Come and enjoy the beautiful surroundings in this private 2 bedroom 1 bath guest house located on our 3 acre ranch just outside of downtown Solvang! Take in the sights of the rolling hills and the nearby goats, lamas and horses! With a location that is absolutely ideal for any fun you plan on having in the area. We are literally less than 5 minutes away from the local shops, world renowned bakeries, restaurants, wine tasting rooms, grocery stores and natural market place!
This is a rural and quiet family neighborhood that has ranches and farms located throughout the canyon. The highlights of this area are the beautiful hills and the different animals that live throughout the canyon. This area is a hot spot for bike riding, walking or running. There is plenty of room for parking onsite. We ask that guests have no more than 2 vehicles. Guests can walk or drive to town.

Cozy and quant!

My sisters and I stayed here for a long weekend in the spring. We loved hanging out on the deck, enjoying the view and it is perfectly located with less than 10 min drive to everywhere that we wanted to visit. Very cozy and clean place. I would love to come back and stay again!

Clean & cozy!

We really enjoyed staying here! Everything was clean, plenty of space in the closets for our clothes and suitcases, and loved having the porch connected to the bedroom to step out and have coffee every morning. Was a nice surprise to find a reverse osmosis water tap in the kitchen since we are picky about our drinking water!Just a few minutes from Solvang, and 10 minutes from Santa Ynez, yet still was quiet and felt tucked away.Overall a lovely stay! Would stay again.

This guest house was wonderful! 5 minutes from town and space for our kids to run around and play. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The host(s), Brooke, was attentive and friendly. We would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful and relaxing!

The place is super cute and the views off the back deck are wonderful. Perfect for a couple or family of 4. Super easy to drive into Solvang and also pretty painless to get to other areas of Santa Ynez Valley.

A bit hard to find, but we found it! nicely secluded and private. Needed a bit more space in living room area, but great for 2-3 people. Host was great at accommodating us. Best to reserve for a couple and 2 kids

Long Wine Weekend

My wife and I had a great long weekend using Solvang as our base. The property was easy to find, although I did a little research on Google Maps before we arrived. Plenty of space for two folks, great outdoor deck space with views and close to many wineries. We really enjoyed our morning walks in the neighborhood meeting the goats, horses and chickens. A very relaxing, enjoyable experience.

Wine country weekend

This adorable guest house was the perfect home base for a long weekend in the hills! We were no more than 30 minutes from so many great places and less than 5 mins from downtown Solvang. The house was spotless, well-stocked with everything to make it feel like home, and the outdoor space was absolutely remarkable. We will absolutely be back!

A Great Weekend Escape

This is a great little cottage, very close to the center of Solvang. It is among one of the quietest places we've ever stayed. The beds were very comfortable and the home had all the amenities we needed. We were impressed by the sizes of the closets in both rooms! We also appreciated the strong HVAC system. The hostess was also great and very responsive. We look forward to the next time!

Perfect stay

This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults. The place was basically spotless and nicely decorated. Perfect location for visiting solvang and buellton. We cooked every day and had pretty much everything we needed. They even had filtered water which made it convenient for filling our reusable bottles. Beds were comfy and the neighborhood was very peaceful. We will definitely be back.

Relax and enjoy Solvang and environs

Enjoyed morning sun on deck, well-appointed kitchen (made emu scrambled egg after visiting Ostrichland). Very clean and well-supplied, towels, linens, hot water, Keurig. We enjoyed Solvang bakeries, restaurants (Copenhagen Sausage Garden and Solvang Brewery among others). Good hiking at Midland School Grassy Loop trail. Fess Parker winery an easy 20 minute drive plus tasting rooms in Los Olivos. We also spent a day in Morro Bay at annual birding festival events, just 90 minutes away.

Loved the whole stay at the guest house!

Two couples stayed in the perfect little guest house in a quiet neighborhood. Only wish “both” bedrooms had king beds. It’s always tough when two couples have to decide who is going to get the “better” room. Yes, you could push the two twin beds together, but guests should not be moving furniture around. Some couples will have an issue with a shared bathroom, but it was not a problem for us. Great location, close to everything but out in the countryside. Just 3 minutes to a great organic market. ALL else was just perfect for us, and we will definately rent here again!!
