. The cabins are all walking distance from each other and can be booked together, making Toccoa House Properties an ideal destination for large groups. Combined, our cabins sleep 40 (13 bedrooms, 11 full baths, 2 half baths).
The Toccoa House is our largest accommodation, with three levels and room for 14 to sleep comfortably. The Grey Heron House is our next largest cabin, sleeping 14 on three levels. The Carriage House is our mid-sized rental cabin which sleeps 6. The Riverfront Cabin sleeps 8, and The Riverside Cabin is our smallest cabin, with room for two right on the banks of the Toccoa River
