we spend here 71 days and nights during our traineeship in University La Sapienza in Rome. Landlord of this apartment created for us pleasant stay and we didnÂŽt feel here like strangers. It was really sweet home in Rome.
We choose this apartment on the basis of photos in internet page, but after arrival we were shocked!!! Reality was better, you need to see. Apartment was stylish furnished, sunny, fully equipped with every detail placed on right place. This flat breathing novelty and there are a lot of things which makes comfortable stay. There is also possible to use books, board games and computer with internet, which is common for three apartments.
It was unbelievable view at Basilica San Pietro, which is few steps from here. There are also train station, market, post, bank and church very close.
Comunication with owner was quick and without problems and everything was "perfetto" :) Landlord was regard about payment, helpful to us with any questions about traffic, possibilities to visit interesting places in Rome...
If there will be time in the future, we will choose AGAIN this Paolo and Lisa Apartment. We definitely recomend this place to everyone (also for families with children, young couples, group of friends and seniors whose need to have carefree stay).
