Un appartement sur trois niveaux situé au dernier étage de ce spectaculaire bâtiment ex hôtel victorien.
Terrasse ensoleillée et toutes les commodités à 5 minutes de la jetée et de la plage de Boscombe.
Très bien équipé avec tous les appareils de cuisine, Wi-Fi, Sky TV et packages complets BT système de musique Sonos dans les salles de principe.

À proximité des boutiques et du centre de Bournemouth, vous trouverez le long du front de mer.

A stunning, perfect property

Location excellent for the beach; property was clean with a suntrap balcony overlooking the sea; no problems at all. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

We stayed for 4 nights with our 8y old twins in this majestic historical building. Short walk to the beach and town/shopping. The two highlights for us were: - the roof terrace with wide views of the sea for breakfast and sundowners - then retire to the top sitting room with views in both directions Highly recommended

Lovely apartment with fantastic view

The apartment was well situated for the beach - just outside Bournemouth, in the quieter Boscombe, but within walking distance. The view from the top floor is fantastic. An excellent range of facilities in the clean and spacious apartment as well.

A lovely apartment, especially the upstairs TV Room with views over the sea. We had everything we needed. The double bed was uncomfortable, a topper will help.

Hello Colin Sorry to hear you didn’t like the bed. It was new around a year and a half ago and we bought a good firm mattress, maybe a bit firm although this is the first comment we have had on it. Perfect Bournemouth Apartment

This apartment was everything we'd hoped for. It was clean, well decorated, well kitted out and of course has the most spectacular views over the sea. We were there for the airshow and it was ideal. It was just a short walk down to Boscombe Pier & from there along the promenade to all of the action. After watching the show during the day from the beach we went back to the apartment and watched the night time display & fireworks sat at the balcony 'bar' with a glass of fizz - perfect! Communication with Christien was easy & friendly and we would not hesitate to hire this place again.

Super views, shame about the beams

Accommodation had excellent views to the sea and lovely balcony. David, unfortunately, struggled with the sloping ceilings and managed to hit his head on many occasions. We also found the lounge chairs somewhat difficult to use. Probably just us oldies.

A Stunning Apartment in great location

The apartment was almost everything I expected with the views and location. The spacious living/kitchen area works well and you get light and breeze throughout the day. The apartment was beautifully clean and nicely decorated - the art work is very good! My only two disappointments were that I thought the master bedroom was on the top floor with views out to sea but maybe that was my misunderstanding. I was a little disappointed at the state of the outside table which was covered with bird poo. I appreciate the birds do circle overhead (they know when you are consuming something outside!) but this was not recent poo I think. The owners are extremely helpful and responsive - a big thank you!

Dear Sarah, Thank you for your review. The birds on the balcony problem is fairly recent. We have tried a scarer which has limited effect so we are struggling for a solution. Wonderful view

This property is minutes from the beautiful beach of Boscombe of which it has an amazing view. The apartment is well laid out and furnished and has everything you could need for a lovely stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have had this apartment as our family escape for years. It has of late been underused, so we are offering it for your break. Completely refurbished in 2016, and continuously maintained it has all you could want for a comfortable stay

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The views from the balcony and lounge are fantastic. The building is Victorian and oozes grandeur and history as its past incarnation as a hotel. The flat is secure and well looked after by a housekeeper who lives in the block. There is a concierge on site .
