Family Friendly Home Lac avant avec Amazing Views

Belle maison familiale sympathique avec une promenade facile vers le lac! L'étage principal a un plan d'étage ouvert merveilleux avec une grande cuisine, salon et salle à manger. La chambre principale a un lit king et salle de bain complète ci-joint. La 2ème chambre a également un lit king-size et la 3ème chambre dispose de 2 ensembles de lits superposés pour un total de 4 lits jumeaux. Le salon ouvre sur une immense véranda avec un lit queen, et la véranda ouvre sur une grande terrasse avec un barbecue à gaz et une vue imprenable sur le lac!
Descendez les escaliers au sous-sol partiellement fini et trouver une table de ping-pong et 2 autres chambres avec lits doubles et une salle de bains.
Sortez de la maison sur la grande cour herbeuse parfait pour les jeux de pelouse, puis la tête à travers la clôture du lac!
Nous avons en pente douce accès au lac, parfait pour les jeunes enfants ou les chiens à jouer dans l'eau peu profonde. Ou vous pouvez cannonball l'extrémité du quai dans 20 pi d'eau. Il y a un espace disponible sur la rive du lac pour construire vos propres feu et griller des guimauves et se connecter avec la nature. Nous avons un quai de bateau 2 de glissement, une qui abrite notre bateau, le second est parfait pour le vôtre.
Nous avons une variété d'articles pour bébés disponibles pour vous d'utiliser, si nécessaire.
Nous sommes situés dans Martin, Ga. 45 minutes de Clemson en bateau, à 55 minutes en voiture.

Nice location on the water

The dock/water area is very nice. The yard is fenced in which makes it nice for pets as well.

Enjoyed our stay, it was just what we were looking for. There was lots of space inside, in the basement and on the porch including the spacious sunroom with a queen size bed. No shortage of sleeping space. Plenty of parking and a nice boat dock.

Get-away Thanksgiving

My family loved the convenience of meeting in a central location for our Thanksgiving festivities. A beautiful setting with tons of space, enormous kitchen and loads of beds.

Absolutely loved our stay ! The home is beautiful and plenty big enough for our big family. There was nothing about the home we didn’t love. It is an older home , but we loved it anyway. The children loved sitting on the dock fishing, even though they didn’t catch anything, it was really just the experience that made it such fun for them. Will definitely be back ! Thank you Matt for a wonderful experience.

The host was what stood out the most! Matt was so communicative, helpful, and kind! We absolutely loved staying here because of him! We even ended up forgetting a couple things and Matt helped arrange us getting the items back! The lake is another thing that really made the experience for us. It was so beautiful and was our dogs’s first experience in water!! It was an overall wonderful time for both us and our dogs. If you want to stay at a lake house, this is 100% the place to stay!!!

This is the second year we have stayed at this property. Our family drifts in and out, some spending the day, others spending the night. Plenty of room, excellent lake front property. Excellent accommodations.

Great Lake House

Beautiful house with great view of and access to the lake. The kids (and adults) loved the kayaks and floats. Basement was a tad musty, which the little kids didn’t love, but the teenagers were fine with it.

We rented this home for my dad’s 80th birthday and it was perfect plenty of space and very open. The house had everything we needed plus more. The weekend was calling for rain which would had been fine cause there was plenty of room and sitting area for family. We just got lucky and had beautiful weather during the day and was able to hangout on the dock and swim. We definitely will be going back soon

The best getaway !

This is a wonderful property to stay at ! Beautiful location , so spacious and plenty of room and seats so the whole family can eat together , watch tv together and enjoy sitting on the porch together ! Lots of funny things available there to e joy such as a ping pong table , kayaks and games . The host was wonderful and easy to reach if needed and always responded quickly . We will definetly be back !

Nothing like lake life.

No complaints at all. It was so nice to have a completely fenced in yard, open the door and let my dog run and play. Plenty of room on the inside for my family to spread out and relax without being on top of one another. Will definitely go back!

Had a great time

We had a wonderful time at your home. The view is outstanding. The boat dock was great. We rented a pontoon boat and loved that we were able to keep it at the house. The owners are wonderful had a small problem when we first got there and they took care of it immediately. Thank you for that. The house was plenty big enough for all of us. Loved the big island. Hopefully we will be back soon.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME

This is the third or fourth year of renting houses on Lake Hartwell. Our entire family agrees this is the best facility we have ever rented. The pictures in the description do not do justice to this property. We were only there for three days but all family members wished it had been for a week. Sunrise and sunset on the sun deck or lounging at waters edge on the dock just unforgettable. Could easily recommend this property to ANYONE.

Our group of 8 family women stayed here for several days, and we enjoyed a good many things about this property. The inside of the home was nice and clean, except under beds and some other furniture. The upstairs area is great, well air-conditioned and comfortable, with plenty of seating and space for our group, and a great TV with lots of streaming chooices. The kitchen was large and easy to cook and move around in. The two main bedrooms upstairs had comfortable beds, but the bunk beds room was too warm (at least in summer heat) to be used by us, but since the bunkbeds themselves were fairly unstable, we couldn't have slept on them anyway. I think only small children would be OK to use those. The downstairs is a somewhat unfinished basement, with two bare-bones bedrooms and two twin beds out in the open space, which it is hard to see much about in the limited photos of the home. Those beds were not particularly comfortable, and it was very cold down there, with not even one blanket to be found in the house. The place where this house is on the lake is wonderful, though, with a nice (though not flat or well-maintained) fenced-in backyard and a very pretty view of the cove. If you have a fairly large group or family, and the main things that are important to you are time spent together in the dining and living area, or being in and around the water, then this might be a great place for you to rent. The host is responsive and willing to help.

Perfect property for family vacation!

When I was younger, my grandparents planned a family vacation to the lake every year. This property brought back so many good memories and we created many more this week. The yard, house, deck and dock were perfect for 8 adults, 3 kids and two dogs. Plenty of space for the group or some alone time. We were a quick kayak trip to Jumping Rock. The two bedrooms in the basement were being remodeled, but perfectly usable for my sons. The wifi was as described and we are heavy technology users. All in all it was a fantastic trip!

Big lake house

This is an amazing property. The yard is almost a full acre and fenced all the way around, so you don't have to worry about your dogs. The house is large - so large we didn't even use the 2 bedrooms and bathroom in the basement. Large kitchen and open living area. Sunroom all across the back of the house - with a bed in it. Plus a deck outside of it. Nice lake access. Weather wasn't conducive to use enjoying the dock or water too much, and the lake is very high due to all the rain lately that part of the gangway was under water. Will definitely stay here again when the weather is warmer!

Lake Hartwell vacation

Was not happy with the cleanliness of the downstairs. Swept the whole downstairs when I got there. The was black mold in the downstairs bedroom and one whole wall in the storage room had black mold in it. Treated the bedroom wall with bleach. Other than that it was great. Nice fenced yard for the dogs, a nice dock, ping pong table and water stuff. We had a good time but the mold worried me.

At first glance the property is great, but as I explored the house I found the cleanliness and upkeep a little lacking. There is mold in the ceiling in the basement, a heap of dirt behind the boat float, hair in the bathroom drawers and on the floor and tub. Some of the blankets needed to be washed before use. Bedroom with bunkbeds was too stuffy, could not turn on the ceiling fan. Bar stool seats are not secured to the frame, the vent register in the kitchen is not secured, there is a hole in the wall behind the front door and a broken siding outside under the porch.
