Sean and Cindy were amazing hosts and the cabin was excellent. The place was spotless, the kitchen was well supplied with anything we could need. The bedrooms were excellent and living room and games room were great for people to relax and enjoy themselves.

What a wonderful week we had at Lure of the Lake! The home was beautiful, comfortable, clean, with a very well-equipped kitchen and spacious seating for our crew. The movie/ game room was great for our grandkids. We especially enjoyed the outside seating and our daily visits with a herd of deer who came into the yard. Loved the hot tub, too! We used the access to the Community Center for pickleball, playground and a very nice pool that the several days we went, had all to ourselves. We enjoyed the area attractions that were close by - Deep Creek State Park, and a hike at Swallow Falls. It was very easy and pleasant to communicate with Sean all along the way, from booking through our stay. We’d highly recommend this rental to others!

The house was lovely! It was very clean! We enjoyed the Hot Tub and also the Theater room! We had s’mores by the fire pit! The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! The Host was very prompt replying to my questions! I would highly recommend this place for a family getaway! We had a fun time with my 5 grands during their Spring Break!!

Second time we stayed at this house with friends and their kids. We had such an absolute blast! Everyone loved the firepit, hot tub, pool & movie room, comfy beds, secluded Forrest views from in the house and well stocked kitchen.

House is beautiful, equiped with most needs, clean, and easy to find. We had teens, adults and a younger child. The downstairs was great entertainment, as well as firepit, and nature right out back.

Perfect holiday

The house was beautiful and was perfect for our group. The owners were amazing and provided information from the time we booked to the day of our arrival. Even took pictures of roasting pans since we were preparing our Thanksgiving meal there. Looking forward to going back.

Everything we could have wanted. Owners were courteous and responsive to any questions.

We were extremely pleased with the home, it’s comforts, anything you needed….plenty to enjoy from the hot tub, to the fire pit, to the large game room and the comfortable cozy living room perfect for games, puzzles and hanging out looking at the wildlife. We look forward to coming back again!
