Just a stone's throw (we're talking just 350m) from the glorious beach of Alum Chine, you'll have the entire ground floor of this grand Edwardian property, giving you two huge bedrooms, a sumptuous lounge, modern kitchen and bathroom, plus, a private parking space - a premium in this area. And when you're not on the beach, relax in the well-furnished private garden.
With the shops and restaurants of Westbourne just a 15-minute walk, this is your perfect beach getaway.
Although the house has been converted into separate flats, your apartment has its very own private entrance - the original grand front door. A huge crystal chandelier greets you in the hallway and high ceilings and cornicing set the luxury tone. The entire flat is flooded with light owing to the enormous windows in each room.
The large bedroom is perfect for families, giving you the choice of a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed that sleeps one. It also has its own smart TV.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a private door leading out to the garden patio.
In the lounge are two sofas and a dining table for six. In the winter cuddle up and turn on the log-effect fire while watching a movie or playing a selection of games.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob/electric double oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Guests can keep the cooks company by pulling up a stool at the breakfast bar, or step from the kitchen through the French doors to sit on the patio – the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the morning as the sun rises or evening dinner. The patio is decked out with lots of furniture, making it an ideal socialising area. Or follow the path around to the front of the house where additional seating captures the afternoon sun.
