Ce luxueux condo BEACHFRONT offre la vue la plus spectaculaire sur l'océan! Cette unité a un mobilier entièrement neuf à travers w / magnifiques comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et quatre tabourets de bar. La chambre a un lit king size et une TV LED 32 ". Un lit queen size et un canapé confortable sont situés dans la zone commune avec un téléviseur LED de 39 ". La table de salle à manger est parfaite pour manger et / ou travailler sur ordinateur. De plus, Aquarius propose une piscine chauffée et un bain à remous, des saunas, une salle WI-Fi et une laverie au premier niveau et un accès facile à la plage. Votre condo est SUPER PROCHE DE LA PLAGE (à seulement 3min de votre chambre)! L'heure d'arrivée est 15 heures et l'heure de départ est 11 heures (essaiera d'être flexible).

Check-in was easy! A lot like a hotel check-in. Kitchen has all the expected appliances, plus coffee filters and salt and pepper, which were appreciated. Vote and beach access were awesome!! Would stay again if we went back down to South Padre, which is likely!!

Excellent View and perfect get away

We stayed just one night but thoroughly enjoyed the place. Host was quick to respond to questions and rental even better than pictures. We'll be back!

Heaven on earth

This is my lil family 2nd time to stay in this condo. We love the location, the rental, the pool, the proximity to the beach and all the things! We love the new chairs on the balcony and the condo is equipped with everything we needed. We are already to go back. Thank you! ❤️

Great little getaway

From start to finish we had a great relaxing trip. It's been a few years since we've been to SPI and our stay was just what we were looking for. We started out with a gloomy forecast and ended up with only the first morning being full of rain. Great time on the beach though we were a little disappointed by the tar balls that washed up on the beach and got on our feet/shoes/blanket. Obviously, that part was unexpected but easily cleaned off. The pool/hot tub area was nice and relaxing too. The condo was clean, stocked well and easily fit our group of 3 adults. Though a small space, my college kid enjoyed having his own regular bed with the extra added touch of the makeshift curtain option that gave him his privacy while mom and dad had the bedroom. The beds were quite comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and the fabulous view. Loved that the most!The property owner responded quickly with all of the needed information soon after we booked the place and the check-in/check out process went smoothly.

The Condo was small, which I expected, but the furnishing were obstructive. I'm a Large Man (6'5", 300 IBS) and had serious issues sleeping in the larger bed due to the fact that you put a King-size bed in a Twin room! And we could not sleep together in the Full-size bed in the living room. So we had to sleep separately! Not very romantic for a romantic get-a-way! I myself, could not get between the serving bar and the sofa to get to the Dinette.The entry way to the Building and the elevators, smelled bad, And the elevator floor was always wet. I chalk that up to, it is on the Beach.The saving Grace was the view from the balcony was AMAZING! I get up every morning before 3am and my significant other sleeps much later than I. I did get to see 3 Amazing sunrises!!! And the people watching during the day was very entertaining!

Unbeatable Ocean View

This property is in an absolutely ideal location to fully enjoy the island. In addition, you cannot beat this view of the ocean and the beach running in both directions. We spent much of our time on the generously-sized balcony. Watching the sun come up and taking a time lapse video as it rose will be a special memory as we go back north. It was just my husband and myself so we chose to sleep on the bed that is off the living room so that we could open the sliding doors and listen to the ocean at night. The grounds are immaculately kept and the heated pool felt good after a salty day in the sea . We were fortunate to have perfect weather! We look forward to returning in the future:) Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Beautiful Location

Beautiful views. You can see for miles down the beach both ways. Unfortunately January and February of 2022 were the coldest months in 20 years. The few days the weather was nice were very enjoyable. There were a few things in the Condo that we would change. The King bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. However, it reached almost wall to wall. There was no room to walk around. A Queen bed would have been a better fit. The bathroom had a very unhandy glass bowl sink. It was not user-friendly. A conventional sink would have been better.

Peaceful and perfect

This last minute vacation and short stay was perfect! The balcony had amazing views, the check in and out process was so easy. The staff was so friendly and the condo was very clean! Definitely coming back!

Best View in SPI

We totally enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent. Three huge sliding glass doors to balcony looking right out to the beautiful beach and ocean. Host was very responsive.

The views from the condo are great and sitting on the balcony in the morning listening to the waves was peaceful and worth the trip. Condo has been renovated and is immaculate and modern. Kitchen is well equipped although a full size coffee maker would be a nice addition. The bedroom is tiny and the king bed spreads almost wall to wall. We had to put our suitcases in the dining area. The extra bed in the living room was an odd design choice although I guess for kids it would be fine. The backyard area and pool area are nice and well maintained. The walk to the beach was short and easy.

Beautiful Beach, Clean Unit and overall Property, perfect sized unit for a couple or small family group. We loved the orientation of the balcony toward the water & sunrise and away from the hot afternoon sun. Great time on SPI and we'll stay here again next time.

Everything you need to make it a great extended trip. Fresh and clean smells great. Very welcoming, furnished and decorated perfectly. Has a great view of the ocean and pool. Staff was most helpful and amenities were always available, clean, and in working condition. No complaints. Can't wait to return.

The ocean view is one of the best you'll find anywhere on the island. The walk to the beach is very short. The staff are super friendly & they keep the hot tub HOT :) The KING bed is big plus too.
