What a great place to stay!

This place is the quintessential beach house. Bright, cheery and very comfy. It was the perfect place to relax at for the week. And it’s very close to the beach!

Greet weeklong beach trip with husband and 2 toddlers

We loved everything about our stay. Great location, beautiful condo. We stayed a week with our 2 and 4 year olds. We hope to return!

My husband and I along with our two young children had a wonderful stay over the Labor Day weekend. Everything was as pictured, if not better! We would love to come back!

Clean, beautiful home

Beautifully decorated home exceeded all our expectations. Nice close walking distance to the beach and local park and shops. Owners were very responsive to questions I had and we can’t wait to come back next year. Great place to make family memories.

Peefect OCNJ getaway

This property is in a perfect location to the beach, park, ice cream, wawa and acme. Its clean and beautifully decorated. The outdoor shower with detachable spray nozzle was super convenient. Our family really enjoyed our time!

As advertised

Great stay in a great location. Short walk to the beach and a short drive away from boardwalk and downtown, which is my preference. All the amenities and accommodations just as described, and the communication with the owner was excellent from beginning to end. If I had one quibble, it's being asked to vacuum/sweep upon check-out, but since I keep things clean anyway wasn't a big chore.

Overall it was a nice place . Decorated nicely , layout good , clean . Check in and out easy . Our only complaint was the knives were very dull, when we were trying to prep meals . So only minor complaint

We had a lovely time - Sharon was a wonderful host. Great well kept property. Look no further. Would definitely rent again. Pros: The property was well kept, spacious living room and dining room table, great outdoor shower that even had warm water, kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were lovely - the kids loved the mermaid bedroom. The house felt very warm and inviting. It is clearly well cared for. Beach buggy/wagon available. Beach chairs. Close proximity to the beach. Central air worked very well and didn't need to be cranked, also was very quiet. Must try lobster rolls around the corner at Sandwich bar. Churn House right up the street. Johnny B Good for ice lattes.Cons: - S&P, no other cooking spices (just leaving as a packing reminder for future renters who like to cook ;-) )-Beds were very firm and pillows were very flat, but that didn't bother us much. - Porch has no reclining chairs/lounge chairs. Just a small cafe table and chairs (there were lots of chairs, though). Just made it hard for everyone to enjoy being outside together for long periods of time. There wasn't a good pic of the porch furniture, if I would have known, we probably would have packed a comfortable blanket for the kids to be outside or a folding table perhaps.

Perfect for the family

This is our second trip to this property and plan on making it a tradition. It is clean and updated and has all the amenities you need for a week at the beach. The owners are quick to respond with any questions. The best is the proximity to 32nd beach. You can walk to and fro without having to worry about parking. Also you are not located downtown by all the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. Great find!!!!

Stay here!

I randomly found this property on VRBO and was so happy I did. The location is perfect, just far enough from the hustle and bustle but if you wanted to go to the boardwalk or shop on asbury it is not too far and having the beach 2-3 minutes away was even better. The kitchen was well quipped, enough space for everyone and loved sitting on the back balcony during sunset. If you aren’t sure what property to pick I would highly recommend this location. Sharon/Frank were very responsive. Hope to rent from them again!

Simply Amazing

We have stayed at a place in the "teens" for years; however, as the kids have gotten older we outgrew that place. We came upon this listing and it did not disappoint! We wanted not only a bigger place but to be a bit more away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. The beach is an easy walk and very big, there are pastry, dinner, and dessert options all within walking distance. The house itself it very well taken care of, very clean, and with lots of room to spread out but still be together. And the master has a king size bed! The owners are super easy to communicate with and make getting in and out a breeze. We are looking forward to coming back every summer for years to come!

Family Time

The property was well maintained and had everything we needed. With a 2 year old and a 5 year old, it was good to be able to walk to the beach (1 and 1/2 blocks) and to the 34th St. playground. Lots of ice cream available tin the neighborhood.

Perfect Place

Such a beautiful house in the best location. Everything we needed to hang out and relax either there or a just short walk to the beach. The kitchen and living area was great for cooking dinners, games and late night movies. All the bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable - and the "kids'" rooms super cute! We loved that we could walk to stores, the playground, restaurants and maybe even the best ice-cream place EVER. Thanks we had a blast!

Perfect location and had everything we needed!

This house is perfectly situated to take advantage of everything OCNJ has to offer. We went with our two young kids and found we could walk or bike to just about anything. Donuts, pizza, ice cream, playgrounds and the beach all walkable. We plan on making a return visit!!

Beautiful House

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. House is absolutely gorgeous, on a beautiful street. Short walk to the beach. A few restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops all within walking distance. Would love to stay again.
