Belle maison familiale sympathique avec une promenade facile vers le lac! L'étage principal a un plan d'étage ouvert merveilleux avec une grande cuisine, salon et salle à manger. La chambre principale a un lit king et salle de bain complète ci-joint. La 2ème chambre a également un lit king-size et la 3ème chambre dispose de 2 ensembles de lits superposés pour un total de 4 lits jumeaux. Le salon ouvre sur une immense véranda avec un lit queen, et la véranda ouvre sur une grande terrasse avec un barbecue à gaz et une vue imprenable sur le lac!
Descendez les escaliers au sous-sol partiellement fini et trouver une table de ping-pong et 2 autres chambres avec lits doubles et une salle de bains.
Sortez de la maison sur la grande cour herbeuse parfait pour les jeux de pelouse, puis la tête à travers la clôture du lac!
Nous avons en pente douce accès au lac, parfait pour les jeunes enfants ou les chiens à jouer dans l'eau peu profonde. Ou vous pouvez cannonball l'extrémité du quai dans 20 pi d'eau. Il y a un espace disponible sur la rive du lac pour construire vos propres feu et griller des guimauves et se connecter avec la nature. Nous avons un quai de bateau 2 de glissement, une qui abrite notre bateau, le second est parfait pour le vôtre.
Nous avons une variété d'articles pour bébés disponibles pour vous d'utiliser, si nécessaire.
Nous sommes situés dans Martin, Ga. 45 minutes de Clemson en bateau, à 55 minutes en voiture.

The dock/water area is very nice. The yard is fenced in which makes it nice for pets as well.

Get-away Thanksgiving

My family loved the convenience of meeting in a central location for our Thanksgiving festivities. A beautiful setting with tons of space, enormous kitchen and loads of beds.

Great Lake House

Beautiful house with great view of and access to the lake. The kids (and adults) loved the kayaks and floats. Basement was a tad musty, which the little kids didn’t love, but the teenagers were fine with it.

We enjoyed the home...plenty of room for everyone. The house could have been cleaned a little more and spiderwebs/cobwebs in every room. Was a nice place for our family vacation.

SPECIAL PLACE

This is the second year we have stayed at this property. Our family drifts in and out, some spending the day, others spending the night. Plenty of room, excellent lake front property. Excellent accommodations.

The best getaway !

This is a wonderful property to stay at ! Beautiful location , so spacious and plenty of room and seats so the whole family can eat together , watch tv together and enjoy sitting on the porch together ! Lots of funny things available there to e joy such as a ping pong table , kayaks and games . The host was wonderful and easy to reach if needed and always responded quickly . We will definetly be back !

It was breathtaking! The is very nice, open home with lots of space. Our last daughter was graduating from Emmanuel College. The lake is beautiful in the day time and at night. We will be back!!

Had a great time

We had a wonderful time at your home. The view is outstanding. The boat dock was great. We rented a pontoon boat and loved that we were able to keep it at the house. The owners are wonderful had a small problem when we first got there and they took care of it immediately. Thank you for that. The house was plenty big enough for all of us. Loved the big island. Hopefully we will be back soon.

Nothing like lake life.

No complaints at all. It was so nice to have a completely fenced in yard, open the door and let my dog run and play. Plenty of room on the inside for my family to spread out and relax without being on top of one another. Will definitely go back!

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME

This is the third or fourth year of renting houses on Lake Hartwell. Our entire family agrees this is the best facility we have ever rented. The pictures in the description do not do justice to this property. We were only there for three days but all family members wished it had been for a week. Sunrise and sunset on the sun deck or lounging at waters edge on the dock just unforgettable. Could easily recommend this property to ANYONE.

Lake Hartwell vacation

Was not happy with the cleanliness of the downstairs. Swept the whole downstairs when I got there. The was black mold in the downstairs bedroom and one whole wall in the storage room had black mold in it. Treated the bedroom wall with bleach. Other than that it was great. Nice fenced yard for the dogs, a nice dock, ping pong table and water stuff. We had a good time but the mold worried me.

Big lake house

This is an amazing property. The yard is almost a full acre and fenced all the way around, so you don't have to worry about your dogs. The house is large - so large we didn't even use the 2 bedrooms and bathroom in the basement. Large kitchen and open living area. Sunroom all across the back of the house - with a bed in it. Plus a deck outside of it. Nice lake access. Weather wasn't conducive to use enjoying the dock or water too much, and the lake is very high due to all the rain lately that part of the gangway was under water. Will definitely stay here again when the weather is warmer!

Family vacation

The place was plenty big enough for a family of 12. There was separation for sleeping and enough room for all of us to hang out. Some of the electrical outlets did not work and there was mildew in the downstairs shower and refrigerator.

Beautiful property on the water

Bathrooms were mostly clean, bed linens were clean and all the appliances worked great. The host was responsive when we had communication issues and it was wonderful to be able to use the boat slip. There was also many essentials supplied like detergent, hand soap, laundry soap, paper towels and zip locks. As others have said - the home is mostly outdated and needs to be deep cleaned and painted - while it is a house in the woods and you expect to see a few uninvited guests or things a bit run down - I believe it could have been better. It was more like a cabin rental than anything else, but we certainly enjoyed the water, view and the water toys supplied by the homeowner. Understandably, it is hard to maintain a home of this size and we were blessed to be able to stay there.

Lake Hartwell

Beautiful property. Some minor things needed attention but nothing to interfere with our stay. We had a toddler and there were no baby gates to block stairs but we put chairs to block and rubber bands on cabinet doors. He loved the space. I don't know how many laps he did around the den through the kitchen. Nice quiet area. Easy trip into to Lavonia, Clemson and Toccoa.

Lake house getaway

Overall great time. Lake is beautiful and house sits right on it! Dock was a good size to sit on all day and had extra slip to bring a boat. Had paddle boards, kayak and canoe to use. House was spacious with lots of beds and rooms. Plenty of seating for large families to eat and play games. The only drawback to this property was the overall lack of maintenance, mainly on the exterior (but also some interior) . Looks like it hasn’t been power washed in years, gutters full of leaves etc. and interiorly not a lot of kitchen dishes/pans/storage containers. For a house capable of hosting 10-15 people, only 8 plates/bowls and one small set of pots/pans. Overall it’s a great property and we had a blast but we just kept noticing how truly amazing this house could be with some TLC.

Great rental

Most enjoyable lake rental home. Family enjoyed the view , dock fishing, games on lake front, fenced in lawn. Owner was quick to respond to our messages. Plenty of parking space. Would rent again.
