SAN65 - Fully renovated custom home has no detail overlooked! Brand new everything for Summer 2024 including a new private pool going in! Very sought after North end location close to the beach & boardwalk but also Inlet area fishing & dining, local hotspots & night life - with plenty of parking available too... With 6 bedrooms & 3 full baths we have one of the best options for your larger family groups with this home sleeping up to 14! Pets also considered so this is a rental for everyone... Its not too late to secure an amazing beach vacation!
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
