Immense maison entièrement rénovée avec 7 chambres et 4 salles de bains, avec piscine creusée! Cuisine en granit entièrement neuve, nouveaux planchers en bois, moulures et moulures dans toute la maison et peint professionnellement. Plan d'étage ouvert, cuisine, salle de petit-déjeuner, salle à manger et grand salon se rejoignent. Aussi belle salle familiale de taille à l'autre bout de la maison, idéale pour les enfants à jouer ou à regarder la télévision. Plus que suffisamment d’espace sur 2. 5 étages avec un grand parking. Facilement garer 7-8 voitures dans l'allée qui est un énorme avantage en pt. Agréable pendant les mois d'été. Superbe cour arrière avec piscine creusée et grill en acier inoxydable. Cette maison est immense et très très propre.
Les installations comprennent 2 télévisions, un accès Internet haut débit, une piscine creusée, une cafetière, un grille-pain, un mixeur, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes et la climatisation centrale. Situé au coeur de Point Pleasant Beach, à distance de marche de la promenade, de la plage et du centre-ville.

Great house, great location!

Stayed here for a family trip - 7 adults and 6 kids. Huge, spacious, comfortable house. Pool was clutch, the kids loved it. Walkable to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, didn’t have to move the car all week. Would recommend and stay again!

Great Stay

Overall a great stay! The only real issue was some of the rooms could use new mattresses as they had some lumps ands dips in the beds. Made it a little difficult to sleep at times. Otherwise, the house was great and it was a great stay!

Pleasant vacation in Point Pleasant Beach

A spacious house with a pool contributed to a very enjoyable week with family. Two refrigerators and a large dining area allowed for very comfortable family meals. Depending on the size of your group, you may need to bring additional silverware. The boardwalk and a major street in town were both easily walkable, with a variety of stores and restaurants accessible. A good time was had by all.

Great vacation week

We had a great vacation week at Liz’s house! The space was big enough to be comfortable for 4 families with kids. We appreciated having two refrigerators! The boardwalk and beach are a short walk away, on the more expensive side, but worth it to not have to load/unload kids and gear in the car for activities. Our kids loved the rides, mini golf, and aquarium. The pool was a must have for us and was enjoyed by all. The boardwalk has fireworks on Thursday nights, visible from the house (backyard is the best view). Liz was a great host, responsive and helpful.

Perfect Family Beach House

The house is exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, spacious, well furnished and equipped. Our family of 3 generations were more than comfortable. The location is amazing for walks to the beach/boardwalk and into town. The ample parking and backyard with pool made a beach vacation stress free. The perk of watching the fireworks from the backyard was an added bonus. Liz is very accommodating, responsive, and a pleasure to work with from booking to check-out. We definitely will rent again.

Great Jersey Shore Property for Extended Family Visit

My family, including my parents, and my sister’s family, have been renting houses together each summer on the shore for 9 years now. This was our first time in Point Pleasant. The house was perfect for our extended family - more spacious than most other rentals we’ve had, and the pool was a game changer for the kids and gave us such great options each day. The proximity to the beach was great. Liz and her husband were a pleasure to interact with - extremely responsive, communicative, and receptive to feedback. Highly recommend!

Great place for extended family vacation

This is a great house; plenty of space. Very convenient. The pool is wonderful, and was clean on arrival (as was the rest of the house) There's a pavilion across the street that had a concert one night, and we could enjoy it from the front deck, as well as see the weekly fireworks from the deck, for those of us with infant children. Jenkinson's beach has alot to offer. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking stuff. It would be nice to have a better blender. The number of queen size beds make it really nice for all sizes. We had 10 adults and 5 children and we were very comfortable. The owners were very responsive. We plan to rebook next year

Family Vacation

Great week! The house is exactly how it is described online. We have a large family and there was plenty of room for everyone. Two refrigerators was a huge bonus with such a large group. A few (minor) items would make it perfect: garbage cans in each bedroom, additional tables for back patio (only seating for 6), kitchen items (pots, pans, serving dishes/platters) could be more organized (perhaps labeling cabinets?). As stated in previous reviews, the beach is very strict. Lifeguards blow whistles at 5:20 pm and pull everyone out of the water, followed by lifeguards on four-wheelers to ensure people don't go back in, which is extremely early and quite a disappointment. Not being permitted on the beach after 7 is also a negative of PPB. Overall, the house is a yes, but the beach is a no.

Unsanitary/Ant Infested House

If you don’t want to live with ants and have ants on all of your food and baby formula, toys and food containers, look elsewhere. Ants were constantly all over the first floor, Kitchen, living room, dining table, sofa, our BABY FORMULA !!!!!!, toys and food containers and baby bottles, silverware. We reported to the owner and she brought her husband with a generic bug spray. They mentioned that they never had ant problems before, however we all know this is not true. Ants are infested within THE WHOLE ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR! We messaged the owner again and no one showed up. We were constantly cleaning and the ants were getting worse and worse. We have two 2 year olds and and two babies. This is so not a desirable condition to live with for 6 days. We messaged the owner to get some credit due to how bad the ant problem was, unfortunately Liz said that “ants are out of my control.” I Would not recommend anyone to stay here. It was a very unsanitary home especially for babies. If we could upload the pictures and videos to proove our point we would.

Great house for large gatherings

We had a really great time here! The house is exactly as advertised. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the communal areas are open and perfect for big group dinners and family games. Liz was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly if needed. We had a minor issue with a doorknob and they came over right away and replaced it. The pool was awesome and the whole family (ages 1 year-75) enjoyed swimming and playing games before and after beach time. The location to the boardwalk was nice because we were able to walk to the amusement park easily without worrying about parking and on Thursday night we were able to see the fireworks right from the front yard. One thing of note, do your research on Jenkinson’s Beach, the closest beach that’s off the boardwalk. We knew the basic rules and beach fees in advance (not cheap and children over five are also charged ) but we found the cooler (and stroller!) checks to be a bit aggressive and left us feeling a bit disappointed. We understand there has been a great deal of trash left behind in recent years and trouble with alcohol and that is why these rules are in place but again, it felt a bit invasive. There are also rules against boogie boarding in this area which was disappointing for our kids. We ended up going to the Manasquan local beach for our best beach days and that’s just a short drive from the house.The fees are cheaper and it’s a more laid back vibe in general. The beach there is great for swimming and boogie boarding and there’s a surfing beach one lifeguard stand over which was great for our family. Just including this info because it would have been helpful for our family. We had a really special, memorable time for our family reunion!

Large House and excellent location!

Great for families with toddlers and children. Pool is an added bonus and house is a short walk to beach and boardwalk. Also, there is a playground about 7 minute walk away. Plenty of parking in driveway and downstairs living room/kitchen is very spacious and great for multiple families to relax, eat and hang out together! Liz was very responsive and wonderful to book with. Highly recommend!

Perfect for families

The house is very big with lots of room for everyone to spread out. Great location. Close to downtown and the beach. There are a lot of stairs as the bedrooms are spread across 3 floors. Be prepared for a workout. We had 4 kids in the top floor bedroom and the adults were all on the second floor. Kitchen is large and has just about everything you would need. There are 2 refrigerators so plenty of room to stock with beer. We had some issues with the ice dispenser but could have been user error. The previous guests left the house a mess but Liz was very responsive at getting everything taken care of quickly. We would stay here again and recommend the property to others as well.

Our family and friends had a great time at Liz’s house. The house was consistent with the pictures and description. The beach and boardwalk are a short walk away and the pool was a fantastic place to enjoy the hot days!

2021 Friends Trip

Our 2020 friends trip to Costa Rica was canceled due to COVID so we decided to book local. What a fabulous time we had in Point Pleasant. This how was perfect in every way. Spacious, clean, the pool and the location were spot on. Liz was a wonderful host and responded to inquires quickly. We loved this house so much on the second day there we booked the same week for next year. We can't wait!!!
