The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s so nice and comfortable. The patio garden area was beautiful and the view was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place with amazing view

Perfect place to stay had everything we needed and beautiful view. The owner Brad is great and can’t wait to stay here again.Kitchen had everything we needed including Keurig(best coffee), ice maker and water. Laundry is on site with detergent. It is so peaceful here with a great view of the water. About 3-5 minute drive to the water. Close to supermarket.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location and view were perfect in a quiet neighborhood. The unit was very clean. And the view of the lake was amazing! Thank for an enjoyable vacation.

Absolutely wonderful, coming back!

The house was wonderful, AC kept it perfect temp during the hot days. The owner is so friendly and helpful. We had such a great stay, the view is beautiful and the grounds are gorgeous. We plan to come back again!

Great location, view, & boat trailer parking!

Enjoyed our four night stay. Clean, well stocked, and great view of the lake. Owner/host Brad was on site and assisted with everything we needed. He even helped navigate the boat launch and mooring at the local marina. We will definitely be back next year!

Much needed time away!

We’re home now, but already missing this wonderful place! Our week in this home away from home was amazing from start to finish. Brad was great; helpful, engaging and wanted to do anything he could to make our stay memorable. Staying in a clean home is important to us, especially in these days of COVID, and i don’t think we’ve stayed in a place cleaner than this one! We brought a small fishing boat with us and were so happy to have plenty of room to park it each afternoon. The view from the patio is spectacular! Not only of the lake, but there are beautiful flowers everywhere...it was magical. Brad’s generosity extended to even sharing some Kokanee and smoked ribs! Seriously, when does that EVER happen? We will be recommending this place to all our friends. Thanks, Brad, for making this week so great for us!

Quiet lake view

My wife and I (and our dogs) have never been to Lake Chelan or Manson. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a good fit for us. It was quiet w/a nice view of the lake. It reminded me of growing up on a lake property, the lights around the lake at night for example. The property is not on the lake, but sits on the slopes above it, about a half-mile from downtown Manson. It did not hurt that the weather was perfect. The rental was clean, the small yard lakeside was well taken care of with flowers all around. Brad (property owner) provided nice touch with a bottle of wine and fresh flowers (It was our anniversary). Brad provided an extra leash anchor, which was helpful. Our dogs were instantly comfortable with the place, which (believe me) is a rarity. Probably because they wanted to play with Brad's dogs. Brad, you were awesomely tolerant. Abby and Indiana had such a great time! One glitch was the Wi-Fi didn't really work. My wife paid a visit to Brad, who ran out and purchased a range extender, which my wife set up. (she had fun with that!) That Wi-Fi is the best in the neighborhood now I'd bet, ha! Our favorite place was to go to Chelan (only 15 min down the road) and take the dogs around the river walk park. Chelan and Manson are probably more for water activity lovers, boating, sailing, fishing, etc. which we are not, but we had no expectations going in. The landscape and countryside is beautiful. Lots of places to go for drives, enjoy the scenery, etc. There are many local wineries. I would say the one thing about Manson/Chelan that we noticed is that it didn't seem particularly "dog-friendly". If you are familiar with Leavenworth, there is no comparison. I can provide examples of dogs not being allowed in some city or community parks (not even on leash). Again, this is not a property issue, just something that people might want to be aware of. This would not dissuade us from returning at some point in the future should our path lead us in that direction. Brad, we thank you. You were awesome. We had a great stay.

Location is a couple minutes from downtown Manson. House was clean, nicely decorated, great layout and had everything you would need. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Even a full size barbecue with a great view of the lake. Host communicated about check in process, making sure I had everything for my stay and the check out process. Will stay here again for sure.

Excellent Place To Stay

Great place to stay! Property was immaculate, clean, beautiful view and landscape. Interior was impressively upgraded, amenities well supplied, great layout. Quiet area, close to the main street for activities. Brad is great, handles everything himself and wants to make sure he takes care of you!! Very accommodating ....He's honestly the best! Highly recommend this place and will definitely try to book again (if ya'll don't book it before us)Left some items there and he was gracious enough to mail it back...don't find that too often.

Peaceful beautiful views

Had a wonderful stay. View from the porch was absolutely beautiful. Everything was within close driving distance. Very clean and we could tell the owner is on top of things. We encountered an issue with the grill and he came right over (lives next door) helped us out right away. 5/5 experience.

Wonderful weekend

Went to Chelan for a wedding. Brad was overly cordial with his communications. Couldn’t have had a cleaner, nicer place to stay. He says it is on the lower end but it is a fantastic unit and landing at a price that should be higher! One note is that there are multiple units side by side and one doesn’t have a view, the other 2 do. In any case, yard is well taken care of and there’s are BBQs for use. We will be back!

Brad is an excellent host-- communicative, kind, and very accommodating. His property is absolutely perfect because it's immaculate, in a quiet area, and is close to downtown Manson/Chelan. There is definitely pride in ownership and he truly wants his guests to enjoy their stay. We recommend this property without hesitation.
