Modern and fully-furnished and equipped 33-sqm studio with everything you need whether you are staying three nights or a month. Enjoy the spacious balcony and the close walk to the beach. Nearby public transportation can get you almost everywhere in town and to the center of Athens or the port of Piraeus within15-20 minutes. The tram station is two blocks away and connects to subway/metro. There is also a bus stop just in front of the building.
