Main floor has everything you need including the living room, kitchen, dining, primary King bedroom with ensuite and laundry room. Head upstairs for the additional two bedrooms. First bedroom upstairs has another King, twin, and trundle twin. Second upstairs bedroom as two twins with two trundles.

WATER LEVELS
As of March 20, 2025 we have 5.5 feet of water at our dock which is plenty to launch your kayak, dock your boat, or just sit beside and toss in a line!

Our path is 285' long and is a very gentle walk to the water

OCCUPANCY PRICING:
Note pricing is based on occupancy. We like to offer the property to smaller groups at a lower rate than larger groups. As long as the number of guests is accurate your price will be accurate. Let us know if the number of guests changes as we can make the alteration

CHECK OUT: 10AM

CLEANING:
We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in.

LATE CHECK IN (after 8PM):
May be possible, but please let us know in advance to ensure we can accommodate / offer additional support

LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY:
Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.
