Notre appartement de plage de 90 m2, situé sur la Riviera athénienne, constitue le choix idéal, pour combiner des vacances à la plage, avec un citytrip à Athènes.
Le voyage de chez nous à l'Acropole, avec transport public, prend au total un peu plus d'une heure, le long de la magnifique côte de la Riviera athénienne.
SERVICE GRATUIT DE RAMASSAGE AÉROPORT
Nous offrons un service de navette "Meet and Greet" gratuit de l'aéroport à l'appartement (4 personnes maximum). Nous avons une voiture de petite taille, il y a donc peu de place pour les bagages. Plus d'invités (plus de 4) et les bagages peuvent nous suivre en taxi (coûte environ 50 euros).
LA VILLA
Notre villa en bord de mer se compose de deux appartements/étages entièrement indépendants, chacun avec sa propre entrée.
Notre spacieux appartement au rez-de-chaussée est loué avec accès et usage exclusif de la piscine et du jardin. L'appartement du deuxième étage n'est plus loué séparément.
Si les clients souhaitent occuper les deux appartements (par exemple, les parents au deuxième étage et les enfants au rez-de-chaussée, ou plus de 5 personnes au total), cela est également possible moyennant un supplément. Veuillez nous contacter pour plus de détails.
L'APPARTEMENT
Nous sommes sur la magnifique Riviera athénienne, au sud du centre d'Athènes, situé dans une rue calme du charmant village de Lagonisi à seulement 500 mètres à pied d'une belle plage de sable organisée (NB l'emplacement sur la carte n'est pas correct à 100%, parce que notre village a deux rues avec le même nom et le marqueur va automatiquement sur l'autre rue),
Cet appartement au rez-de-chaussée dans une villa indépendante, dispose d'une piscine privée, avec chaises longues et parasols, ainsi qu'un jardin avec pelouse de 170m2 avec une table en bois et 6 chaises.
Il dispose également d'une cour avant fermée de 100 m2, où les enfants peuvent jouer dans un endroit sûr, avec une petite table et 4 chaises.
Cet appartement spacieux de 90 m² se compose d'un grand salon avec une cheminée à foyer ouvert. Il dispose d'un espace salle à manger près de la cuisine, avec une table pour 6 personnes et des chaises.
Le salon dispose de deux grands fauteuils relax, d'un canapé pour trois personnes et d'un canapé/lit confortable pour deux personnes qui peut être déplié, d'un téléviseur et climatisation.
La cuisine, qui a accès au jardin, a tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires (couteaux, fourchettes, cuillères, tasses, poêles, assiettes, etc.), un réfrigérateur, une micro-onde, une machine à café, une cuisinière électrique à 4 plaques + un four, etc.
La chambre 1, avec vue sur le jardin et la piscine, dispose d'un lit double, de plusieurs grandes armoires et climatisation.
La chambre 2, avec vue sur la cour fermée à l'avant, dispose de deux lits simples (un troisième lit simple supplémentaire peut être ajouté) et de plusieurs grandes armoires et climatisation.
La salle de bain spacieuse a une grande baignoire, une douche, une toilette et une machine à laver.
NOTRE RÉGION: LA RIVIERA ATHÉNIENNE
Juste au sud de l'effervescence du centre d'Athènes se trouve l'un des atouts les plus précieux de la ville, également surnommé « le secret le mieux gardé de la Grèce » : la « Riviera athénienne », la côte ouest de la péninsule attique.
Contrairement à la côte est de la péninsule attique (de Marathon à Lavrio), où le soleil se couche vers l'intérieur des terres, sur la Riviera, le soleil se couche dans la mer, offrant de longues journées ensoleillées à la plage.
Certaines des meilleures plages de sable de Grèce, toutes dotées de chaises longues et de parasols gratuits, se trouvent à une courte distance de marche de la Villa.
En fait, 3 belles plages de sable fin organisées et aménagées, toutes avec des restaurants de plage, sont juste en bas de la route, à courte distance à pied et vous attendent. Une plage a également une petite aire de jeux pour enfants.
La plage la plus proche est à seulement 500 mètres à pied (les autres sont à 8 et10 minutes à pied).
Les 3 plages sont opérationnelles du 1er mai au 31 octobre; l'un (plage de Bali) reste ouvert toute l'année.
Beaucoup d'autres plages sablonneuses mais aussi rocheuses, à la fois isolées et organisées, se trouvent tout au long de la côte sud de la Riviera d'Athènes, de "Varkiza" jusqu'à notre village "Lagonisi".
À seulement 500m à pied de la villa se trouvent un supermarché et un boulangerie/ cafétéria en bord de mer et une taverne/restaurant en bord de mer grecque.
La rue principale de notre village, avec des supermarchés, des magasins, des cafétérias et des restaurants est à seulement 1.5 km; environ 15/20 minutes à pied.
"La Riviera regorge de sites intéressants à visiter, tous facilement accessibles en transports en commun depuis chez nous. Parmi eux : Varkiza, le village de pêcheurs animé, avec son agréable promenade en bord de mer, ses restaurants et la plage de Varkiza Resort.
L'impressionnante station balnéaire de Vouliagmeni, avec son lac troglodyte, où l'on peut se baigner dans une eau tiède aux vertus curatives toute l'année.
Le quartier huppé de Vouliagmeni, berceau des célébrités.
La ville cosmopolite de Glyfada, avec ses nombreuses boutiques haut de gamme, ses cafétérias et sa promenade en bord de mer.
Le cap Sounion, avec son impressionnant temple de Poséidon et son coucher de soleil magique, est un incontournable.
La côte est, à 30 minutes en voiture de chez nous, abrite le pittoresque village de Porto Rafti, avec sa charmante baie et sa promenade bordée de restaurants. Enfin, Vravrona abrite l'ancien temple d'Artémis, déesse grecque de la chasse et de la nature. D'autres lieux d'intérêt sont les ports animés de Lavrio et Rafina, etc.
ATHÈNES
D'un autre côté, vous êtes également «juste au coin» du centre d'Athènes, l'une des villes les plus anciennes et les plus intéressantes d'Europe, avec de nombreux sites antiques à couper le souffle et des endroits modernes à voir et à visiter.
Le centre d'Athènes est facilement accessible par les transports publics. Le bus urbain 122 Athénien, qui passe toutes les 25 minutes, vous emmène le long de la belle route côtière directement à la station de métro, à partir de laquelle vous êtes à quelques arrêts de l'Acropole.
Le trajet en bus et en métro jusqu'au centre d'Athènes prend un peu plus d'une heure.
Une carte de voyage illimitée de 5 jours pour le bus Athenian 122 et le métro d'Athènes, ne coûte que 9 euros.
Outre la célèbre Acropole, la ville offre également un grand nombre d'autres sites antiques impressionnants, où l'on a l'impression de faire un voyage dans le temps.
Petits trains touristiques électriques, bus à arrêts multiples en plein air, charrettes à chevaux, cyclomoteurs et voiturettes familiales, ne sont que quelques-uns des moyens de transport disponibles pour explorer le centre unique d'Athènes autour de l'Acropole.
Le nouveau musée de l'Acropole, qui a été élu l'un des meilleurs musées du monde, est un «must».
La célèbre zone touristique d'Athènes "Plaka", avec ses nombreuses routes étroites pleines de petits magasins et restaurants avec musique live, est considérée comme l'une des meilleures zones touristiques de toutes les villes d'Europe et constitue une "visite obligatoire", à la fois pendant le jour comme le soir; pendant que vous pouvez ressentir ce sentiment spécial «Athènes by Night»!
La colline du Lycabette, le point culminant du centre d'Athènes, est vraiment impressionnante, offrant une vue imprenable sur la ville. Le train «Teleferic», vous emmène en haut de la colline à travers un tunnel à l'intérieur (!) de la montagne, où vous pouvez vous asseoir au restaurant au sommet et avoir une vue magnifique sur la ville jusqu'au port du Pirée.
Il faut également visiter le parlement avec les gardes grecs traditionnels et bien sûr n'oublions pas le centre animé de l'Athènes moderne lui-même, avec ses quartiers colorés, ses nombreuses rues commerçantes et sa célèbre vie nocturne.
Le pittoresque port "Mikrolimano" du Pirée (à 40 minutes en voiture de la villa) est également un lieu de prédilection des touristes.
Les magnifiques îles du golfe Saronique: Égine, Hydra et Spetses, sont également faciles à visiter lors d'une excursion d'une journée.
EXCURSIONS D'UN JOUR
Si vous souhaitez explorer un peu plus et voir les plus beaux sites antiques de Grèce, de nombreuses excursions intéressantes peuvent être faites en voiture depuis la villa.
Si vous êtes intéressé, nous organisons également des excursions privées d'une journée en voiture Mercedes vers les destinations ci-dessous :
- Attique / la riviera athénienne, avec le temple de Poséidon, le lac des grottes de Vouliagmeni, le temple d'Artémis etc.
- L'ancienne Corinthe (100 km) avec sa ville/site antique, ses temples et son célèbre musée, y compris son château vénitien au sommet de la montagne, avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe de Corinthe et bien sûr l'impressionnant canal de Corinthe, ainsi que la ville de vacances cosmopolite de Loutraki, avec son célèbre boulevard balnéaire et sa plage.
- Le célèbre site antique de Mycènes, dans le nord du Péloponnèse, demeure du roi Agamemnon, la tombe dôme du roi, le célèbre théâtre antique de "Epidaure" et "Nauplie", la belle et pittoresque première capitale de la Grèce moderne (170 km), y compris une visite de l'impressionnante forteresse vénitienne de « Palamidi », en haut de la colline.
- "Delphes, l'impressionnant site de montagne, siège du célèbre" Oracle "(180 km), offrant des vues à couper le souffle et de nombreux bâtiments anciens impressionnants, dont un bâtiment construit par des Grecs de l'ancienne Marseille, un ancien stade et un théâtre. Le site dispose également d'un impressionnant musée moderne et à côté, nous visiterons également le pittoresque village de ski de montagne d'Arachova et (facultatif) le magnifique monastère de montagne byzantin du 11ème siècle d'Osios Loukas.

We had a lovely stay! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It is located a 10min walk to 3 wonderful beaches, a delicious bakery and a grocery store. Our host, Con, was very attentive and very prompt with his communication. He picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. He also led us in a couple of day trips for an extra fee - it was nice to have help from someone local. Overall, would highly recommend the place!

Stay in Greece
We had a great stay at the ground floor apartment, it was exactly as described, clean and in a family friendly location. Con was extremely helpful and organised a local boat trip for us that suited our young son. He respected our privacy but was prompt on responding to any question we had either about the accommodation or about Attica area with useful tips and local knowledge. We would highly recommend both the accommodation and the hosts.

Returning to Athens with adult family members to have both a beach based holiday as well as touring the various attractions. Kon was extremely accommodating, picked us up at the airport when we arrived and dropped us off at the cruise ship port when we left.
He offers several tours that he will take you on, we did three, on three different days. We enjoyed them very much, he shared a lot of information about Greece.

Very satisfying experience of Athens and Athens Riviera
All my family had wonderful experiences. Property was great we enjoyed swimming pool and location was good close to nice beach and local restaurants , bar and shops. We took two tours organised by owner which we enjoyed and recommend to others. Owner was very helpful with all enquiries we had about travelling and best places to visit. Overall wonderful experience highly recommend.

The property was exactly as advertised and the host Con was fantastic. He picked us up at the airport and took us back. he took us for 2 great tours to see the various sites. was on hand for any request we had and even picked us up one night when taxis were no where to be found! Bali beach was beautiful and the bakery at the end of the street had a view of the sea and the best burgers ever! All in all a great stay! Thanks Con - you made it!

Great stay
The apartment was lovely and spacious and suited our family perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the pool and garden where there was always some shade. We were also grateful for the air con in the bedrooms as it was very hot for our stay. Con was an incredible host going above and beyond at every opportunity. Communication was amazing from the moment we booked and nothing was too much trouble. He picked us up from the metro and drove us to the apartment, spent time showing us the local area and beaches and even took us to the supermarket to stock up on food. Con also helped us find an apartment for a couple of days Stay in Athens and we really enjoyed his walking tour around the city. Thank you Con, you are one of a kind!

Nice clean home in safe area
The property was exactly as advertised. It was about an hour from Athens and very close to the beach. The neighborhood is clean, safe, easily accessible by public transport, not congested, and very well lit by street lights at night. The owner is very friendly, helpful and accessible. Bedrooms are nice size with big closets. Living room and dining area is spacious with big dinner table. Kitchen is also good size with plenty of cabinets and all appliances in good working condition and clean. Bathroom is clean and everything in it works.
A little distance from Athens and having to use bus and train is well worth the savings in rent costs. The owner is very willing to help with transportation in his car when requested.

Fantastic host and great accommodation
What can I say, this is one of the best stays I have had. Kon the owner and his family were wonderful and so helpful. He met us at the airport to ensure that there were no problems getting to the apartment.
He then had a load of trips and suggestions which he could either take us to (which I would recommend as his knowledge was immense on the area) He took us to an unknown tourist place in the middle of Athens which looked like you were on an island. The cost of these tours were such good value much cheaper than the tourist organised ones which rush you and have no real knowledge of the area, however if you wish to go it alone that's also fine.
He is great as he respects your privacy also and you can use his knowledge as much or as little as you wish thus providing a great balance for all.
If all you want to do is chill by the pool there is no issue or pressure to do anything. Absolutely perfect for all types of travellers. I'd definitely go back and would recommend this accommodation.

Girls trip to Athens
I cannot say enough about our trip.
From the booking process to our departure, our host Con made it seamless and stress free. From pick up at the airport, to taking us to the supermarket and acting as our tour guide on some of his stunning day tours. It truly was an amazing holiday!
The property itself was awesome, with a full
Kitchen, 2 bedrooms, good size bathroom. It has more than enough space, and a back yard to relax in at the end of our day, with a pool!! It is close to the supermarket, local bakery and only 7 minute walk to some of the most beautiful little beaches.
Con offers several choices for amazing 1/2 day and full day tours, at extremely reasonable prices which we took full advantage of!
In just 5 days in Athens we were able to do a full day walking tour, and 2 other tours which took us to some of the most beautiful sites , ruins and scenes in and around Athens.
This property and our host made our girls trip even better than I could have hoped for. You will not be disappointed!
I hope to plan my next trip with my family back to our new friends very soon !!

Fantastic holiday on the Athens Riviera
We had an amazing holiday at Con and Krin’s apartment on the Athens Riviera.
The house is exactly as described in the listing, with a super swimming pool and outdoor space and tables at both front and back of the property, meaning we could enjoy sun all day and a lovely and very clean indoor space
The property is 5 minutes walk to several beaches, and there is a really super bakery/patisserie and a supermarket close by too and lots of great seafood-based restaurants.
The best bit of the holiday though was the service, which was impeccable! Con contacted us beforehand to offer a pick up from the airport, and was very helpful on arrival showing us the local area, a stop at a supermarket to get provisions and a visit to a local restaurant. We all really enjoyed the two excursions - one to Athens centre, which Con made very family friendly for our two young girls, and a super trip at sunset to the Poseidon Temple. Con also helped us out hugely when our flight back was brought forward at the last minute, commandeering a car to get us to the airport on time. We couldn’t ask for a better host experience, thank you.

A most helpful host
The apartment was comfortable with 2 good sized bedrooms. The bathroom has ample hot water, however in the absence of a plug for the bath or an attachment for the shower head we couldn’t wash/refresh ourselves adequately, this was rather annoying & we did let the host know this was a problem.
The location is great for relaxing at one of the 3 local beaches, all within easy walking distance. We visited 2 of them where beds and umbrellas are available to rent for 20€ a day. Tahiti beach was the best and is near to a wonderful bakery and the supermarket.
The host was very accommodating, picking us up from the airport. We also did a couple of his tours which were great and very informative & this enabled us to get our bearings. The day we went into Athens, to see the Acropolis he took us to the nearest metro station which was about half an hour drive, the metro into Athens from there took about 20 mins.
Vrbo confirms the location on the advert is not accurate, however the apartment location is very near Souniou Avenue 205. Going further afield independently would have been challenging, had the host not been so accommodating.
Overall we had a good rest.

Thank you for your positive review and we are very happy you had a good rest and very much enjoyed our apartment, sandy beaches and the tours we took you on.
Just a short remark as to the bath not having a plug.
You only informed us that this was an issue for you, when we dropped you off at no charge at the airport (from where by the way we also picked you up for free at your arrival), so it seems somewhat unfair to bring up this issue afterwards in this comment.
Filling up our quite large bathtub everyday just to soak in it, in our view is an extensive wasteful use of water. During this year’s very dry summer season, we were urged by our municipality to not waste, or over consume drinking water and we followed this request.
As to our location, its is clearly described in our listing text on VRBO; on top of this, before confirming your booking, we again informed you of our exact location.
Finally, as we showed you, there is a busstop at 600m from our apartment; the bus passes every 25 minutes and the ticket is only 1.20 euro to Athens. We also showed you that one can download an english App for the exact departure times from our busstop.
We understand that for you and your sister, two ladies in their early seventies, taking public transport might be challenging, but this certainly has not been the case for all our other guests over the years.

Great Location outside of busy and hot Athens!
This stay was exactly what we were looking for!
The home was comfortable and clean in a quiet community but only a 5-minute walk to 3 lovely beaches.
Our stay at Con and Karins 2 bedroom ground floor apartment was very enjoyable. Each day we would start the day with coffee on the patio overlooking the pool and then later walk to the beach to relax or swim in the sea.
On several evenings, we would walk to the beach to watch the sunset.
Con picked us up at the Athens airport and drove us back to his place with a stop at a grocery store so that we could have what we needed for the week.
We did 2 tours that he put together to highlight several of the attractions in and around Athens. It was nice to learn about Athens from a local without having to be in a large group.
Con also suggested several areas to go and visit on our own and also places to eat and see. Everything that he showed us and also suggested turned out to be the highlight of our 2-week trip. Con took all of the stress out of being a tourist in a new country. The public transportation is easy to access right down the street from the apartment and will allow you to visit all over the Athens area.
I highly recommend a stay at the Athens Riviera Apt if you want a place out of the crowds and heat of Athens and have access to the beautiful Sea!

Great apartment and the kindest host
We enjoyed the stay very much. Con is a great host and picked us up straight from the airport. He also drove us to the supermarket so that we were immediately stocked with food for the first days.
He also offered us various tours with him as a tour guide, which we could take as we wished. We decided on the Athens tour, which was really great and enriching for us. Con knows a lot about Greece with its culture and history and takes a lot of time for his guests. He showed us some really beautiful places that are rarely discovered by normal tourists.
The apartment is very clean and well maintained, and the private pool in the garden is also really great. Also worth mentioning is the air conditioning, which made the nights very comfortable. There is also a very well-kept kitchen with everything you need for cooking and a cozy living room.
Con speaks several languages fluently, so it was very pleasant for us as Germans to be able to talk to him without any language barriers.
He valued our privacy very much, but was always available if we had any questions.
The beach and sea were beautiful and within walking distance, as were supermarkets and restaurants.
The holiday in Lagonisi combines the best of two worlds, on the one hand the great beach holiday, on the other hand you can experience a lot of Greek culture, especially Athens and the Acropolis was a real highlight for us.
Thank you Con for this great holiday, we can recommend your apartment wholeheartedly!

A wonderful week in Athens!
We spent a wonderful week at Con's place in Aug 2022 with our 2 young children (5 and 7yrs old).
Overall, we felt this break was the perfect mix of city sightseeing and relaxing beach holiday.
We arrived late and were met with a warm welcome from Con at the airport to bring us to the accommodation which made our journey there stress free. They had provided a home cooked meal for us and the children for our convenience due to our late arrival which was both thoughtful and much appreciated!
The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, the garden great for the children playing, the pool a welcome relief from the heat!
We chose 2 tours with Con. One into Athens before having a day exploring the city on our own. He was informative, made it fun for our boys and tailored it to our needs going over and above what we expected. The second was a trip to the Temple of Poseidon at sunset followed by an enjoyable meal in a local restaurant- a great way to spend the evening.
We spent afternoons and evenings at the local beach within easy walking distance. We all loved Bali beach, and played happily for hours in the beautiful, blue, shallow waters before enjoying a meal at the beach bar. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.
There is also a lovely cafe/ coffee shop/ bakery at the end of the road which is not to be missed.
We really appreciated the efforts made by Con and Karin to help us make the most of our stay- recommendations for places to visit, advice on public transport, the kind offer of lifts where needed. For a week, we did not feel we needed a car ourselves but for longer stays this may be useful.
We would highly recommend a stay here, and have taken away many happy memories from our week in Greece!

It was a true pleasure and joy to host you all in our seaside apartment on the Athenian Riviera and we are very happy that you spent such a great time with us.
As you correctly state, our place is the perfect mix of a Athens city sightseeing trip and a relaxing beach holiday and we look forward to welcoming many more nice guests like yourselves from the UK.
Arriving rather late, after a long trip with delays and with two young boys, we thought it would be a welcome gesture to have a home made meal waiting for you at your arrival.
As to your two boys, I must say that they very positively impressed us.
Despite their young age, the relative heat and the possibility of weariness with so much impressions, they never nagged during our private guided walking tour of the historic center of Athens, but all along kept interested in hearing what Con had to say.
The same goes for our wonderful trip to the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion and the fact that they knew its connection with the story about the Minotaur labyrinth in Crete, followed by a nice evening dinner at the sailing port of Lavrio (although the boys were dozing off a bit afterwards !).
Guests like you make it easy “to go the extra mile” and we were glad to do so.

Super séjour, tout etait parfait. Constantin est très agréable,aimable et conseille bien les endroits à visiter. Très bon accueil, appartement propre et piscine au top. Très proche de la mer.Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, nous recommandons fortement, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Parfait
Accueil chaleureux par Constantin. La maison est parfaite, idéalement située, facile d’accès et bien desservie par les transports en communs. La carte combinée bus-métro est très vite rentabilisée. Les plages à 5 min à pied, idem pour la supérette et boulangerie. Constantin est un hôte au petits soins, il nous a fait découvrir Athènes et nous a montré des petits coins moins connus. Il nous a suggéré des endroits de balades lors des journées « moins ensoleillées ». La piscine est le petit plus, même si encore fraîche en ce début mai. Détente et farniente
Nous sommes venus en famille pour se reposer et profiter du calme de la riviera athénienne. Constantin et sa femme ont été très accueillants, nous ont pris en charge à l’aéroport (même avec notre arrivée tardive) et nous ont fait faire un petit tour des lieux pour nous familiariser avec le quartier.
Plages accessibles à pied, bus 122 ralliant le métro d’Athènes (1h de route environ), une bonne boulangerie à 800m où il est possible de prendre un brunch sur place également.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Ce fut un vrai plaisir de vous accueillir chez nous et nous sommes très heureux que vous ayez passé un si bon moment avec nous, sur la Riviera athénienne.
Comme vous écrivez, le trajet en bus jusqu'au métro le long de la magnifique route côtière, puis le métro jusqu'à l'Acropole prend au total un peu plus d'une heure. Par conséquent, notre emplacement est vraiment la combinaison parfaite de vacances relaxantes à la plage et d'une visite à Athènes.

Fijn huis voor Athene en omgeving
Erg naar ons zin gehad. Het huis is goed bereikbaar en met de auto, maar ook lopend of met het ov is er in de omgeving veel te zien en doen.
Fijn ruim huis en tuin. Heel luxe met eigen zwembad, wel fris in oktober.
Matrassen vonden we niet heel fijn, maar dat kan persoonlijk zijn en had geen invloed op onze vakantie.
De eigenaar was altijd bereikbaar voor goede tips over de omgeving. En de eerste avond stond er zelfs een Griekse maaltijd voor ons klaar, heel aardig!

La casa es sencilla y amplia. Tiene menaje de cocina completo, secador, toallas y juegos de cama. He echado en falta tostador de pan. La piscina y el patio mayores de lo que parecen en las fotos, y muy gustosos. Playas cercanas maravillosas. Aparcamiento propio.
Gracias a Constantin , es un anfitrión espectacular. La única cuestión a tener en cuenta es la ubicación, la cual no se corresponde con la indicada en la web, está situada mucho más al sur en una zona más tranquila y playera, en mi opinión mejor zona, aunque te hace dependiente de un coche de alguiler como en nuestro caso, o supongo que habrá autobuses que te lleven a Atenas o a una población con metro.

Fue un verdadero placer recibirlo a usted y a su familia y estamos muy contentos de que haya pasado un tiempo tan agradable en nuestro apartamento.
Nuestra zona constituye la combinación ideal de una zona de playa relajada y un viaje a la ciudad de Atenas.
Como menciona correctamente, nuestro apartamento está ubicado en la hermosa Riviera ateniense en la zona costera llamada Lagonisi.
A poca distancia a pie del apartamento se encuentran tres playas de arena organizadas, un supermercado y una gran cafetería/panadería. El centro de nuestro pueblo, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes, se encuentra a 1,5 km a pie.
A 800 metros del apartamento se encuentra la parada del autobús urbano de Atenas, que pasa cada 25 minutos y tarda 45 minutos en llegar a la estación de metro Ellinikon. Desde esta estación de metro llegarás a la Acrópolis en 20 minutos, por lo que todo el viaje en transporte público desde nuestro apartamento a la Acrópolis dura poco más de 1 hora y tener coche no es una necesidad absoluta.

Lokatie net buiten Athene en dichtbij het strand
De verhuurder is erg behulpzaam komt je halen van het vliegveld en brengt je overal heen. Geeft je zelfs gratis een rondleiding door Athene zodat je de weg daar ook een beetje weet. En mocht je vaker ergens heen willen ook dan brengt hij je er heen. Dus een zorgeloze vakantie.

Waar mogelijk proberen wij inderdaad altijd onze gasten behulpzaam te zijn, omdat wij het belangrijk vinden dat de gasten bij ons een leuke en zorgeloze tijd hebben.

We moved to Greece 20 years ago, because Constantijn was transferred to a Dutch multinational company's office in Athens, fell in love with the city and we never looked back !
We used to live in Athens center, but 14 years ago, after holidaying in the area, we decided to go with our (then) small son for quality of life and moved to the beautiful Athenian Riviera.
It is a peaceful, secure place with friendly people, where one can still enjoy authentic Greek hospitality.
Our property is located in a quiet street, at a short 7 minute walking distance from several lovely sandy beaches and truly is the “Best of Both worlds”. You are in a holiday area, but also at just an hour with public transport from the Acropolis.
We live near the property and are always available for any info or assistance you might need.
We love traveling ourselves and enjoy meeting people from all over the world and making their stay with us as pleasant as possible.
Our motto is “ You may come to us as strangers, but our aim is to say farewell to you as friends”.
