Belle villa avec piscine privée située à Pollensa, Majorque, dans la campagne, mais à distance de marche de la ville. Il a un parking, une belle piscine avec des hamacs et une terrasse couverte qui mène à la propriété. A l'intérieur, nous trouvons un beau salon avec cheminée et une belle cuisine sur la droite. Sur la gauche, nous trouvons une salle de bain, une porte ouverte sur la terrasse latérale, où il y a une table de ping-pong, et des escaliers menant au premier étage, où se trouvent une salle de bain et deux chambres. Un bel endroit pour se détendre et profiter de la ville en même temps.

We enjoyed to stay in this very nice house

We enjoyed to stay in this very nice house situated in the outskirts of Pollença. We had walking distance to the centre of the town, where there were many nice restaurants. We loved the garden with the pool and beautiful surroundings. A great place to stay if you want to discover the northern part of Mallorca as it was close to many nice places to visit in the north west part of the island.

Nice garden and pool. Easy stroll into Pollenca town where there are lots of restaurants and a huge Sunday market. Good air con in lounge and bedrooms, comfy beds and WiFi. Good communication from Pep and the team. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for families

A perfect house for a family of four. Great pool lovely shaded area to eat out. Close enough to Pollença and Port Pollença. Would definitely return. Excellent local restaurant tips too. All in all a fabulous stay. Thank you.

The environment is lively

Well equipped modern kitchen, wonderful pool, good beds. Received good tips for excellent restaurants in Pollenca and Port Pollenca. Recommend to follow the tips, when we diden’t we were disapointed.

Paradise within reach of all

This villa is really beautiful 😊 😊 😊 with enough space for the whole family, it was the perfect place to enjoy together, whether by the pool, on the terraceexploring the surroundings. I also find that it is only a few minutes from the town and beaches, yet secluded enough to enjoy the peace and natural beauty of Mallorca, it is the perfect retreat to unwind and recharge your batteries. Small but well located property with lovely garden

The property acted as a great base for our time in Pollenca perfectly located between the old town and port which we really like. It was very clean and had all we needed. The garden and pool are absolutely lovely which we really enjoyed - and the girls loved making fresh lemonade from the lemon tree! Only comment I would have is that there needs some more mirrors in the main bedroom and the kitchen could do with more glasses. Overall a nice place to have as a base to explore the area.

We enjoyed a lovely week here over Easter

We enjoyed a lovely week here over Easter. The house is nice and a reasonable size for our family of four. The outside area is lovely with orange/lemon trees and some friendly neighbourhood hens and rooster! The pool was clean although cold in April as you'd expect (we got in anyway!) Location is great, a short walk to the old town with lots of nice restaurants, easy access to supermarket. Great safe cycling all around. We found the house a bit cold, especially at night, but the owners responded very quickly when we mentioned it and left extra blankets over. Communication was very good throughout.

Relax with my family

This place was such a lovely retreat. After weeks on the road for work my family and I used this finca to relax and recharge. The grounds are just beautiful with the pool and fruit trees. It's an easy walk to a grocery store. The town isn't too faraway either. The kitchen wasn't fancy, but it hand enough for us to cook a few meals. Our hosts were flexible and allowed self check in which saved us from being rushed to meet a deadline, and they provided some nice recommendations. The air conditioners in the bedroom were enough to make sleeping comfortable even in the heat of summer. The wifi was very good. We would absolutely stay here again.

The finca is absolutely beautiful

The finca is absolutely beautiful, good air con in the bedrooms and everything was very clean and tidy! Pool was amazing but a touch on the cold side in October, I'm sure it's perfect in Summer months. Privacy is great, gates to close behind us and get complete privacy from the road. Eroski and Lidl nearby, perfect for shopping. Communication was great through the whole stay and information on hand for local amenities etc.. I dropped a 4* for location, only to note it ideally needs a car to access. We had a car and I used Vanrell as it was cheap and no deposit hassle. We will be returning again and again no doubt. Definately one of the finer options in Pollenca!

a fantastic stay thanks to the pool and the garden

We (a family of 4, children aged 4 and 6) enjoyed our stay at Villa Palmera a lot. The most fantastic features were the clean pool with comfy beach chairs, the well-maintained and big garden with flowers in bloom and lemon trees, table tennis, barbecue and in general a very nice atmosphere. The interior of the house was sufficient with enough fresh and clean sheets/linen, comfy beds en a good shower. The kitchen is sufficient but not luxurious. The house is small - it is for an outdoor holidays, there is no space to spend longer days inside. Tip: Pasteleria Can Xim in Carrer de la Mar, providing fresh delicious breakfast croissants and pastries only 10 minutes walk away.

Family stay

Stayed August 2024 with family. Pros: Pool was lovely. Well maintained garden. Good sun loungers. Good shade on the terrace during heatwave. Lovely view of the mountains. Very easy access to Pollenca old town and port pollenca. Nice bottle of red wine and some water in the welcome pack. Thank you. Cons: Slightly tired accommodation, needs a bit of TLC and modernisation inside (there is a new downstairs shower room which was nice). Noisy air con in bedrooms. Noisy water pump right below master bedroom which kept us awake, did flag this but nothing was dealt with. Very noisy dog next door for a couple of nights barking solidly for a few hrs 2-4am ish which kept us awake (this was reported and I think dealt with as dog was a lot quieter afterwards, however other reviews have mentioned this dog and selfish neighbour as well). Could do with more tools for the BBQ, had to use kitchen utensils. Living room couch needs leg replacing, currently it’s on an angle. One of the pins in the 3 hinges on the front door fell out on our last day, managed to get it back in but this needs addressing. Bottom dishwasher tray doesn’t fit in the dishwasher properly when half full of dishes so need to run it with just a few items. Could have done with some dish washing fluid. Overall: Even with a few shortcomings we still had a nice stay at this villa. Just feels like it could be a fabulous place once these issues have been fully addressed.

Tolle Lage

Die Finca liegt wunderbar ruhig mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt von Pollenca. Die Finca selbst ist einfach eingerichtet, der Außenbereich ist sehr schön.

Gemütliche und elegante Atmosphäre

Wir nahmen einen Urlaub in der Nebensaison, um die Ruhe der Insel zu genießen, Wir fanden die Villa La Palmera, ausgestattet mit einem schönen Pool und eine Terrasse, die ideal für Mahlzeiten im Freien war, und alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten.
