Cet appartement spacieux (70 m²) dispose de 2 BD avec lit double, matelas orthopédiques, cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon confortable avec un immense canapé pour vous détendre, TV50 ", réseau NETFLIX, système audio homecinema, WIFI haut débit. Tous les appartements sont dotés de la climatisation silencieuse, spécialement conçue pour l'été grec, d'une machine à laver, d'un sèche-linge (en particulier pour les longs séjours). L'appartement est entouré d'un balcon où vous pourrez vous détendre. Il allie généralement esthétique, fonctionnalité et confort.
L'appartement est situé dans un endroit unique, près du bord de mer, entre le parc Flisvos, Marina et la fondation Stavros Niarchos et à la même époque (6,7 km) du centre d'Athènes et (7,5 km) du port du Pirée. . Accès facile aux transports en commun pour le centre d'Athènes, l'aéroport national et le port de plaisance pour les îles grecques. L'arrêt de bus pour le port de Pireaus se trouve dans le même immeuble que l'appartement et à 5 minutes à pied de l'arrêt du tram que vous pouvez utiliser pour tout le littoral (plages) de la région et de l'arrêt du bus pour accéder à l'aéroport. Was a good stay a bit louder because its near to the main street but overall we had a very good stay there. It was clean, we had enough space and the communication with the host was very very good.

Great host in Athens

Apartment is spacious with washer and dryer. Close to some excellent restaurants, grocery stores and the water front. The apartment could use some TLC. Aris is an excellent host who gave very clear check in instructions, tips on restaurants and grocery stores and helped us with transit.

Wonderful getaway

This apartment was truly wonderful, located in a neighborhood rich with amenities and attractions. The apartment's features were rare to find in Europe, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing me with everything I needed, including great recommendations. I had a fantastic experience at this property and was sad to leave. I will definitely be back!

I would have to say I enjoyed my stay there. The apartment seems well kept, the area is nice. There are a lot of cats around, but I think this issue is everywhere so bring some Benadryl if you have cat allergies. The apartment has a vacuum, washer, dryer, kitchen, etc... I wish I had owned an apartment just like that one :) I would stay there again if its available next time I go.

If you are looking for an ideal spot to stay in Athens, this is the place. The 15min walk to the beach and Tram is worth it. There are several restaurants and stores very near by. The tram will take you along the coast to several beaches or you can connect at Edem station for the Tram to Sindagma Square or downtown Athens. The gate way to the Acropolis museum and Acropolis. The owner is very helpful and polite. the place was well maintained.

Helpful and attentive host and spacious comfortable place

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Even the little etails consideree to make our stay enjoyable! Our host was extremely helpful And attentive, and responded to our questions very quickly. If we were looking for suggestions or specific places he provided directions and an explanation of why he recommended those places in particular. We found him to be flexible and thoughtful and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! We would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Aris( the owner) is very helpful and friendly, he can tell you everything you need and want to know. The apartment is wonderful; large, good beds, clean bathroom with romantic lights. Laying in an area with lots of cozy restaurants and not far from the public transport. We stayed there for one week. it's highly recommended.

Friendly host just outside of Athens

This apartment was perfect for what my partner and friends wanted out of our stay in the Athens area. Nektarios, the host, is friendly and helped us walk through everything we needed to know for our stay. The apartment itself is spacious and well air-conditioned and there is a lovely cafe right below that we stopped at every morning for a coffee and pastry. The apartment is perfectly located for a 20-30 minute walk to the beach clubs to the south and 15-20 min drive to the heart of Athens. We couldn’t have imagined a better experience in Athens.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Palaio Faliro, it was our first holiday as a couple and we both agree that it was perfect. The apartment is located near some nice restaurants and also near the tram station (about 5 minutes walk). From there, both the sea and Athens are easy to reach. Nektarios was a very kind and friendly host who was always ready to help with any questions. The apartment was clean, nice and big, the living room is very spacious with a large couch and TV with several offers like Netflix and more. There is a huge balcony that is accessible from every room. The two bedrooms are also nice and the beds are very comfortable. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom and a dryer in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, in addition to the standards such as stove and fridge were also two coffee makers, a kettle and a sandwich maker available. What we appreciated very much, there was already coffee and sugar in the kitchen cupboard when we arrived and Nektarios made fruit bowls for us because we arrived late. That was a very kind gesture. We recommend the host Nektarios and this apartment in any case. When we come back to Palaio Faliro we will stay at this Apartment again. Best regards ;-) Nadine & Elnathan

Really feel at home

This was an incredibly beautiful and well appointed apartment.We were met by Aris who carefully took the time to explain all the features of the apartment, he was very nice and answered all our questions. The apartment itself is very modern with more amenities that you can imagine, every detail is so well thought out. The space was also extremely clean. The balcony was huge. The bed was very comfortable and we slept like babies. Aris was kind enough to suggest restaurants ,etc , plus safe neighbourhood, supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, Thank you Aris for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this apartment for anyone planning to visit coastline area and the host stayed in contact with you throughout stay.

The apartment is located in the center of Paleo Faliro which is one of the most beautiful suburbs of Athens, a perfect location if you want to be near the sea and at the same time have an easy access to the center of Athens (6.7km) and Piraeus port (7.5km). You can easily walk (5min) to bus or tram station. Shops,banks, restaurants, supermarket and Bakery are within 3min walk as well as cinema multiplex and pubs. You could also visit the new “Stavros Niarchos Foundation” Cultural Center, Marina Flisvos, a large park with playground for kids and adults for hours of fun by the sea , Athens Planetarium, Nautical museum which are all 10 to 15 minutes walking distance.
