Spacious and comfortable apartment in Alicante city centre, ideal for longer stays, remote work, relocation or temporary living.
Just a few minutesâ walk from the Central Market and excellent public transport links, itâs perfect for professionals, digital nomads and guests staying in Alicante for work or mid-term stays.
The apartment is fully equipped for seasonal living, with everything needed to live and work comfortably, including a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT
Please note, that this property is a seasonal, mid-term rental (governed by the Spanish Urban Lease Act) for the purposes such as work, remote work, studies, training, seasonal vacation, recreational, medical, or personal relocation.
Spanish law requires all accommodation providers to register guest identity details with the police. After booking, guests will be asked to provide passport or ID information before check-in. This is a standard legal requirement for all stays in Spain.
As this property is offered as a seasonal (non-tourist) rental, guests will also be asked to sign a short term rental agreement (contrato de arrendamiento de temporada) prior to arrival. This agreement confirms the temporary nature of the stay and is required under Spanish rental regulations.
Both steps are quick and standard practice for accommodation in Spain, and we appreciate your cooperation.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure a comfortable and respectful living environment for neighbours and future guests, please observe the following rules during your stay:
âą Only guests included in the confirmed reservation are permitted on the property at any time. Unauthorised access for additional people is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
âą Quiet hours must be respected from 22:00 to 08:00.
âą Parties and events are not permitted. Only guests included in the reservation may stay at the property.
âą Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not allowed indoors. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
âą Please avoid sitting on sofas or chairs with wet clothing or towels.
âą Pets are not permitted.
âą Please dispose of rubbish using the designated containers outside the building. Do not leave waste inside the apartment or in common areas.
âą When leaving the apartment, please ensure all doors and windows are locked for security.
âą Please switch off electrical appliances and lights before leaving the property.
âą To help keep the apartment clean, we kindly ask guests to remove shoes indoors.
ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE
The property includes stairs and does not have step-free access, For this reason, it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or for very young children.
Please take extra care when using the steps inside the bathroom.
ADDITIONAL NOTE
The bathroom ceiling height is 190 cm, which may be lower than standard in some areas.
Check-in is available until 21:00 (9:00 PM). To ensure a smooth arrival, please plan your journey accordingly and make sure you can arrive within this timeframe. If you expect your arrival to be later than 21:00, please contact us before confirming your reservation so we can discuss possible arrangements.
