Appartement moderne au premier étage d'un immeuble situé à 200 m du château de Santa Barbara, à 300 m du marché et des arènes, à 500 m du centre historique. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville d'Alicante à pied pendant la journée (shopping, culture, histoire ...) et la nuit (bars et restaurants). À seulement 10/15 minutes à pied, nous pouvons profiter du port d'Alicante et de Playa del Postiguet. À 300m, il y a de bonnes liaisons avec l'aéroport (bus, ligne C6) et le TRAM, pour visiter différents endroits sur la côte (Playa San Juan, Benidorm ...) Le stationnement est gratuit dans les rues autour du bâtiment, selon les horaires.

L'appartement dispose d'une terrasse ensoleillée avec des tabourets, pour se détendre avec un verre de vin. Il se compose d'une chambre de style romantique avec un lit double de 150x200 avec un matelas de haute qualité et une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Lovely time in Alicante

The property was even better than seen in the photos online.The location was excellent, close to everything in the city, but quieter than being in the tourist centre, with an excellent bus service to go farther afield. Host was great.j

Our host Jess was the best host we have ever had. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay. Jess provided us with great information about the city. He also provided us with valuable information about catastrophic events that were happening at our next destination. The area around the apartment had everything close by. It was easy to walk to all of the areas in the city. If I could give a higher rating I would.

Excellent stay in Alicante!

The stay in Alicante was amazing! The apartment was in a perfect location. Jessy was a great host. He greeted us upon arrival, was available for any questions we had, and checked in to be sure we were doing ok. He checked us out and even helped us book a taxi to the airport. We would stay here again!

Great apartment & Great hosting

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, a perfect base to explore Alicante and its surroundings from. Jessy was a really great host with fantastic communication. During check-in he really took great care in showing the apartment and how to use everything. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Only short walking distance to many great bars and restaurants.

My trip to Alicante

The stay in Alicante was great. Jess, the landlord is a great host. he is very welcoming, super friendly & all is thought about. Also the appartment is very well equipped. super clean, very nicely furnishd with a lot of charm & storage room. the location of the appartment is ideal. very close to everything, e.g. the old city, the castle, restaurants and also shopping area & street are nearby. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Alicante.

Small but perfectly formed

We stayed here for 5 weeks during winter. The apartment was well-designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The heating was very effective and heated rooms quickly, we were never cold. Jessy was extremely easy to deal with and went beyond our expectations when there was a very minor problem - he fixed it within a couple of hours. He kept in touch to make sure all was well with our stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for central accommodation in Alicante.

Fantastic holiday in Alicante City.

I had a great time in Alicante City and I don't drink or smoke, but there were a lot of things to do and see and Jessy's apartment was clean and comfortable with a fast Wi-Fi speed and Jessy was very helpful in every way possible.His apartment is on the third floor with no lift, but I am 70 and did not find the small number of stairs a problem, and it was in a quiet area, although it was only a few minutes walk to the city centre shops, supermarkets and the beech and two great promenades and the marina and about a 20 minutes walk and the tram station where I went to Benidorm several times to stock up on gluten-free food as Mercadona in Alicante City only does a few basic gluten-free foods such as bread, biscuits, crackers, chocolate and ice cream and the tram takes about an hour each way, and it's a fairly scenic journey.I also visited both castles in Alicante city and the Spanish Civil War air-raid shelters and Jessy's apartment is at Calle Trafalgar, where I passed one of the castles every day, several times a day and is in a short walking distance to everything you need.It took me a few days to get my bearings but after that, I found it to be a very walkable city and really liked it and will definitely go back and Jessy's apart is ideally situated, and you don't have to buy any bottled water as he has filtered water in the apartment.One thing I would say is if you are a keen reader, bring at least two books with you, as books in anything but Spanish are hard to find.

City vacation in Alicante

We enjoyed a lovely week, a great apartment. It was big enough with everything that needed to be. Is kitchen that has everything, dishwasher and washing machine. large stove. Really clean apartment. And a wonderful host. Who is willing to help. If you want information about the city and shopping opportunities. We would recommend the place and would love to come again.

Best decision to book this apartment!

Thank you Jessy for such an amazing hosting. The apartment is prettier than showed in the pictures. It’s compact, beautifully furnished and absolutely clean. Cleanliness was a 100 out of 10. Not even hotels were sometimes so clean. The location of the apartment is perfect, so you won’t need a car or any transportation vehicles. Host Jessy, was always kind, helpful and gave me so many ideas where to go and how I can have a great time in Alicante. Unfortunately my husband couldn’t join this trip. Appartamento molto carino e curato nei dettagli.Dotato di ogni comodità per sentirsi a proprio agio Il terrazzino è molto piacevole soprattutto al tramonto. Tutto funziona perfettamente sia nel bagno che nella cucina che sono pulitissimi.Il proprietario è disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza ed anche molto rispettoso della privacy dei suoi ospiti. Può dare preziose informazioni sulla città e come muoversi o fare acquisti.Appartamento vicinissimo al centro ma situato in una strada tranquillissima.
